Beispielsweise fühlen sich angehende Lehrkräfte durch ihr Studium häufig nicht ausreichend auf die beruflichen Anforderungen vorbereitet. Daher wird verstärkt versucht, Curricula von Ausbildungs- und Studiengängen deutlicher an den tatsächlichen professionellen Handlungsanforderungen zu orientieren und auch in frühen Ausbildungsphasen verstärkt Elemente beruflicher Praxis zu integrieren. \r\nDieser Band nimmt die Handlungsorientierung in der Ausbildung von Lehrkräften und pädagogischen Fachkräften theoretisch-konzeptionell sowie empirisch in den Blick. Hierzu bedarf es einer umfassenden Mobilitätswende, welche die Etablierung emissionsärmerer und effizienterer Mobilitätsformen umfasst. Ein Lösungsansatz können on-demand Dienste bieten, die den öffentlichen Personennahverkehr bedarfsgerecht gestalten und so dessen Akzeptanz steigern. Zahlreiche bisher eingeführte on-demand Dienste mussten jedoch nach Beendigung des Projekt- bzw. Förderzeitraums wieder eingestellt werden. Maßgebliche Herausforderungen waren die Integration der Dienste in die bestehenden ÖPNV- und Mobilitäts-Strukturen sowie teilweise damit einhergehende ökonomische Aspekte. In diesem Beitrag wird eine Methode vorgestellt, welche neben der Einführung neuartiger Mobilitätsdienste auch die Entwicklung eines nachhaltigen Mobilitäts-Ökosystems anstrebt. Der Fokus liegt dabei auf ländlich geprägten Regionen und ihren besonderen Herausforderungen im Bereich des öffentlichen Nahverkehrs. Die Methode beschreibt ein fünf-phasiges Handlungsschema, in welchem Potenziale bestehender Strukturen genutzt, Mobilitäts-Stakeholder eingebunden und verhärtete Mobilitätsverhalten allmählich positiv verändert werden. Anhand der Initiative Neue Mobilität Paderborn wird aufgezeigt, dass mithilfe der Methode erste Schritte hin zu einem Mobilitäts-Ökosystem absolviert werden können. Darüber hinaus werden Einführungsszenarien für die neuartige, sich noch in der Entwicklung befindliche Mobilitätslösung NeMo.bil in einer Beispielregion erarbeitet."}],"citation":{"short":"J. These lattice are crucial for lattice-based cryptography. Our construction yields GKP codes with distance $\\sqrt{n/πe}$. This compares favorably with the NTRU-based construction by Conrad et al. that achieves distance $Ω(\\sqrt{n/q}),$ with $n\\le q^2/0.28$. Unlike their codes, our codes do not have secret keys that can be used to speed-up the decoding. However, we present a simple decoding algorithm that, for many parameter choices, experimentally yields decoding results similar to the ones for NTRU-based codes. Using the R-SIS and M-SIS construction, our simple decoding algorithm runs in nearly linear time. Following Conrad, Eisert and Seifert's work, our construction of GKP codes follows directly from an explicit, randomized construction of symplectic lattices with (up to constants $\\approx 1$) minimal distance $(1/σ_{2n})^{1/2n}\\approx \\sqrt{\\frac{n}{πe}}$, where $σ_{2n}$ is the volume of the 2n-dimensional unit ball. However, their emission wavelength depends on their size and immediate surroundings in the solid-state environment. By applying a serrodyne electro-optic phase modulation, we achieve a spectral shift up to 0.01 nm (3.5 GHz) while preserving the purity and indistinguishability of the photons. This method provides an efficient and scalable approach for tuning the emission wavelength of QDs without relying on nonlinear frequency mixing or probabilistic processes. A time lens is characterized by its chirp rate, which determines the focusing strength of the time lens, and accurate knowledge of this chirp is critical for precise dispersion compensation and minimizing aberrations. Here, we introduce a tunable time aperture model for sinusoidal time lenses that provides a more accurate estimate of the effective chirp rate without modifying the device. We derive a closed-form expression for the maximum phase error and show how it depends on the time aperture. We experimentally demonstrate a 1.6-fold improvement in spectral bandwidth compression of Gaussian pulses compared to the conventional approach. Besides the original parameter sets, some specifically reparametrized SQC methods (denoted as AM1-W, PM6-fm, and DFTB2-iBi) targeting various smaller water systems ranging from molecular clusters to bulk are considered as well. The quality of these different SQC methods for describing liquid water properties at ambient conditions are assessed by comparison to well-established experimental data and also to BLYP-D3 density functional theory-based ab initio MD simulations. Our analyses reveal that static and dynamics properties of bulk water are poorly described by all considered SQC methods with the original parameters, regardless of the underlying theoretical models, with most of the methods suffering from too weak hydrogen bonds and hence predicting a far too fluid water with highly distorted hydrogen bond kinetics. On the other hand, the reparametrized force-matchcd PM6-fm method is shown to be able to quantitatively reproduce the static and dynamic features of liquid water, and thus can be used as a computationally efficient alternative to electronic structure-based MD simulations for liquid water that requires extended length and time scales. This allows improved overall mechanical properties with reduced wall thickness of the sheet metal part and, thus, lower weight of the components. One of the main focuses of research into such hybrid structures is on the adhesive properties and the respective failure behaviour of the interfaces. Generally, the failure behaviour under the influence of mechanical loads can be divided into adhesive, cohesive and mixed-mode failure. The correlation between observed failure behaviour and adhesion properties of the hybrid composite materials is analysed in detail in this work. The hybrid composite consists of an aluminium sheet of the alloy EN AW‑6082 T6 and thermoset carbon fibre-reinforced plastic (CFRP) prepreg. The aluminium sheet was laser pretreated before hybrid production to improve the adhesion properties. The specimens studied were produced by the prepreg pressing process, in which the components are cured and joined simultaneously. Multi-material design and the increasing trend towards producing large structural components using the megacasting process pose considerable challenges, particularly in the mechanical joining of aluminium-silicon (AlSi) castings. These castings typically exhibit low ductility and are prone to cracking when mechanically joined. Based on the excellent castability of hypoeutectic AlSi alloys, these are applied in sand casting and die casting as well as in megacasting. With a silicon content between 7 wt% and 12 wt%, these AlSi-alloys have a plate-like silicon phase that initiates cracks during mechanical joining. To enhance the joinability of castings, the research hypothesis is that improved solidification conditions enable a significant modification in the microstructure and therefore, increase the mechanical properties. During the manufacture of the castings using the sand casting process, the solidification conditions within the structural elements are varied to modify the microstructure to obtain castings with graded microstructure. Accurate Finite Element Modeling (FEM) of joints is essential in the design of complex mechanical systems such as automotive body-in-white (BIW) structures, as it plays a critical role in evaluating their performance. Although well-established techniques exist for modeling rotationally symmetric joints, there remains a significant gap in effectively modeling non-rotationally symmetric joints. These joints are particularly relevant in the automotive BIW, where they can better accommodate anisotropic loading conditions. In this study, strategies for modeling non-rotationally symmetric joints were explored using finite element simulations in LS-DYNA. The findings demonstrate that discrete beam elements can capture the anisotropic characteristics of such joints. Two models were tested: a single-beam model for stiffness periodicity every 90°, and a three-beam model for stiffness periodicity every 120°. Force responses, stress distribution, and sheet bending behaviors were analyzed, confirming that discrete beam elements can accurately represent direction-dependent stiffness. The Hamiltonian term is treated as an integrating factor by forward and backward Fourier transforms, which are here carried out classically. This split allows us to avoid higher-order time integration schemes, to apply a first-order explicit time stepping for the remaining nonlinear NLSE term in a variational algorithm block, and thus to avoid numerical instabilities. We demonstrate that the analytical solution is reproduced with a small root mean square error for a long time interval over which a nonlinear soliton propagates significantly forward in space while keeping its shape. We analyze the accuracy and complexity of the quantum algorithm, the expressibility of the ansatz circuit and compare it with classical approaches.
