The low temperature laser sintering attacks at this point and processes powder material at\r\na build chamber temperature lower than the recrystallization temperature. This drastic reduction in\r\ntemperature results in significantly less thermal damage to the material. This work deals with the\r\nlow temperature laser sintering of Polyamide 12 (PA12) on a commercial, unmodified laser\r\nsintering system to compare it to standard laser sintered PA12 and to create the basis for low\r\ntemperature laser sintering of high temperature materials on such a system. First results by\r\nchanging the exposure parameters and by fixing parts on a building platform show a processing of\r\nPA12 on an EOS P396 at a build chamber temperature less than 100 °C instead of standard approx.\r\n175 °C."}]},{"citation":{"short":"C. Um diese auch unter zyklischer Beanspruchung sicher und effizient auszulegen, wird in der vorliegenden Arbeit eine Methode für die spannungsbasierte Lebensdauerberechnung von 2K-PU-Klebverbindungen unter Berücksichtigung von iso- sowie anisotropen Fügeteilwerkstoffen aufgezeigt. Ausgehend von den theoretischen Grundlagen wird das Deformations- und Versagensverhalten einer repräsentativen 2K-PU-Klebverbindung in Grundversuchen mit steifen Fügeteilen unter quasistatischer und zyklischer Belastung experimentell untersucht. Dies bildet die Basis für die Modellierung des Klebschichtversagens in Abhängigkeit der Beanspruchungsmehrachsigkeit. Anhand von im Detail aufgebauten FE-Modellen der untersuchten Verbindungen werden die notwendigen Ansatzparameter identifiziert, verifiziert und in einer Sensitivitätsanalyse hinsichtlich der Klebschichtdiskretisierung in Bezug auf ihre Robustheit und einfache Anwendbarkeit bewertet. Eine abschließende Validierung der entwickelten Methode erfolgt mit zunehmender Komplexität an technologischen und bauteilähnlichen Verbindungsproben. Die Gegenüberstellung der numerisch berechneten mit der experimentellen Anriss- und Versagenslebensdauer belegt ein hohes Maß an Sicherheit und trägt somit zum Vertrauen in die Fügetechnologie Kleben bei."},{"lang":"eng","text":"The joining of dissimilar materials with hyperelastic adhesives is becoming increasingly important in the context of multi-material construction concepts. To design these kinds of joints reliably and efficiently even under cyclic fatigue loading, this thesis presents a method for the stress-based fatigue life prediction of hyperelastic bonded joints, considering both isotropic and anisotropic adherend materials. Based on the theoretical fundamentals, the deformation and failure behavior of a representative adhesively bonded joint is investigated experimentally in basic tests with stiff adherends under quasi-static and cyclic loading. This provides the basis for modeling the adhesive layer failure as a function of the stress multi-axiality. Based on detailed FE models of the investigated joints, the necessary parameters are identified, verified and evaluated in a sensitivity analysis with respect to the adhesive layer discretization in terms of their robustness and ease of application. A final validation of the developed method is carried out with increasing complexity on technological and component-like bonded specimens.
