Im vorliegenden Beitrag wird die theoriegeleitete Entwicklung und Erprobung eines Instrumentes zur standardisierten Erfassung von Planungskompetenzen angehender Lehrkräfte im Fach Sachunterricht dokumentiert, auf dessen Grundlage das in Nordrhein-Westfalen 2015 als Teil des Masterstudiums implementierte Praxissemester hinsichtlich der damit intendierten Ausbildung von Planungsfähigkeiten evaluiert werden soll. Ausgehend von einem Rahmenmodell, das die Instrumententwicklung in vier zentrale Bereiche untergliedert, wird zunächst das theoretische Konstrukt sachunterrichtlicher Planungskompetenz in Form eines Kompetenzmodells konzeptualisiert. Auf Grundlage eines performanznahen Kompetenzverständnisses erfolgt die Operationalisierung in Form von Qualitätsstandards, durch die das Können der Probanden aus der schriftlichen Bearbeitung von Vignetten inhaltsanalytisch rekonstruiert werden kann. Ein Kodiermanual sichert die Objektivität und formuliert Regeln für die Vergabe von Punkten, durch die mithilfe des dichotomen Raschmodells die individuellen Kompetenzausprägungen geschätzt werden können. Zur Analyse der psychometrischen Qualität des entwickelten Instrumentes wurde eine Pilotierungsstudie mit 106 Studenten durchgeführt. Ein Vergleich konkurrierender Messmodelle mit Methoden der Item-Response-Theorie weist auf Vorteile einer eindimensionalen Modellierung der fokussierten Kompetenz hin. Die Ergebnisse einer durchgeführten Rasch-Analyse sowie die Betrachtung klassischer Kennwerte belegen zudem die Modellkonformität der entwickelten Qualitätsstandards als Items des Testinstrumentes und zeigen, dass die Messung sachunterrichtlicher Planungskompetenz durch das entwickelte Instrument grundsätzlich objektiv, reliabel und valide realisiert werden kann. Für den Bereich der Lehrerbildung formulierte die Kultusministerkonferenz im Jahr 2004 erstmals Kompetenzen und Standards, die die Anforderungen für angehende Lehrkräfte sowohl für die universitäre als auch für die schulpraktische Phase der Ausbildung transparent machen. Die Standards stellen dabei Konkretisierungen von elf zu erwerbenden Kompetenzen dar, von denen angenommen wird, dass sie zur Ausübung des Lehrerberufes benötigt werden, und sollen unter anderem eine objektive Leistungsbeurteilung im Studium und Referendariat ermöglichen. Zwischen Anspruch und Wirklichkeit ist diesbezüglich jedoch eine Diskrepanz zu konstatieren, die am Beispiel sachunterrichtlicher Planungskompetenz veranschaulicht werden kann. Deren Relevanz wird zwar betont und ihre Ausbildung entsprechend curricular festgelegt, doch sind für die damit einhergehenden Standards fehlende Präzision sowie mangelnde theoretische Fundierung festzustellen. Ihr Potenzial zur Grundlegung objektiver Beurteilungen wird somit nicht ausgeschöpft. Im vorliegenden Beitrag wird auf dieses Defizit reagiert. Das Ziel des Beitrages besteht darin, sogenannte Qualitätsstandards als ein mögliches Instrument zur objektiven Beurteilung angehender Lehrkräfte im Hinblick auf praktische Unterrichtsplanungskompetenzen im Fach Sachunterricht zu entwickeln und zu validieren. Dazu werden eine Inhaltsanalyse sowie eine Befragung von Fachleitungen des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen durchgeführt. Die Didaktik des Sachunterrichts als wissenschaftliche Disziplin und als Instanz technikbezogenen Lernens in der Grundschule hat sich dem Thema Inklusion mit den Untersuchungen von Seitz (2005) und Schomaker (2000), für eine fachdidaktische Disziplin vergleichsweise früh zugewendet (Pech & Schomaker 2013, S. 341). Pech, Schomaker & Simon (2018, S. 12ff.) arbeiten jedoch an begrifflichen Unschärfen in einschlägigen Veröffentlichungen heraus, dass es in der Sachunterrichtsdidaktik bis heute keinen systematischen Diskurs darüber gibt, wie Inklusion zu verstehen, zu entwickeln und zu implementieren ist. Die allgemeinpädagogisch unter anderem von Feuser (2011, S. 89) für das Bildungssystem formulierte Entwicklungsaufgabe von der Segregation über die Integration zur Inklusion findet sich in Abhängigkeit von der Perspektive unterschiedlich definiert in der Sachunterrichts- bzw. Fachdidaktik wieder. Da bei der Definition von inklusivem Sachunterricht unterschiedliche wissenschaftliche Kontexte (z.B. sonderpädagogische, inklusionspädagogische oder allgemeindidaktische) zur Argumentation herangezogen werden, ist im Folgenden häufiger von der Rekontextualisierung von Inklusion in der Fachdidaktik die Rede. Die Berücksichtigung von Lernbedürfnissen und die Nutzung von individuellen Potenzialen stellt eine sich in der Sachunterrichtsdidaktik (u.a. Lichtblau 2014, S. 204; Simon 2014, S. 241; Pech, Schomaker & Simon 2018, 15f.) wie in der allgemeinen Pädagogik (Feuser 1989, S. 9; Schumann 2009, S. 51; Preuß 2018, S. 81) wiederholende Rekontextualisierung zur Beschreibung inklusiven Unterrichts dar. Potenzialorientierte (fach-)didaktische Überlegungen, also solche, die eine Orientierung an in Personen liegenden Defiziten auf der einen und standardisierten Normen auf der anderen Seite ablehnen und den Blick vermehrt auf die im Individuum, dem Fach oder einem Lerngegenstand liegenden Potenziale für eine gleichberechtigte und gleichwertige Partizipation aller Lernenden richten (Simon 2019, S. 114), erfahren derzeit vermehrt Aufmerksamkeit. Die Berücksichtigung individueller Lernbedürfnisse auf der anderen Seite bleibt in einschlägigen Veröffentlichungen dagegen oftmals theoretisch unreflektiert.\r\nAusgehend davon leistet das vorgestellte Dissertationsvorhaben mit Blick auf technikbezogenes Lernen im Sachunterricht der Grundschule einen theoriebildend angelegten Beitrag zur Verbindung von erziehungswissenschaftlicher und sachunterrichtsdidaktischer Inklusionsforschung am Lerngegenstand\r\n Technik. Die Studie ist, ob der Offenheit des Forschungsfeldes bezogen auf technikbezogenen Sachunterricht im Kontext von Inklusion, überwiegend qualitativ-rekonstruktiv angelegt. Unter der Rekontextualisierung von Inklusion als Berücksichtigung zunehmend vielfältiger Lernbedürfnisse im Sachunterricht, fragt die Studie nach der Beschaffenheit und Dimensionen der Verschiedenheit von Lernbedürfnissen sowie Möglichkeiten bzw. However, the mode structure of pulsed sources and the properties of the detection schemes often require the use of optical filters in order to combine both detection methods in a common experiment. This limits the efficiency and the overall achievable squeezing of the experiment. In our work, we use photon subtraction to implement the distillation of pulsed squeezed states originating from a genuinely spatially and temporally single-mode parametric down-conversion source in non-linear waveguides. Due to the distillation, we witness an improvement of 0.17 dB from an initial squeezing value of −1.648 ± 0.002 dB, while achieving a purity of 0.58, and confirm the non-Gaussianity of the distilled state via the higher-order cumulants.
