Zink-Zinn-Oxid zeigt eine sauerstoffabhängige Photolumineszenz im sichtbaren Spektralbereich und wird hier als eine photostabile Alternative zu den kommerziell verfügbaren metallorganischen Verbindungen vorgestellt. Der Fokus liegt dabei auf dem Einfluss der Temperatur auf die Sauerstoffsensitivität der Photolumineszenz. Wir zeigen, dass bereits leichte Temperaturerhöhungen zu einer signifikanten Verbesserung der Sauerstoffsensitivität der Photolumineszenz führen und gleichzeitig die Signalqualität erhöhen.","lang":"ger"}],"publication":"Proceedings 22. Neben Aussagen zur inneren Struktur liegen auch Ergebnisse über den Zusammenhang zwischen Professionswissen, Performanz in prototypischen Handlungssituationen sowie Unterrichtserfolg vor. In diesen Analysen hat sich gezeigt, dass insbesondere dem fachdidaktischen Wissen eine zentrale Rolle zukommt. Es mangelt bisher jedoch an empirisch fundierten Beschreibungen von Niveaustufen des fachdidaktischen Wissens. Zwar liegen einzelne Vorschläge vor, diese sind jedoch entweder empirisch nicht fundiert oder post hoc generiert, so dass unklar ist, inwieweit die Beschreibung der Ausprägungen auch außerhalb der jeweiligen Projektkontexte anwendbar ist. Der vorliegende Artikel stellt eine projektübergreifende Analyse des fachdidaktischen Wissens mithilfe zweier Ansätze zur Bildung von Niveaustufen vor. Dazu werden Niveaumodelle mit Daten zum fachdidaktischen Wissen aus zwei Projekten (<jats:inline-formula><jats:alternatives><jats:tex-math>$$N=427$$</jats:tex-math><mml:math xmlns:mml=\"http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML\">\r\n                <mml:mi>N</mml:mi>\r\n                <mml:mo>=</mml:mo>\r\n                <mml:mn>427</mml:mn>\r\n              </mml:math></jats:alternatives></jats:inline-formula> und <jats:inline-formula><jats:alternatives><jats:tex-math>$$N=779$$</jats:tex-math><mml:math xmlns:mml=\"http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML\">\r\n                <mml:mi>N</mml:mi>\r\n                <mml:mo>=</mml:mo>\r\n                <mml:mn>779</mml:mn>\r\n              </mml:math></jats:alternatives></jats:inline-formula>) mithilfe des Scale-Anchoring-Verfahrens sowie eines regressionsanalytischen Ansatzes auf Basis eines Modells hierarchischer Komplexität erstellt. Das Scale-Anchoring-Verfahren liefert Niveaubeschreibungen, die sich zwar bezüglich fachlicher und fachdidaktischer Inhalte unterschieden, aber Parallelen bezüglich lernpsychologisch interpretierbarer Operatoren zeigten. Projektübergreifend deuteten die Ergebnisse daraufhin, dass sich das fachdidaktische Wissen in niedrigen Ausprägungen auf reproduktive Aspekte beschränkt, in höheren Ausprägungen aber kreative und evaluierende Elemente hinzukommen. Das Modell hierarchischer Komplexität zeigte sich nur für einen der Datensätze als geeignet, um ein Niveaumodell abzuleiten und konnte daher für projektübergreifende Analysen nicht weiter genutzt werden. However, for physics, there is a lack of systematically surveyed and evidence-based seminars that specifically take into account relevant research findings. Thus, we developed a research-based seminar on the effective use of digital media in physics classrooms and investigated its effects on pre-service teachers (PSTs) professional competencies in a mixed-methods design. Our quantitative analyses of different competence components surveyed in a pre-post-design indicate that the seminar leads to an increase in motivation to use digital media in the physics classroom. Nevertheless, no significant increase in digital-media PCK was found, which could be due to the small sample. The seminar design, however, was predominantly evaluated positively by experts and PSTs in guided interviews. In Experiment 1, participants without basketball expertise (N = 25) watched a video of a basketball jump shot and were asked to release the space bar at the point when the ball leaves the player's fingertips (go-trials). In 25% of all trials, the video was stopped prematurely and participants should withhold their finger-lift response (stop-trials). A staircase-tracking algorithm was used to adjust the point-in-time when the jump shot was stopped in a way that participants’ inhibition rate was at 50% (reflecting the so called “point-of-no-return”, PNR). In Experiment 2, the stimulus material was adapted so that stop-trials simulated a pump fake. The PNR in Experiment 1 was located 187 ms and in Experiment 2 177 ms before the point of ball release. Precision performance benefit from practice across blocks and participants delayed their responses after stop-trials in a subsequent go-trial, which reflects strategic post-stop-trial adjustments. Bisherige Ergebnisse zu möglichen Entwicklungsstufen oder prototypischen Ausprägungen des FDW ermöglichen eine differenzierte Einordnung von Lernenden auf Basis der Bearbeitung erprobter, validierter Testinstrumente. Diese Testinstrumente sind häufig mit offenen Antwortformaten gestaltet und die nachträgliche Schließung solcher Testinstrumente hat sich als nicht unproblematisch in Hinblick auf Validität und Authentizität erwiesen. Um ein automatisiertes reichhaltiges Assessment-System auf Basis der bisherigen Forschungsergebnisse zu entwickeln, können alternativ erprobte offene Testinstrumente in Kombination mit Machine-Learning basierten Auswertungsverfahren genutzt werden. Especially for 2D materials, the atomic electric fields influence the optoelectronic properties. In this study, the atomic‐scale electric field and charge density distribution of WSe<jats:sub>2</jats:sub> bi‐ and trilayers are revealed using an emerging microscopy technique, differential phase contrast (DPC) imaging in scanning transmission electron microscopy (STEM). For pristine material, a higher positive charge density located at the selenium atomic columns compared to the tungsten atomic columns is obtained and tentatively explained by a coherent scattering effect. Furthermore, the change in the electric field distribution induced by a missing selenium atomic column is investigated. A characteristic electric field distribution in the vicinity of the defect with locally reduced magnitudes compared to the pristine lattice is observed. This effect is accompanied by a considerable inward relaxation of the surrounding lattice, which according to first principles DFT calculation is fully compatible with a missing column of Se atoms. Solving standard problems of Gaussian and Poisson noise, the set of “Total Variation” (TV)-based regularizers proved to be efficient and versatile. The choice of penalty parameters decides on the convergence speed, and the regularization parameters decide on the impact of the respective regularizer and are determined by the noise level in the image. For scientific applications of such algorithms, an automated and thus objective method to determine these parameters is essential to receive unbiased results independent of the user. Obviously, both sets of parameters are to be well chosen to achieve optimal results, too. In this paper, a method is proposed to adaptively choose optimal <jats:inline-formula><jats:alternatives><jats:tex-math>$${\\rho }$$</jats:tex-math><mml:math xmlns:mml=\"http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML\">\n                <mml:mi>ρ</mml:mi>\n              </mml:math></jats:alternatives></jats:inline-formula> and <jats:inline-formula><jats:alternatives><jats:tex-math>$${\\eta }$$</jats:tex-math><mml:math xmlns:mml=\"http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML\">\n                <mml:mi>η</mml:mi>\n              </mml:math></jats:alternatives></jats:inline-formula> values for the iteration to converge faster, based on the primal and dual residuals arising from the optimality conditions of the augmented Lagrangian. This study assesses BCARS reproducibility through a round robin experiment using two distinct BCARS setups and crystalline materials with varying structural complexity, including diamond, 6H-SiC, KDP, and KTP. The analysis compares setup-specific NRB correction procedures, detected and NRB-removed spectra, and mode assignment. Combining a polyzwitterionic/antifouling and a polycationic/antibacterial block with a central anchoring block for attachment to titanium oxide surfaces affords surface coatings that exhibit antifouling properties against proteins and allow for surface regeneration by clearing adhering proteins by employing a salt washing step. The surfaces also kill bacteria by contact killing, which is aided by a nonfouling block. The synthesis of block copolymers of 4‐vinyl pyridine (VP), dimethyl 4‐vinylbenzyl phosphonate (DMVBP), and 4‐vinylbenzyltrimethyl ammonium chloride (TMA) is achieved on the multigram scale via RAFT polymerization with good end group retention and narrow dispersities. By polymer analogous reactions, poly(4‐vinyl pyridinium propane sulfonate‐<jats:italic>block</jats:italic>‐4‐vinylbenzyl phosphonic acid‐<jats:italic>block</jats:italic>‐4‐vinylbenzyl trimethylammonium chloride) (P(VSP<jats:sub>64</jats:sub>‐<jats:italic>b</jats:italic>‐PA<jats:sub>14</jats:sub>‐<jats:italic>b</jats:italic>‐TMA<jats:sub>64</jats:sub>)) is obtained. The antifouling properties against the model protein pepsin and the salt‐induced surface regeneration are shown in surface plasmon resonance (SPR) experiments, while independently the antibacterial and antifouling properties of coated titanium substrates are successfully tested in preliminary microbiological assays against <jats:italic>Staphylococcus aureus</jats:italic> (<jats:italic>S. aureus</jats:italic>) and <jats:italic>Escherichia coli</jats:italic> (<jats:italic>E. coli</jats:italic>).
