text: Die Publikation richtet sich an Industrieunternehmen und Forschende, die
an der Nutzung von Gaia-X für die industrielle Produktion interessiert sind. Sie
vereint die Ergebnisse der Forschungsprojekte COSMIC-X, DIONE-X, Fed-X-Pro, GRIPSS-X
und URANOS-X, die zur Entwicklung von Anwendungsszenarien für Gaia-X-konforme
Datenökosysteme beigetragen haben. Ziel ist es, insbesondere mittelständische
Unternehmen in die Lage zu versetzten, souverän Datenräume zu nutzen, um die digitale
Transformation voranzutreiben und ihre Wettbewerbsfähigkeit zu steigern. Wichtige
Technologien sind dabei Blockchain, Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI) und die Asset
Administration Shell (AAS). Die Projektergebnisse stärken die Innovationskraft

text: "Abstract\r\n Anterior cruciate
ligament injuries (ACLi) impact football players substantially leading to performance
declines and premature career endings. Emerging evidence suggests that ACLi should
be viewed not merely as peripheral injuries but as complex conditions with neurophysiological
aspects. The objective of the present study was to compare kicking performance
and associated cortical activity between injured and healthy players. Ten reconstructed
and 15 healthy players performed a kicking task. Kicking biomechanics were recorded
using wearable inertial measurement unit sensors. Cortical activity was captured
with a 64-electrode mobile electroencephalography. Multiscale entropy (MSE) analysis
of biomechanics revealed increased variability in foot external rotation among
injured players. Source-derived event-related spectral perturbations indicated
significant differences in posterior alpha and frontal theta oscillations between
the two groups. Furthermore, kick-related complexity of these regions as indexed
by MSE was reduced in injured players at medium and coarse scales. Our findings
suggest sensorimotor changes during kicking in injured players, which may necessitate
compensatory strategies involving augmented attention at the cost of processing
visuospatial information. This conflict may hinder the integration of task-relevant
information across distributed networks. Our study provides preliminary insights
into the neurophysiological implications of ACLi within football context and underscores
the potential for prospective research."

approach for the treatment of infections caused by drug-resistant, pathogenic
bacteria, the clinical implementation of phage therapy still faces several challenges.
One of these challenges lies in the high strain-specificity of most bacteriophages,
which makes it necessary to screen large phage collections against the target
pathogens in order to identify suitable candidates for the formulations of personalized
therapeutic phage cocktails. In this work, we evaluate the potential of quartz
crystal microbalance with dissipation monitoring (QCM-D) to identify and detect
phage infection and subsequent lysis of bacteria immobilized on the surfaces of
the QCM-D sensors. Using lytic Escherichia coli phage
T7 as a model, we show that phage infection of E. coli
cells results in various unique alterations in the behaviors of the frequency
(Δf) and dissipation (ΔD)
signals, which are not observed during exposure of the E. coli
strain to non-infectious Bacillus subtilis phage phi29
at similar concentration. To aid future phage screening campaigns, we furthermore
identify a single measurement parameter, i.e., the spread between the different
overtones of ΔD, that can be used to detect phage-induced
lysis. For T7 infection of E. coli, this is achieved
within 4 h after inoculation, including immobilization and growth of the bacteria
on the sensor surface, as well as the completed phage propagation cycle. Given
the commercial availability of highly automated multichannel systems and the fact
that this approach does not require any sensor modifications, QCM-D has the potential
to become a valuable tool for screening medium-sized phage collections against

text: 'There have been several attempts to conceptualize and operationalize pedagogical
content knowledge (PCK) in the context of teachers'' professional competencies.
A recent and popular model is the Refined Consensus Model (RCM), which proposes
a framework of dispositional competencies (personal PCK—pPCK) that influence more
action-related competencies (enacted PCK—ePCK) and vice versa. However, descriptions
of the internal structure of pPCK and possible knowledge domains that might develop
independently are still limited, being either primarily theoretically motivated
or strictly hierarchical and therefore of limited use, for example, for formative
feedback and further development of the RCM. Meanwhile, a non-hierarchical differentiation
for the ePCK regarding the plan-teach-reflect cycle has emerged. In this study,
we present an exploratory computational approach to investigate pre-service teachers''
pPCK for a similar non-hierarchical structure using a large dataset of responses
to a pPCK questionnaire (N=846). We drew on theoretical foundations and previous
empirical findings to achieve interpretability by integrating this external knowledge
into our analyses using the Computational Grounded Theory (CGT) framework. The
results of a cluster analysis of the pPCK scores indicate the emergence of prototypical
groups, which we refer to as competency profiles: (1) a group with low performance,
(2) a group with relatively advanced competency in using pPCK to create instructional
elements, (3) a group with relatively advanced competency in using pPCK to assess
and analyze described instructional elements, and (4) a group with high performance.
These groups show tendencies for certain language usage, which we analyze using
a structural topic model in a CGT-inspired pattern refinement step. We verify
these patterns by demonstrating the ability of a machine learning model to predict
the competency profile assignments. Finally, we discuss some implications of the
results for the further development of the RCM and their potential usability for
an automated formative assessment.'

text: In diesem Beitrag wird ein zwei Sitzungen umfassendes, flexibel integrierbares
Lehrmodul zur Stärkung der Demokratiebildungskompetenz von Lehramtsstudierenden
evaluiert. Dazu werden 101 schriftliche Reflexionen von Studierenden aus drei
bildungswissenschaftlichen Hochschulseminaren aus dem Wintersemester 2022/2023
und dem Sommersemester 2023 anhand der Text-Sortier-Technik ausgewertet. Die Evaluationsergebnisse
verdeutlichen die studentischen Lernaktivitäten in den Kompetenzbereichen Werte,
Einstellungen und Fähigkeiten für eine demokratische Kultur. Zudem wurden die
Kenntnisse der Studierenden zur methodischen Gestaltung von demokratischen Aushandlungsprozessen
im Unterrichts- und Schulkontext erweitert. Demnach konnte die Wirksamkeit des
Lernmoduls auf der Prozess- und Ergebnisdimension hochschulischen Lernens plausibilisiert
werden.

text: An r-regular graph is an r-graph, if every odd set of vertices is connected
to its complement by at least r edges. Let G and H be r-graphs. An H-coloring
of G is a mapping such that each r adjacent edges of G are mapped to r adjacent
edges of H. For every , let be an inclusion-wise minimal set of connected r-graphs,
such that for every connected r-graph G there is an which colors G. The Petersen
Coloring Conjecture states that consists of the Petersen graph P. We show that
if true, then this is a very exclusive situation. Our main result is that either
or is an infinite set and if , then is an infinite set. In particular, for all
, is unique. We first characterize and then prove that if contains more than one
element, then it is an infinite set. To obtain our main result we show that contains
the smallest r-graphs of class 2 and the smallest poorly matchable r-graphs, and
we determine the smallest r-graphs of class 2.

text: Modulation conditioned on measurements on entangled photonic quantum
states is a cornerstone technology of optical quantum information processing.
Performing this task with low latency requires combining single-photon-level detectors
with both electronic logic processing and optical modulation in close proximity.
Here, we demonstrate low-latency feedforward using a quasi-photon-number-resolved
measurement on a quantum light source. Specifically, we use a multipixel superconducting
nanowire single-photon detector, amplifier, logic, and an integrated electro-optic
modulator in situ below 4 K. We modulate
the signal mode of a spontaneous parametric down-conversion source, conditional
on a photon-number measurement of the idler mode, with a total latency of (23±3)ns.
Furthermore, we investigate the resulting change in the photon statistics. This
represents an important benchmark for the fastest quantum photonic feedforward
experiments comprising measurement, amplification, logic, and modulation. This
has direct applications in quantum computing, communication, and simulation protocols.

text: 'This volume examines the Rabbinic, Qur’anic and Christian understandings
of prophecy from a historical and comparative theological perspective. The Rabbinic
perspectives on the phenomenon of prophecy are analyzed in their historical continuity
and engagement with the theological traditions of Islam and Christianity. The
examination of female prophecy also occupies a central place here. Similarly,
several contributors describe the deep roots of Qur’anic prophetology in the Christian
and Jewish traditions of Late Antiquity and the Arabic context. Finally, the anthology
attempts to reflect on these different theological traditions of prophecy in the
Christian, Jewish, and Qur’anic traditions from a comparative theological perspective
and to discuss the possible theological significance of this phenomenon in the
modern age. '

text: Im Rahmen meines SoTL-Projekts habe ich mich aufgrund meiner Vorerfahrungen
mit dem experimentellen Forschungsansatz für die Untersuchung der Wirksamkeit
von Lernzielen mittels eines Gruppenvergleichs entschieden. In dieser Reflexion
stelle ich zunächst heraus, welche Hindernisse und welche Möglichkeiten die Durchführung
einer experimentellen Studie im hochschuldidaktischen Kontext mit sich bringt.
Anschließend zeige ich anhand konkreter Vorgehensweisen in meinem SoTL-Projekt
sowie Bezügen zur experimentellen Wirtschaftsforschung auf, wie wesentliche Punkte
für ein fundiertes experimentelles Forschungsdesign in der Hochschullehre umgesetzt
werden können und wie Forschende verschiedener Fachrichtungen mit einem derart
gestalteten SoTL-Projekt einen Mehrwert sowohl für sich als auch für die Lehrforschung
generieren können.
