  abstract     = {{We consider a dynamic bi-objective vehicle routing problem, where a subset of customers ask for service over time. Therein, the distance traveled by a single vehicle and the number of unserved dynamic requests is minimized by a dynamic evolutionary multi-objective algorithm (DEMOA), which operates on discrete time windows (eras). A decision is made at each era by a decision-maker, thus any decision depends on irreversible decisions made in foregoing eras. To understand effects of sequences of decision-making and interactions/dependencies between decisions made, we conduct a series of experiments. More precisely, we fix a set of decision-maker preferences D and the number of eras n t and analyze all |D| nt combinations of decision-maker options. We find that for random uniform instances (a) the final selected solutions mainly depend on the final decision and not on the decision history, (b) solutions are quite robust with respect to the number of unvisited dynamic customers, and (c) solutions of the dynamic approach can even dominate solutions obtained by a clairvoyant EMOA. In contrast, for instances with clustered customers, we observe a strong dependency on decision-making history as well as more variance in solution diversity.}},

  abstract     = {{In practice, e.g. in delivery and service scenarios, Vehicle-Routing-Problems (VRPs) often imply repeated decision making on dynamic customer requests. As in classical VRPs, tours have to be planned short while the number of serviced customers has to be maximized at the same time resulting in a multi-objective problem. Beyond that, however, dynamic requests lead to the need for re-planning of not yet realized tour parts, while already realized tour parts are irreversible. In this paper we study this type of bi-objective dynamic VRP including sequential decision making and concurrent realization of decisions. We adopt a recently proposed Dynamic Evolutionary Multi-Objective Algorithm (DEMOA) for a related VRP problem and extend it to the more realistic (here considered) scenario of multiple vehicles. We empirically show that our DEMOA is competitive with a multi-vehicle offline and clairvoyant variant of the proposed DEMOA as well as with the dynamic single-vehicle approach proposed earlier.}},

  abstract     = {{Der Gedanke einer inklusiven Schule als einer Schule für alle Kinder ist, wenn auch aus der Perspektive von 100 Jahren Grundschule erst kürzlich durch die UN-Konvention über die Rechte von Menschen mit Behinderung (United Nations 2006) verstärkt, als an das Bildungssystem gerichtete Anforderung unbestritten. Die Didaktik des Sachunterrichts als wissenschaftliche Disziplin und als Instanz technikbezogenen Lernens in der Grundschule hat sich dem Thema Inklusion mit den Untersuchungen von Seitz (2005) und Schomaker (2000), für eine fachdidaktische Disziplin vergleichsweise früh zugewendet (Pech & Schomaker 2013, S. 341). Pech, Schomaker & Simon (2018, S. 12ff.) arbeiten jedoch an begrifflichen Unschärfen in einschlägigen Veröffentlichungen heraus, dass es in der Sachunterrichtsdidaktik bis heute keinen systematischen Diskurs darüber gibt, wie Inklusion zu verstehen, zu entwickeln und zu implementieren ist. Die allgemeinpädagogisch unter anderem von Feuser (2011, S. 89) für das Bildungssystem formulierte Entwicklungsaufgabe von der Segregation über die Integration zur Inklusion findet sich in Abhängigkeit von der Perspektive unterschiedlich definiert in der Sachunterrichts- bzw. Fachdidaktik wieder. Da bei der Definition von inklusivem Sachunterricht unterschiedliche wissenschaftliche Kontexte (z.B. sonderpädagogische, inklusionspädagogische oder allgemeindidaktische) zur Argumentation herangezogen werden, ist im Folgenden häufiger von der Rekontextualisierung von Inklusion in der Fachdidaktik die Rede. Die Berücksichtigung von Lernbedürfnissen und die Nutzung von individuellen Potenzialen stellt eine sich in der Sachunterrichtsdidaktik (u.a. Lichtblau 2014, S. 204; Simon 2014, S. 241; Pech, Schomaker & Simon 2018, 15f.) wie in der allgemeinen Pädagogik (Feuser 1989, S. 9; Schumann 2009, S. 51; Preuß 2018, S. 81) wiederholende Rekontextualisierung zur Beschreibung inklusiven Unterrichts dar. Potenzialorientierte (fach-)didaktische Überlegungen, also solche, die eine Orientierung an in Personen liegenden Defiziten auf der einen und standardisierten Normen auf der anderen Seite ablehnen und den Blick vermehrt auf die im Individuum, dem Fach oder einem Lerngegenstand liegenden Potenziale für eine gleichberechtigte und gleichwertige Partizipation aller Lernenden richten (Simon 2019, S. 114), erfahren derzeit vermehrt Aufmerksamkeit. Die Berücksichtigung individueller Lernbedürfnisse auf der anderen Seite bleibt in einschlägigen Veröffentlichungen dagegen oftmals theoretisch unreflektiert.
Ausgehend davon leistet das vorgestellte Dissertationsvorhaben mit Blick auf technikbezogenes Lernen im Sachunterricht der Grundschule einen theoriebildend angelegten Beitrag zur Verbindung von erziehungswissenschaftlicher und sachunterrichtsdidaktischer Inklusionsforschung am Lerngegenstand
 Technik. Die Studie ist, ob der Offenheit des Forschungsfeldes bezogen auf technikbezogenen Sachunterricht im Kontext von Inklusion, überwiegend qualitativ-rekonstruktiv angelegt. Unter der Rekontextualisierung von Inklusion als Berücksichtigung zunehmend vielfältiger Lernbedürfnisse im Sachunterricht, fragt die Studie nach der Beschaffenheit und Dimensionen der Verschiedenheit von Lernbedürfnissen sowie Möglichkeiten bzw. Hindernissen auf dem Weg zu ihrer Berücksichtigung. }},

  abstract     = {{<jats:sec><jats:title>Introduction</jats:title><jats:p>Nursing staff is burdened by high workload and stress. Furthermore, heavy lifting, as well as transferring nursing home residents, cause lumbar tissue damage and back pain. Exercise intervention studies to reduce work-related problems are rare and the evidence for efficacy of studies among nurses is limited. Studies including targeted analysis of requirements are necessary to generate effective recommendations and tailored interventions for health promotion programmes. The purpose of this multicentred intervention study is to identify work-related problems, to implement health promotion programmes and to evaluate their effectiveness.</jats:p></jats:sec><jats:sec><jats:title>Methods and analysis</jats:title><jats:p>A randomised controlled trial will be conducted, including a total of 48 nursing home facilities in eight regions of Germany with an estimated sample size of 700 nurses. Standardised ergonomics and posture training (10 weeks, once a week for 20–30 min) and subsequently, back-fitness training (12 weeks, once a week for 45–60 min) will be administered. Following the implementation of standardised health promotion programmes, further demand-oriented interventions can be implemented. The perceived exposure to work-related demands, work-related pain in different parts of the body, health-related quality of life, perceived stress, work-related patterns of behaviour and experience, presentism behaviour, work environment as well as general needs and barriers to health promotion, will be assessed at baseline (pre-test), at 10 weeks (post-test, after ergonomics training), at 22 weeks (post-test, after back-fitness training) and at 34 weeks of the programme (follow-up).</jats:p></jats:sec><jats:sec><jats:title>Ethics and dissemination</jats:title><jats:p>The study was reviewed and approved by the local ethics committee of the University of Hamburg (AZ: 2018_168). The results of the study will be published in open-access and international journals.   abstract     = {{<jats:title>Abstract</jats:title><jats:sec><jats:title>Purpose</jats:title><jats:p>In sports games, tactical instructions are mostly presented on tactic boards under temporal constraints determined by the length of time outs (e.g., 20–60 s time outs in basketball) and coaches’ instructional behavior. Thus, instructions should be presented in a way that enables fast and errorless information processing. High affordances in visual–spatial transformation (e.g., mental rotation processes) might both impede information processing and decrease execution performance. The aim of this study was to scrutinize the effect of different orientations of visual tactical displays on observation time under self-paced conditions as well as to compare the effects on execution performance to those of externally paced conditions. According to the self-determination theory, self-control over observation time is assumed to increase performance.</jats:p></jats:sec><jats:sec><jats:title>Methods</jats:title><jats:p>In a mixed-factors design with two factors, 48 participants were instructed to execute a basketball playing pattern, which was presented on a virtual tactic board in one of five different spatial disparities to the players’ on-court perspective. The Self-Paced Group determined the observation time in a self-controlled manner, whereas in the Yoked Group observation times were externally controlled, i.e., the observation time was constrained to match that of the Self-Paced Group..</jats:p></jats:sec><jats:sec><jats:title>Results</jats:title><jats:p>The self-controlled time for watching the pattern before execution was significantly shorter and spatial accuracy in pattern execution was significantly higher for low disparity between instruction perspective and on-court perspective. Self-control over observation time did not affect execution accuracy.</jats:p></jats:sec><jats:sec><jats:title>Conclusion</jats:title><jats:p>The orientation effects might be explained by interfering mental rotation processes that are necessary to transform the instructional perspective into the players’ egocentric perspective. According to these results, coaches should align their tactic boards to their players’ on-court viewing perspective.</jats:p></jats:sec>}},
