Die große Designfreiheit ermöglicht, zelluläre Leichtbaustrukturen zu erzeugen, deren mikrostrukturellen und mechanischen Eigenschaften direkt vom generativen Fertigungsverfahren abhängen. Insbesondere im Bereich des Leichtbaus bieten zelluläre Strukturen neue Ansätze zur Verminderung des Energieverbrauchs. Um dieses Potential vollständig ausschöpfen zu können, müssen die Effekte, die zum Versagen der Bauteile mit integrierten Gitterstrukturen führen, quantitativ beschrieben und verstanden werden. Dies ist Voraussetzung für eine sichere Auslegung. Dazu werden im Rahmen der vorliegenden Arbeit die charakteristischen Eigenschaften dieser Strukturen sowie die Einflussgrößen im Aufbauprozess näher beleuchtet.\r\nIm Rahmen dieser Dissertation werden numerische und experimentelle Untersuchungen von zwei unterschiedlichen Gitterstrukturtypen aus den Werkstoffen 316L und TiAl6V4 vorgestellt. Beide Werkstoffe werden unter monotoner, einachsiger Belastung getestet. Die parallel dazu durchgeführte digitale Bildkorrelation (DIC) ermöglicht gleichzeitig die detaillierte Analyse der lokalen Dehnungsverteilung während der Verformung. Mikrostrukturelle Eigenschaften und die resultierenden Gittercharakteristika werden mit Hilfe von rasterelektronenmikroskopischen Analysemethoden untersucht. Zudem erfolgt die Entwicklung eines Finite-Elemente- Modells, mit der Anforderung eines möglichst geringen Rechenaufwandes. Our previous CogniDo GI study found no changes of cognition in the early postprandial phase after consumption of two rice types with medium vs. high dietary GI for lunch (i.e., 45 min after starting lunch). This study investigated whether the dietary GI of lunch has an impact on cognition of schoolchildren in the late postprandial phase, 90 min after lunch.</jats:p>\n            </jats:sec><jats:sec>\n              <jats:title>Methods</jats:title>\n              <jats:p>A randomized, 2 × 2 crossover intervention study was conducted at a comprehensive school with 5th and 6th grade students. Participants (<jats:italic>n</jats:italic> = 212) were randomly assigned to either sequence 1 or 2. In the first period, participants of sequence 1 received a dish with high GI rice (GI: 79), those of sequence 2 with medium GI rice (GI: 64)—in the second period, 1 week later, vice versa. Computer-based cognitive testing was performed 90 min after lunch examining tonic alertness, visual search and task switching, and working memory. Treatment effects and treatment effects adjusted for estimated lunch glycemic load (GL) were analyzed using a linear mixed model.</jats:p>\n            </jats:sec><jats:sec>\n              <jats:title>Results</jats:title>\n              <jats:p>The selected cognitive parameters were not affected by the GI of lunch 90 min after lunch, neither after intention-to-treat nor in the per-protocol analysis. FPGAs are well suited for many of these applications, but there is a reluctance in the robotics community to use hardware acceleration due to increased design complexity and a lack of consistent programming models across the software/hardware boundary. In this article, we present ReconROS, a framework that integrates the widely used robot operating system (ROS) with ReconOS, which features multithreaded programming of hardware and software threads for reconfigurable computers. This unique combination gives ROS 2 developers the flexibility to transparently accelerate parts of their robotics applications in hardware. Heterogeneous compute nodes consist of computing resources such as CPU, GPU and FPGA and are the important components of the high-performance computing system that can adapt the automation to achieve the given goal. While implanting automation in the computing resources, management of the resources is one of the essential aspects that need to be taken care of. Tasks are continuously executed on the resources using its unique characteristics. Effective scheduling is essential to make the best use of the characteristics provided by each resource. Scheduling enables the execution of each task by allocating resources so that they take advantage of all the characteristics of the compute resources. Various scheduling heuristics can be used to create effective scheduling, which might require the execution time to schedule the task efficiently. Providing actual execution time is not possible in many cases; hence we can provide the estimations for the actual execution time . The purpose of this master's thesis is to design a predictive model or system that estimates the execution time required to execute tasks using historical execution time data on the heterogeneous compute nodes. In this thesis, regression techniques(SGD Regressor, Passive-Aggressive Regressor, MLP Regressor, and XCSF Regressor) are compared in terms of their prediction accuracy in order to determine which technique produces reliable predictions for the execution time. These estimations must be generated in an online learning environment in which data points arrive in any sequence, one by one, and the regression model must learn from them. After evaluating the regression algorithms, it is seen that the XCSF regressor provides the highest overall prediction accuracy for the supplied data sets. The regression technique's parameters also play a significant role in achieving an acceptable prediction accuracy.
