text: The article explores the role of teachers in self-directed songwriting in
school music based on the informal learning approach. It investigates a didactic
design that was implemented in six schools and was empirically researched utilizing
si-tuational analysis. Based on tensions, that emerge due to conflicting expectations,
it can be shown, that the teacher's role extends beyond the dichotomy of directive
instruction versus open facilitation. Instead, it encompasses an interplay of
six divergent roles which are discussed in their positions in relation to each
other. These considerations enrich the understanding of teaching practices in
popular music education, emphasizing the redefinition of teacher-student relationships
for song-writing in school music.

text: The role of institutionalized standards for the hybridization of musical practices.
On the socio-materiality of songwriting-producing in the bedroom studio This study
examines the socio-materiality of hybrid music practices in bedroom studios, focusing
on the interplay between traditional music education institutions and YouTube
education. A single case situational analysis reveals how standardized instrumental
and music production practices are combined to form a hybrid practice. It shows
that traditional music education institutions, such as music schools and conservatories,
specialize in the selection of chord tones, while You-Tube videos focus on sound
design. Using an actor-network theory approach, the study demonstrates the permeability
of informal and institutional learning spaces. The findings suggest that songwriting-producing
is not simply a sum of different practices, but rather a process of negotiation
and compromise between different standards and goals, as well as the distribution
of practice between humans and technology.

text: "Lead-containing piezoelectric ceramics are still the base for today’s ultrasonic
transducers used in broad applications. This is partly due to missing powerful
lead-free piezoelectric ceramic parts in the commercial market. There has been
much research on lead-free materials but developing them into marketable parts
seems to be an ongoing process. The actual exemption of ROHS has expired, but
as the new exemption has already been requested, ceramic suppliers keep on selling
lead containing products. Nevertheless, these should be replaced by lead-free
alternatives for environmental and health issues. \r\nThis contribution focuses
on exploring the technological readiness level of lead-free hard piezoceramics
for prestressed ultrasonic transducers. A small series of bolted Langevin transducers
was set up with standard PZT material and three commercial lead-free variants.
Results of the building process from individual ring ceramic characteristics to
transducer load tests are presented. The main finding of this study is that the
lead-free materials technically can compete with the standard PZT for medium-power
applications. Some adaptations in the ultrasonic system must be done: the geometry
must be altered to fit resonance frequency, and higher voltages or thinner ceramics
are needed to achieve the same vibration level at low load. For reaching same
power, the volume of lead-free ceramics must be 1.5 to 3 times larger. As already
promoted in literature, mechanical losses at high vibration levels are smaller
for the lead-free materials. This might help to argument lead-free piezoelectric

and pathways have been found. Analogous pathways to PAH formation are kinetically
or energetically inhibited in the presence of a nitrogen heteroatom. We report
on the reaction of phenylnitrene (3PhN, c‐C6H5N)
with resonance‐stabilized propargyl radicals (C3H3)
and find that the association reaction bifurcates depending on the orientation
of the attacking propargyl radical and yields multiple isomeric products. Among
them, we identify the condensed‐ring quinoline and conclude that nitrenes are
viable candidates to drive the formation of PANHs.

les Pays-Bas espagnols et le Saint-Empire romain germanique aux XVIe et XVIIe
siècles. À travers une structure politique complexe et morcelée, le Saint-Empire
incarne le principe de souveraineté partagée, tandis que les territoires bourguignons,
sous domination espagnole, cherchent à préserver leur rôle au sein de l’Empire
via le Cercle de Bourgogne. La montée en puissance de Louis XIV et sa politique
d’expansion fragilisent cet équilibre, forçant les diplomates espagnols à renforcer
les alliances impériales, bien que ces tentatives soient souvent entravées par
les divisions internes du Reich. Les guerres successives, jusqu''à la Ligue d''Augsbourg
et le traité de Ryswick, illustrent les tensions entre ambitions nationales et
équilibre européen, dans lesquelles les diplomates comme les Neuveforge jouent

dans la relation entre les Pays-Bas espagnols et le Saint-Empire romain germanique
à la fin du XVIIe siècle, dans le contexte de la Guerre de la Ligue d'Augsbourg
et des ambitions expansionnistes de Louis XIV. En tant que juristes influents
siégeant au Reichstag, ils jouent un rôle clé dans les négociations visant à récupérer
la ville et la forteresse stratégique de Luxembourg pour l’Espagne. Grâce à leur
statut social, leur maîtrise des langues et leur expertise juridique, ils manœuvrent
habilement face aux Français. La trajectoire des Neuveforge illustre ainsi l’influence
déterminante des diplomates et juristes dans les relations entre les Pays-Bas

originaire du Luxembourg, qui sert de lien entre les Pays-Bas espagnols et le
Saint-Empire romain germanique au XVIIᵉ siècle. Actifs à la Diète de Ratisbonne,
Louis et Jean Henri de Neuveforge négocient pour protéger les intérêts des Habsbourg,
notamment la reconquête du Luxembourg, stratégique mais capturé par Louis XIV
en 1684. Leur maîtrise du droit, des langues étrangères et des subtilités des
titulatures nobiliaires s’avère essentielle dans un contexte où chaque mot peut

text: 'Wie soll man glücklich sein und sich damit zufriedengeben, von Ungerechten
beherrscht zu werden? Wenn diese Ungerechten zudem untereinander Kriege führen,
unter dessen Auswirkungen man leidet, ohne dass man die Möglichkeit hätte einzugreifen?
Wer kann in dieser Ohnmacht noch Glück finden? Und an die Herrscher gefragt: Wie
muss der ideale Politiker sein? Hierauf wollte Justus Lipsius Antworten anbieten.
Die Bedeutung dieser Fragen, die auch heute noch relevant sind, wird aus seiner
eigenen Zeit heraus nochmal präsent. Lipsius lebte nämlich in Zeiten intensiver
politischer und vor allem religiöser Konflikte, welche seine Biografie in mehreren
Punkten berühren. Er musste nicht nur mehrmals vor Konflikten fliehen, sondern
seine Werke wurden auch äußerst kritisch von der Kirche und den Landesherren betrachtet.
In diesem Beitrag wird zunächst kurz der Werdegang Lipsius‘ geschildert, bevor
auf zwei seiner wichtigsten Werke und deren Einfluss auf die Staatslehre jener
Zeit eingegangen wird.'

altmodische Deutungen. Entweder werden Periode wie die Regierung der Erzherzöge
oder die Regierung Maria Theresias intensiv und extensiv studiert, oder es wird
die ganze Periode unter „fremde Herrscher“ subsumiert. Die allgemeine Kenntnisse
(sowohl in Belgien, als auch im Ausland über das Gebiet in dieser Zeit beschränkt.)
Ist die lückenhafte Beschäftigung damit eine Folge der Klischees oder eher umgekehrt?
Vor allem aus Sicht Deutschlands: Heißt es dann, die Periode sei bedeutungslos?
Meine Erklärung: Unsere Erwartung, hier einen Staat vorzufinden, scheitert und
findet stattdessen ein „kadükes“ Staatsbild. War hier kein Staat? Oder einer,
der sich nicht dem gängigen Bild anpasst und deshalb unsichtbar bleibt? Und war
er dann unglücklich/in Misere, weil er kein unabhängiger Staat war?'

\ 72 patients with SRC and 72 matched healthy controls
were included. All participants performed computerised testing of neurocognitive
function, device-assisted balance testing and objective evaluation of vestibulo-ocular
function (video head impulse and dynamic visual acuity test). Clinical symptom
clusters (headache/migraine, anxiety/mood, fatigue, cognitive, vestibular, ocular)
were determined for each patient using the Sport Concussion Assessment Tool, 5th
edition symptom evaluation. Independent t-tests or Mann-Whitney U tests were calculated
to test for group differences in the whole cohort and according to clinical symptom
clusters.\r\n \r\n \r\n
\ Results\r\n When
investigating the whole cohort, significant differences between patients with
SRC and control subjects were found in one parameter of balance testing (sway
velocity double-firm), with lower performance in the SRC group (p<0.001, r=0.345).
The number of symptom clusters assigned to the SRC patients ranged from 0 (no
definite cluster) to 6 (all clusters), and all clusters were frequent in the investigated
cohort. Patients with vestibular, cognitive and fatigue symptom clusters demonstrated
significantly lower performance in balance testing compared with SRC patients
without those clusters (p<0.001 to p=0.005, r=0.368–0.439). Additionally, SRC
patients presenting with symptoms of the fatigue cluster demonstrated significantly
worse performance in vestibulo-ocular testing compared with SRC patients without
the fatigue cluster (p=0.006, d=0.781).\r\n \r\n
\ \r\n Conclusion\r\n
\ SRC patients presented with variable numbers and qualities
of clinical symptom clusters. Some subjective clusters were associated with abnormal
objective tests of other clusters (vestibular, cognitive and fatigue with abnormal
balance; and fatigue with abnormal vestibulo-ocular performance). Clinical symptom
clusters and their overlap should be considered when examining patients with SRC.\r\n
