@inproceedings{2263, abstract = {{In this paper, we introduce the Woolcano reconfigurable processor architecture. The architecture is based on the Xilinx Virtex-4 FX FPGA and leverages the Auxiliary Processing Unit (APU) as well as the partial reconfiguration capabilities to provide dynamically reconfigurable custom instructions. We also present a hardware tool flow that automatically translates software functions into custom instructions and a software tool flow that creates binaries using these instructions. While previous research on processors with reconfigurable functional units has been performed predominantly with simulation, the Woolcano architecture allows for exploring dynamic instruction set extension with commercially available hardware. Frequently re-interpreted as spin-forbid¬den lines, arising from Nc,k pairs and triads or resulting from hopping conductivity, only re¬cent¬ly the theoretical calculation of the corresponding g-tensors lead to a tentative model of distant NC donor pairs on inequivalent lattice sites which are coupled to S = 1 assuming a fine-struc¬ture splitting too small to be observed in the EPR and ESE experiments. In this work, we pre¬sent ESE nutation measurements confirming S = 1 for the Nx center. Ungeachtet der Fortentwicklung der ESVP und der Durchführung ziviler und militärischer Missionen stimmen hierbei die Zielvorstellungen der einzelnen EU-Mitgliedstaaten kaum überein. Aufgrund der zwischenstaatlichen Anlage der ESVP hinterfragt der Autor besonders mit Blick auf Deutschland, Frankreich und Großbritannien, wie es überhaupt zur Integration der Sicherheits- und Verteidigungspolitik in den vergangenen zehn Jahren kommen konnte. Dabei stellt er vergleichend die innerstaatlich formulierten Motivationen dar, um aufzuzeigen, wie diese die Modalitäten zur Ausformulierung der ESVP bedingen. The present paper focuses on the modeling of turbophoretic deposition of particles in the micron size range. The first step is to evaluate the important range where turbophoresis plays an important role in comparison to other mechanisms e.g. gravity or electrostatic separation. The disadvantages of commonly used models will be analyzed and overcome by implementing a more sophisticated approach considering damping of turbulent fluctuations in the wall-boundary layer. In contrast to previous work, commonly used turbulence models are applied to solve the mean flow field of the examples under consideration.
