  abstract     = {{In this study, we describe a text processing pipeline that transforms user-generated text into structured data. To do this, we train neural and transformer-based models for aspect-based sentiment analysis. As most research deals with explicit aspects from product or service data, we extract and classify implicit and explicit aspect phrases from German-language physician review texts. Patients often rate on the basis of perceived friendliness or competence. The vocabulary is difficult, the topic sensitive, and the data user-generated. The aspect phrases come with various wordings using insertions and are not noun-based, which makes the presented case equally relevant and reality-based. To find complex, indirect aspect phrases, up-to-date deep learning approaches must be combined with supervised training data. We describe three aspect phrase datasets, one of them new, as well as a newly annotated aspect polarity dataset. Alongside this, we build an algorithm to rate the aspect phrase importance. All in all, we train eight transformers on the new raw data domain, compare 54 neural aspect extraction models and, based on this, create eight aspect polarity models for our pipeline. These models are evaluated by using Precision, Recall, and F-Score measures. Finally, we evaluate our aspect phrase importance measure algorithm.}},

  abstract     = {{In developing complex technical systems, requirements are subject to continuous change. Systematic and holistic change impact analysis and proactive measures are required for reducing the number of requirement changes and their negative impact. There is no method to analyse the holistic impact of a requirement change in the context of developing complex technical systems. Holistic analysis requires to consider the local effects of requirement changes as well as effects from change propagation. To develop an approach for holistic change propagation and impact analysis, twelve performance goals are defined. Those are derived from a state of research analysis as well as an industry workshop. A three-step method is proposed. Firstly, requirement dependencies that cause change propagation are detected. Secondly, critical requirements are automatically identified based on a Page Rank algorithm. Thirdly, change impact of critical requirements is analysed based on a guideline. Validation proves that ten goals are fulfilled and two are partly fulfilled. The method addresses major shortcomings of preceding research and enables sound decision making for development engineers both before a change occurs and during decision process on a change request. This helps to reduce negative change impact in development projects and the risk of project failure.}},

They bring a new perspective to the history of philosophy, by highlighting women’s contributions to philosophy and testifying to the rich history of women’s thought in this period.

By showing that women were active in many branches of philosophy (metaphysics, science, political philosophy cosmology, ontology, epistemology) the book testifies to the rich history of women’s thought across Europe in this period. The scope of the collection is international, both in terms of the philosophers represented and the contributors themselves from Britain and North America, but also from continental Europe and from as far afield as Australia and Brazil. The philosophers discussed here include both figures who have recently come to be better known (Elisabeth of Bohemia, Anne Conway, Mary Astell, Catharine Trotter Cockburn, Emilie du Châtelet), and less familiar figures (Moderata Fonte, Lucrezia Marinella Arcangela Tarabotti, Tullia d’Aragona, Madame Deshoulières, Madame de Sablé, Angélique de Saint-Jean Arnauld d’Andilly, Olivia Sabuco, Susanna Newcome).

  abstract     = {{Nowadays, the production of modern lightweight structures, like a body in white structure requires a wide variety of mechanical joining processes. To fulfill the various demands, mechanical joining processes and joining elements (JE) are used. Very often, they are adapted to the application, which leads in turn to a numerous of different variants, high costs, and loss of the process chain versatility. To overcome this drawback, an innovative approach is the usage of individually produced and task-adapted JE, the so-called friction spun joint connectors (FSJC). These connectors can be modified in shape as well as in material properties. This flexibility offers high potential for lightweight design but also increases the necessary analytical effort regarding the forming process as well as the manufactured joint's properties. Therefore, a new analysis strategy based on the Finite-Element-Method (FEM) is proposed, which numerically determines the local load bearing capacity within a given joint in order to identify the critical regions for load transfer. The process of joining element manufacturing and the analysis strategy will be described in detail and optimization results of the joints are shown. Numerical results are discussed and possible recommendations for joint manufacturing are derived.}},

  abstract     = {{<jats:title>Zusammenfassung</jats:title><jats:p>Coworking Spaces (CSPs) sind geteilte Arbeitsplätze für Selbstständige, Freelancer*innen, Mikrounternehmen und Startups, die Isolation entgegenwirken und zum interdisziplinären Wissensaustausch anregen können. Jedoch existieren auch Barrieren, die Nutzer*innen davon abhalten, zu anderen Coworker*innen Kontakt aufzunehmen, da oft unklar ist, wann und ob jemand zum kreativen Austausch oder zum Anbieten von Hilfe bereit ist. Durch die Covid-19 Pandemie wurde die Unsicherheit bei der gegenseitigen Kontaktaufnahme noch weiter erschwert und viele CSPs mussten zeitweise schließen. Um Barrieren bei der Kontaktaufnahme zu reduzieren und die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit zu fördern, können Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien eingesetzt werden. Virtual Reality (VR) und Augmented Reality (AR) sind Technologien, die sich durch einen besonders hohen Grad an Immersion und sozialer Präsenz auszeichnen. Deshalb zeigen wir in diesem Beitrag, wie VR- und AR-Technologien gezielt eingesetzt werden können, um den interdisziplinären Wissensaustausch und Zusammenarbeit sowohl in CSPs als auch ortsunabhängig zu fördern. Dazu präsentieren wir positive Effekte, die durch den Einsatz einer der beiden Technologien im Zusammenhang mit CSPs erzielt werden können und leiten konkrete Gestaltungsempfehlungen für Anwendungsentwickler*innen, Unternehmen sowie Betreiber*innen von CSPs ab. Diese Gestaltungsempfehlungen basieren sowohl auf den neuesten Erkenntnissen aus der Fachliteratur als auch auf Interviews mit Expert*innen aus Forschung und Praxis mit Erfahrung im Bereich CSPs, VR und AR. Unsere Anwendungsszenarien können Entwickler*innen, Unternehmen und Betreiber*innen von CSPs als Grundlage dienen, vom Einsatz beider Technologien zu profitieren.</jats:p>}},
