The Rabbinic perspectives on the phenomenon of prophecy are analyzed in their historical continuity and engagement with the theological traditions of Islam and Christianity. The examination of female prophecy also occupies a central place here. Similarly, several contributors describe the deep roots of Qur’anic prophetology in the Christian and Jewish traditions of Late Antiquity and the Arabic context. Finally, the anthology attempts to reflect on these different theological traditions of prophecy in the Christian, Jewish, and Qur’anic traditions from a comparative theological perspective and to discuss the possible theological significance of this phenomenon in the modern age. Under\r\na standard integrability assumption, the covariance depends solely on the\r\noverlap of the faces of the box. Beyond this assumption, a novel interpolating\r\ncovariance structure emerges. This enables us to identify a limiting Gaussian\r\n'coarse-grained' process, counting the number of points in large boxes as a\r\nfunction of the box position. In den Organisationen der zivilen Gefahrenabwehr hingegen gibt es erhebliche Defizite bei der Erfassung und Weitergabe von Wissen, obwohl auch hier große Abhängigkeiten vom Erfahrungswissen bestehen. Diese Arbeit analysiert am Beispiel der Feuerwehr die Gründe für diese Diskrepanz und entwickelt ein Konzept, das das Wissensmanagement im Feuerwehrwesen nachhaltig verankern soll. Eine deutschlandweite Umfrage mit 577 Einsatzkräften ergab, dass eine digitale Verwaltungsunterstützung bereits verbreitet ist, das Wissen jedoch vornehmlich per E-Mail, Chat, mündlich oder per Aushang verteilt wird. Die Teilnehmenden wünschen sich eine Lösung für das Wissensmanagement, die im Einsatz, bei Aus- und Weiterbildung sowie der Verwaltungsarbeit unterstützt. Auf der Umfrage und einer systematischen Literaturrecherche aufbauend, wurde der Handlungsbedarf identifiziert. Darauf basieren die Ableitung der Anwendungsbereiche sowie Rahmenbedingungen, welche sich in den Anforderungen an ein Wissensmanagementsystem widerspiegeln. Das Umsetzungskonzept beschreibt die Systemarchitektur der Lösung, die auf einem open-source Wiki mit passenden Erweiterungen beruht. Abgeschlossen wird die Arbeit mit der Demonstration und Evaluation der Lösung.","lang":"eng"},{"text":"In the corporate context, knowledge management is an established field of research and practice that aims to improve efficiency and competitiveness. In civil emergency response organizations, on the other hand, there are considerable deficits in the acquisition and transfer of knowledge, although there is great dependence on empirical knowledge, too. This paper uses the example of the fire department to analyze the reasons for this discrepancy and develops a concept to anchor knowledge management in the fire department in the long term. A Germany-wide survey of 577 firefighters revealed that digital administrative support is already widespread, but that knowledge is primarily distributed by email, chat, verbally or via paper. The participants seek for a knowledge management solution that provides support during incients, training, as well as administrative work.Based on the survey and a systematic literature review, the need for action was identified. The areas of application and framework conditions, which are reflected in the requirements for a knowledge management system, are based on this. The implementation concept describes the system architecture of the solution, which is based on an open-source wiki with suitable extensions. The central element is the ability to share knowledge across organizational boundaries. Their query rewriting algorithms focus on languages like conjunctive queries and their unions, which were developed for relational data and are poorly suited for graph data. Moreover, they also limit the expressiveness of the ontology languages that admit rewritings, restricting them to those that enjoy the so-called FO-rewritability property. Rewritings have thus focused on the DL-Lite family of Description Logics. In this paper, we propose a technique for rewriting a family of navigational queries for a suitably tailored fragment of ELHI. Leveraging navigational features in the target query language, we can include some widely-used axiom shapes not supported by DL-Lite. Diese Inhalte können einerseits als Motivation für körperliche Aktivität dienen, andererseits aber auch negative Auswirkungen auf das Körperbild haben. Deswegen spielen Sportlehrkräfte in diesem Zusammenhang eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Vermittlung von Medienkompetenz. Um ihre Perspektiven zu dieser Herausforderung besser zu verstehen, wurden leitfadengestützte Interviews mit N=17 Sportlehrkräften unterschiedlicher Schulformen durchgeführt. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass die meisten Lehrkräfte nicht genau wissen, wie ihre Schüler:innen Fitnessinhalte in sozialen Medien nutzen, obgleich sie eine gewisse Relevanz darin für Jugendliche sehen. Die Sportlehrkräfte unterscheiden sich in der Ansicht darüber, ob und wie diese Thematik im Sportunterricht behandelt werden sollte. Nur wenige Lehrkräfte integrieren sie bereits in ihren Unterricht, während andere dies für nicht sinnvoll oder schwer umsetzbar halten. In this work, we give quantum algorithms\r\nwhich, given any $k$-body Hamiltonian $H$, compute an estimate for the ground\r\nstate energy and prepare a quantum state achieving said energy, respectively.\r\nSpecifically, for any $\\varepsilon>0$, our algorithms return, with high\r\nprobability, an estimate of the ground state energy of $H$ within additive\r\nerror $\\varepsilon M$, or a quantum state with the corresponding energy. Here,\r\n$M$ is the total strength of all interaction terms, which in general is\r\nextensive in the system size. Our approach makes no assumptions about the\r\ngeometry or spatial locality of interaction terms of the input Hamiltonian and\r\nthus handles even long-range or all-to-all interactions, such as in quantum\r\nchemistry, where lattice-based techniques break down. In this fully general\r\nsetting, the runtime of our algorithms scales as $2^{cn/2}$ for $c<1$, yielding\r\nthe first quantum algorithms for low-energy estimation breaking the natural\r\nbound based on Grover search. Lipsius lebte nämlich in Zeiten intensiver politischer und vor allem religiöser Konflikte, welche seine Biografie in mehreren Punkten berühren. Er musste nicht nur mehrmals vor Konflikten fliehen, sondern seine Werke wurden auch äußerst kritisch von der Kirche und den Landesherren betrachtet. Vor allem aus Sicht Deutschlands: Heißt es dann, die Periode sei bedeutungslos? Meine Erklärung: Unsere Erwartung, hier einen Staat vorzufinden, scheitert und findet stattdessen ein „kadükes“ Staatsbild. War hier kein Staat?
