  abstract     = {{In the course of digitalization, digital platforms are unleashing their full disruptive potential and are already dominating the first industries (e.g., hotel industry). As a result of this success, more and more companies want to build their own platforms and participate in the success. However, building and operating a digital platform involves multiple challenges and most of such ambitions fail. Since most digital platforms fail, strategic leadership of digital platforms must consider both success factors and reasons for platform failure. For this purpose, we conducted a systematic literature analysis and identified 24 success as well as failure factors in 9 dimensions. From a scientific perspective, the article provides a structured analysis of success and failure factors of digital platforms, which previously did not exist in literature. Practitioners can use the resulting knowledge base to successfully manage platform activities and avoid pitfalls.}},

  abstract     = {{This article presents the application and evaluation of a cantilever with integrated sensing and actuation as part of an atomic force microscope (AFM) with an adjustable probe direction, which is integrated into a nano measuring machine (NMM-1). The AFM, which is operated in closed-loop intermittent contact mode, is based on two rotational axes that enable the adjustment of the probe direction to cover a complete hemisphere. The axes greatly enlarge the metrology frame of the measuring system by materials with a comparatively high coefficient of thermal expansion, which ultimately limits the achievable measurement uncertainty of the measuring system. Thus, to reduce the thermal sensitivity of the system, the redesign of the rotational kinematics is mandatory. However, in this article, some preliminary investigations on the application of a self-sensing cantilever with an integrated micro heater for its stimulation will be presented. In previous investigations, a piezoelectric actuator has been applied to stimulate the cantilever. However, the removal of the piezoelectric actuator, which is enabled by the application of a cantilever with an integrated micro heater, promises an essential simplification of the sensor holder. Thus, in the future it might be possible to use materials with a low coefficient of thermal expansion, which are often difficult to machine and therefore only allow for rather simple geometries. Furthermore, because of the creepage of piezoelectric actuators, their removal from the metrology frame might lead to improved metrological characteristics. As will be shown, there are no significant differences between the two modes of actuation. Therefore, the redesigned rotational system will be based on the cantilever with integrated sensing and actuation.}},

  abstract     = {{Die Ausbildung von Lehrkräften teilt sich in Studium und Vorbereitungsdienst. Während im Studium Wissen grundgelegt wird, dient der Vorbereitungsdienst, der überwiegend in der Schule stattfindet, dem Erwerb praktischer Kompetenzen, was den Rückbezug auf theoretisch fundierte Kenntnisse und den Aufbau erfahrungsbasierten Wissens umfasst. Die Maßnahmen zur Eindämmung der Corona-Pandemie verändern nicht nur den Schulalltag, sondern haben auch Einfluss auf die Kompetenzentwicklung angehender Lehrkräfte im Vorbereitungsdienst, die ihre Berufsausbildung unter veränderten Rahmenbedingungen durchführen müssen. Die aktuellen Rahmenbedingungen können u. a. aufgrund fehlender bzw. eingeschränkter Praxiserfahrungen eine reguläre Ausbildung erschweren, was zu einem erhöhten Belastungsempfinden der angehenden Lehrkräfte beitragen kann. In diesem Beitrag wird Bezug genommen auf Daten einer explorativen Interviewstudie mit Lehramtsanwärterinnen und -anwärtern aus Nordrhein-Westfalen (N = 19), die während der Pandemie im Jahr 2020 ihren Vorbereitungsdienst absolviert haben. Es wird dabei den Fragen nachgegangen, welche Belastungsfaktoren im Zusammenhang mit der Corona-Pandemie während des Vorbereitungsdienstes auftreten können und inwieweit sich angehende Lehrkräfte während ihres Vorbereitungsdienstes vor dem Hintergrund der aktuellen Rahmenbedingungen infolge der Corona-Pandemie als belastet erleben.}},

Digital gestützte Lehr-Lernsettings scheinen seit dem ersten Lockdown sowohl an Schulen als auch an Hochschulen eine Möglichkeit dafür darzustellen, die Lern- und Entwicklungsprozesse (z. B. von Schülerinnen und Schülern, angehenden Lehrkräften) trotz physischer Distanz weiterzuführen. In diesem Beitrag werden die mit der Zwangsdigitalisierung an den Hochschulen verbundenen Chancen und Grenzen für die Entwicklung digitalisierungsbezogener Kompetenzen angehender Lehrkräfte herausgearbeitet. Dabei richtet sich der Blick auf den Wert von Erfahrungen für Lernen und Entwicklung.   abstract     = {{Transformation of Fe- and Cu-rich primary phase particles was studied in an Al-Li-based alloy prepared by twin-roll casting. Thin foils for combined STEM and SEM experiments were prepared by electrolytic twin-jet polishing. They were in-situ heated in a TEM heating stage and observed at 200 kV in the JEOL JEM 2200FS electron microscope equipped with STEM HAADF and BF detectors and SEM BSE and SE detectors working both in composition and topographic modes. The resulting structures were combined with EDS mapping performed directly in the heating holder. Dissolution and transformation of Cu- and Fe-rich particles occur above 500 °C. EDS maps acquired on the foil cooled down to room temperature show that Cu and Fe are both still present in newly formed particles, most likely indicating the presence of the Al7Cu2Fe phase.}},

  abstract     = {{Background. Clinching is a conventional cold forming process in which two or more sheets can be joined without auxiliary parts. A pre-forming of the parts to be joined, which is introduced by previous manufacturing steps, has an influence on the joining result. When considering the suitability for joining with regard to the formability of the materials, the influence of the preforming steps must be taken into account. The influences of strain hardening and sheet thickness on the joining properties must be investigated. In this context, a Finite Element Method (FEM) based metamodel analysis of the clinching process was carried out in [1] to investigate the robustness of the clinching process with respect to the different material pre-strains. In [2], the method was extended to the load bearing simulation.Procedure. The metamodel from preliminary work based on various FE models, which predicts the load-bearing capacity of a clinched joint influenced by pre-straining, is compared here with experimental data and the accuracy of the metamodel prediction is discussed. For this purpose an experimental procedure was further develop which allows the preforming of metal sheets from which joining specimens can be separated with a certain degree of unidirectional deformation. In the study, the procedure for preparing the joint specimens and the results of the loading tests are presented. Different possible relevant pre-strain combinations are investigated and compared with the simulation results, to validate the FE models and choose suitable metamodel.</jats:p>}},
