This is often done by starting new VNF instances or stopping old ones. A problem of these scale operations is that most network functions are stateful and their internal state is not automatically migrated when traffic is redistributed in the deployment. As a result, mechanisms are needed to exchange or migrate internal network function state between VNF instances.\r\n\r\nThis paper presents a state management framework that creates a logically distributed state store on top of elastically deployed virtual network functions. We also introduce a novel programming model that provides both a local and a global view of the state to each VNF instance. We observe Lorentzian line shapes, which allow for the extraction of dephasing times as a function of the applied bias voltage. Coherent ps laser excitation results in pronounced Rabi rotations with increasing pulse area. For π-pulse excitation, we obtain more than 93 % of the theoretically expected photocurrent amplitude. In the 2ch and 6ch tracks the final system output is obtained by a Confusion Network Combination (CNC) of multiple systems. The Acoustic Model (AM) is a deep neural network based on Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory (BLSTM) units. The systems differ by front ends and training sets used for the acoustic training. The model for the 1ch track is trained without any preprocessing. For each front end we trained and evaluated individual acoustic models. We compare the ASR performance of different beamforming approaches: a conventional superdirective beamformer [1] and an MVDR beamformer as in [2], where the steering vector is estimated based on [3]. Furthermore we evaluated a BLSTM supported Generalized Eigenvalue beamformer using NN-GEV [4]. The back end is implemented using RWTH?s open-source toolkits RASR [5], RETURNN [6] and rwthlm [7]. We rescore lattices with a Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) based language model. The overall best results are obtained by a system combination that includes the lattices from the system of UPB?s submission [8]. In addition to extending this result from genus 1 to any bounded genus k, and unlike the work reported by Limaye et al., we do not require a precomputed embedding to be given. Most importantly, our results imply that given a P-complete problem, it is possible to find an algorithm that makes the problem fall into NC by fixing one or more parameters. Hence, we deduce the interesting analogy: Fixed Parameter Parallelizable (FPP) is with respect to P-complete what Fixed Parameter Tractable (FPT) is with respect to NP-complete. Insbesondere bei Polymerwerkstoffen muss jedoch auch die Materialalterung auf molekularer Ebene berücksichtigt werden, die sich (zumeist negativ) auf die Materialkenngrößen auswirkt. Gängige Verfahren zur Bestimmung dieser Kenngrößen arbeiten jedoch üblicherweise zerstörend und sind somit beispielsweise für die vorbeugende Instandhaltung oder die Online-Komponentenüberwachung nur eingeschränkt geeignet. In diesem Beitrag wird ein Verfahren zur zerstörungsfreien Charakterisierung des Alterungszustandes von Polymeren vorgestellt. Dazu wird der Zusammenhang zwischen akustisch (zerstörungsfrei, mittels Ultraschall-Transmissionsmessung) bestimmten Kenngrößen und klassisch (zerstörend, z.B. mittels Zugprüfung) bestimmten hydrothermischer Alterung auf das Material Polyamid 6 (PA6) untersucht. Die Ergebnisse Kenngrößen betrachtet. Exemplarisch werden die Auswirkungen zeigen einen engen Zusammenhang zwischen der zerstörend bestimmten Viskositätszahl, die ein Maß für die mittlere Molekülkettenlänge darstellt, und der akustischen Longitudinalwellengeschwindigkeit. Das Molekülkettenabbau (Depolymerisation) bestimmt ist, kann somit auch akustisch und zerstörungsfrei charakterisiert werden. Cascode topology is chosen for each stage. The amplifier takes advantage of microstrip transmission lines to realize the inductive load, Marshand balun, input, output, and inter-stage matching of the LNA. The LNA has a gain of 21 dB at 224 GHz, a 3 dB bandwidth of more than 6 GHz. It has a supply voltage of 3V and power dissipation of 234 mW. Ten healthy men (31 ± 6 yr) once received WP+KHCO<jats:sub>3</jats:sub> and once received a standardized isocaloric diet. Muscle biopsies were taken 2 days before and during the 19th day of bed rest (BR) from the soleus (SOL) and vastus lateralis (VL) muscle. Whole-body aerobic power (V̇o<jats:sub>2 max</jats:sub>), muscle fatigue, and isometric strength of knee extensor and plantar flexor muscles were monitored. Muscle fiber types and capillaries were identified by immunohistochemistry. Fiber oxidative capacity was determined as the optical density (OD) at 660 nm of succinate dehydrogenase (SDH)-stained sections. The product of fiber cross-sectional area and SDH-OD (integrated SDH) indicated the maximal oxygen consumption of that fiber. The maximal oxygen consumption supported by a capillary was calculated as the integrated SDH in its supply area. BR reduced isometric strength of knee extensor muscles ( P &lt; 0.05), and the fiber oxidative capacity ( P &lt; 0.001) and V̇o<jats:sub>2 max</jats:sub> ( P = 0.042), but had no significant impact on muscle capillarization or fatigue resistance of thigh muscles. The maximal oxygen consumption supported by a capillary was reduced by 24% in SOL and 16% in VL ( P &lt; 0.001). WP+KHCO<jats:sub>3</jats:sub> attenuated the disuse-induced reduction in fiber oxidative capacity in both muscles ( P &lt; 0.01). In conclusion, following 19 days of bed rest, the decrement in fiber oxidative capacity is proportionally larger than the loss of capillaries.
