Existing simulation techniques could help massively to evaluate these uncertainties and achieve improved and at least more robust plans during project management, but are typically not applied in industry, especially at SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises). This paper presents some results of the joint research project simject of the Universities of Paderborn and Kassel, which aims at the development of a demonstrator for a simulation-based and logistic-integrated project planning and scheduling. Based on the researched state-of-the-art, requirements and a planning process are derived and described, as well as a draft of the current technical infrastructure of the intended modular prototype. The properties of the underlying architecture, i.e., execution times of software operations and bus latencies, cause delays during the provision of the functionality. At the same time, RTES have to fulfill strict real-time requirements. The fulfillment of such real-time requirements under consideration of delays induced by architectural properties should be taken into account already during requirements engineering (RE) to avoid costly iterations in subsequent development phases. In previous work, we developed a formal RE approach based on a recent Live Sequence Chart (LSC) variant, so-called Modal Sequence Diagrams (MSDs). This scenario-based RE approach allows to validate the requirements by means of simulation, i.e., the play-out algorithm originally conceived for LSCs. Our MSD play-out approach considers assumptions on the environment as well as real-time requirements and is applicable to hierarchical component architectures, which makes it well suited for automotive systems. However, delays induced by architectural properties are not considered. In order to consider this important aspect, we introduce in this paper an approach enabling the annotation of software operation execution times and connector latencies to hierarchical component architectures by means of the MARTE profile. These assumptions about the architectural properties can be verified against the real-time requirements specified in the MSDs by means of simulation. Folglich werden im Automobilbau, neben den konventionellen Fügeverfahren wie dem Widerstandspunktschweißen, mechanische Verbindungstechniken, wie z.B. das Halbhohlstanznieten eingesetzt.Für den effektiven Einsatz dieser Fügetechniken insbesondere in crashrelevanten Bereichen fehlen jedoch bislang Verbindungskennwerte, die eine Vorhersage über das Tragverhalten dieser Verbindungen ermöglichen.\r\nDas Ziel dieser Arbeit war es, das Tragverhalten von Halbhohlstanznietverbindungen für den Lastfall Crash zu charakterisieren und eine Methode aufzuzeigen, mit deren Hilfe es möglich ist, das experimentell ermittelte Verhalten rechnerisch abzuschätzen. Diese Arbeit beinhaltet, neben der experimentellen Ermittlung von Werkstoffkennwerten, die Ergebnisse zur Charakterisierung der Tragfähigkeit von Halbhohlstanznietverbindungen unter Crashbelastung. Dabei wird neben der einfach überlappten Zugscher- und Schälzugprobe das patentierte LWF-KS-2-Prüfkonzept eingesetzt, welches Tragfähigkeitsuntersuchungen unter Berücksichtigung der Lasteinleitungsrichtung und der Belastungsgeschwindigkeit erlaubt. Als Versuchswerkstoffe kamen dabei der mikrolegierte Stahlwerkstoff HC340LA,der Bake-Hardening-Stahl HC180BD, der Dualphasenstahl HCT600X sowie die Aluminiumlegierungen EN AW-6014 und EN AW-6060 zum Einsatz.\r\nDie experimentell ermittelten Verbindungskennwerte dienten unmittelbar als Eingangsdaten für die rechnergestützte Vorhersage des Trag- und Versagensverhaltens von Halbhohlstanznietverbindungen. Aufbauend darauf wurde in der vorliegenden Arbeit eine Methodik zur Entwicklung und Optimierung eines numerischen Ersatzmodells für Halbhohlstanznietverbindungen unter Crashbelastung dargestellt. They are only able to react on known situations with a predefined behaviour. In this paper the paradigm of self-optimisation will be transferred to the production control level by using a procedure model to design a self-optimising production control system. The production control is then able to react autonomously on changing operational conditions and to deduce new reaction strategies for occurring faults or disturbances. A rule based decision model is the core of the conceptual design. It is based on known and possible future faults and deducts reaction strategies. Hence, the property which has to be improved is the rough surfaces of LS parts due to the layered structure. Another additional effect is the incomplete melting of powder particles on the surface due to the high process temperature. In this paper we demonstrate our approach of a theoretical model for the topography of LS part surfaces. We investigated the surface roughness as a function of surface orientation. Considering that the model involves further variables as layer thickness, particle density and particle size distribution to describe the topography precisely. In the presented work, a temperature measurement system is implemented within an EOSINT P395 laser sintering system. It allows the determination of a three dimensional temperature distribution and history during the full build and cooling process. The influence of important job parameters, for example the packing density, job height and layer thickness, can be figured out.
