When they do, they must\r\nprotect this collected data according to the current legal frameworks. Such\r\ndata protection has become even more important since the European Union rolled\r\nout the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). App developers have limited\r\ntool support to reason about data protection throughout their app development\r\nprocess. Although many Android applications state a privacy policy, privacy\r\npolicy compliance checks are currently manual, expensive, and prone to error.\r\nOne of the major challenges in privacy audits is the significant gap between\r\nlegal privacy statements (in English text) and technical measures that Android\r\napps use to protect their user's privacy. In this thesis, we will explore to\r\nwhat extent we can use static analysis to answer important questions regarding\r\ndata protection. The tool offers the possibility of implementing the design principle of <jats:italic>profession orientation</jats:italic>. In the article, we theoretically clarify what we understand by this principle and locate our innovative concept against this theoretical background. We empirically investigate the extent to which counteraction against the second discontinuity is successful by analyzing reflection texts created in the interface ePortfolio, focusing on PSTs’ perspectives. The paper presents a content-related approach to analyzing diagnostic thinking processes with respect to the mathematical knowledge elements that prospective teachers identify as students’ resources and obstacles. Prospective teachers’ challenge is that some relevant knowledge elements first have to be unpacked, because compact concepts (such as the place value concept) or procedures (such as for multi-digit multiplication) comprise several smaller knowledge elements (such as the positional property) that have to be made explicit for students to foster their learning processes adequately. Our study examines what knowledge elements prospective teachers perceive and interpret in a transcript vignettes on multi-digit multiplication (of decimal and natural numbers) and its underlying basic arithmetic concepts (place value understanding and meaning of multiplication) in written diagnostic judgments on students’ resources and obstacles (<jats:italic>N</jats:italic> = 196). A comparative design within the vignette is used to investigate how far the process of perceiving can be supported by thematic cues. The analysis reveals that those knowledge elements cued in the vignette by being already unpacked and explicitly addressed are perceived and interpreted more often (but with lower correctness) than those that are uncued and therefore have to be unpacked by the prospective teachers themselves. Due to the strong weather-related, daily, and seasonal fluctuations in supply of REs, suitable energy storage devices must be included for such energy systems. For this purpose, an energy system model featuring hybrid energy storage consisting of a hydrogen unit (for long-term storage) and a lithium-ion storage device (for short-term storage) was developed. With a proper design, such a system can ensure a year-round energy supply by using electricity generated by photovoltaics (PVs). In the energy system that was investigated, hydrogen (H2) was produced by using an electrolyser (ELY) with a PV surplus during the summer months and then stored in an H2 tank. During the winter, due to the lack of PV power, the H2 is converted back into electricity and heat by a fuel cell (FC). While the components of such a system are expensive, a resource- and cost-efficient layout is important. For this purpose, a Matlab/Simulink model that enabled an energy balance analysis and a component lifetime forecast was developed. With this model, the results of extensive parameter studies allowed an optimized system layout to be created for specific applications. The parameter studies covered different focal points. These antennas exhibit highly directive radiation patterns and our studies reveal that this nature comes from two dominant guided TE modes excited in the waveguide-like director of the antenna, in addition to the leaky modes. The optimized antennas possess a broadband nature and have a nearunity radiation efficiency at an operational wavelength of 780 nm. Diese sind in der Lage, umfangreiche Daten während ihres Betriebs zu sammeln und über digitale Netzinfrastrukturen zur Verfügung zu stellen. Gemeinsam mit weiteren Daten aus der Betriebsphase versprechen sie wertvolle Erkenntnisse über das Produkt und dessen Nutzer, welche für die Hersteller der CPS insbesondere für die Planung zukünftiger Produktgenerationenrelevant sind. Die zielgerichtete Nutzung von Betriebsdaten in der strategischen Produktplanung stellt produzierende Unternehmen jedoch noch vor zahlreiche Herausforderungen, z. B. hinsichtlich der Identifizierung Erfolg versprechender Use Cases. Das vorliegende Buch greift diese Herausforderungen auf und stellt ein Instrumentarium vor, das produzierende Unternehmen zur datengestützten Produktplanung befähigt. Neben der Vorstellung praxiserprobter Methoden und Werkzeuge werden Einblicke in vier Pilotprojekte gegeben. We provide a Weyl-lower bound on an appropriate\r\ncounting function for the Ruelle-Taylor resonances and establish a spectral gap\r\nwhich is uniform in $\\Gamma$ if $G/K$ is irreducible of higher rank.
