The components of such augmentation pipelines often require extensive configuration to lead to satisfactory results. Thus, non-experts are often unable to use them. Wepresent an efficient supervised algorithm based on genetic programming for learning knowledge graph augmentation pipelines of arbitrary length. Our approach uses multi-expression learning to learn augmentation pipelines able to achieve a high F-measure on the training data. Our evaluation suggests that our approach can efficiently learn a larger class of RDF dataset augmentation tasks than the state of the art while using only a single training example. Even on the most complex augmentation problem we posed, our approach consistently achieves an average F1-measure of 99% in under 500 iterations with an average runtime of 16 seconds","lang":"eng"}],"citation":{"ieee":"K. These spectra result from a simulated near-field measurement of electric field strengths at different locations. Measured values consist of real and imaginary parts (amplitude and phase) in X, Y and Z directions. Training data was obtained in the time domain by varying transmission line geometries (size, distance and signaling). It was then transformed into the frequency domain and used as deep neural network input. Principal component analysis was applied to reduce the sample dimension. The results show that classifying different designs is possible with high accuracy based on synthetic data. Future work comprises measurements of real, custom-made PCB with varying parameters to adapt the simulation model and also test the neural network. Hieraus resultieren durch höhere Prozesskräfte und Ultraschallleistung neueHerausforderungen bei der Prozessentwicklung; hierfür wird ein Simulationsmodell zur Verbesserungder Prozessentwicklung entwickelt.In Ultraschall-Drahtbondversuchen mit 400 m Aluminium und Kupfer Drähten wurde der Einflussder Prozessparameter auf die Bondqualität untersucht; diese Ergebnisse und zusätzliche Messungender Drahtdeformation und Schwingungen wurden für die Formulierung der Anforderungenund zur Validierung der Ergebnisse des Simulationsmodells genutzt.Es wurde ein Prozessmodell, basierend auf einer Co-Simulation zwischen MATLAB und ANSYS,entwickelt; hierbei wurden die phyiskalischen Phänomene wie die Ultraschall Werkstoffentfestigung,der Verbindungsaufbau und die dynamischen Systemeigenschaften abgebildet.Basierend auf einer Zug-Druck-Prüfmaschine wurde ein Prüfstand zur Identifikation der Modellparameterentwickelt. In zusätzlichen Druckversuchen mit den Bonddrähten mit und ohneUltraschallanregung wurde die Reduktion der Umformkräfte unter Ultraschalleinfluss untersucht.Mit dem entwickelten Prozessmodell wurden die Parameterstudien aus den Ultraschall-Drahtbondversuchensimuliert und direkt mit den experimentellen Ergebnissen verglichen, wobei sich einerelativ gute Übereinstimmung zwischen Simulation und Messung sowohl für Aluminium, als auchfür Kupfer, erzielen ließ."},{"lang":"eng","text":"Ultrasonic heavy wire bonding with aluminium wire is a standard process to produce electricalcontacts in power semiconductor modules. The increasing demands on the efficiency and reliabilityof the modules have led to technological developments and copper wires with significantlybetter electrical and thermal properties are used more often nowadays. This results in new challengesin process development due to higher process forces and ultrasonic power; for this purpose,a simulation model is developed to improve process development.Ultrasonic wire bonding tests with 400 m aluminium and copper wires were carried out to investigatethe influence of the process parameters on the bond quality; these results and additionalmeasurements of wire deformation and vibrations were used to define the requirements for themodel and validate the results of the simulation.A process model based on a co-simulation was developed between MATLAB and ANSYS; thephysical phenomena such as ultrasonic softening of the wire material, bond formation and dynamicbehaviour of the components were considered.Based on a tensile-compression testing machine, a test rig was developed to identify the modelparameters. We develop new methods for models of systems subject\nto both stochastic and parametric uncertainties. We provide for the first time\nnovel simulation relations for enabling correct-by-design control refinement,\nthat are founded on coupling uncertainties of stochastic systems via\nsub-probability measures. Such new relations are essential for constructing\nabstract models that are related to not only one model but to a set of\nparameterized models. Despite the already widespread use of the process, there is still a need for research to understand the mechanisms and design of clinched joints. In contrast to the tool parameters, process and material disturbances have not yet been investigated to a relatively large extent. However, these also have a great influence on the properties and applicability of clinching. The effect of process disturbances on the clinched joint are investigated with numerical and experimental methods. The investigated process variations are the history of the sheets using the pre-hardening of the material, different sheet thicknesses, sheet arrangements and punch strokes. For the consideration of the material history, a specimen geometry for pre-stretching specimens in uniaxial tension is used, from which the pre-stretched secondary specimens are taken. A finite element model is set up for the numerical investigations. Suitable clinching tools are selected. With the simulation, selected process influences can be examined. The effort of the numerical investigations is considerably reduced with the help of a statistical experimental design according to Taguchi. To confirm the simulation results, experimental investigations of the clinch point geometry by using micrographs and the shear strength of the clinched joint are performed. The requirements have to be documented and validated carefully using a systematic requirements engineering (RE) approach, for example, by applying scenario-based requirements notations. The resources of the execution platforms and their properties (e.g., CPU frequency or bus throughput) induce effects on the timing behavior, which may lead to violations of the real-time requirements. Nowadays, the platform properties and their induced timing effects are verified against the real-time requirements by means of timing analysis techniques mostly implemented in commercial-off-the-shelf tools. However, such timing analyses are conducted in late development phases since they rely on artifacts produced during these phases (e.g., the platform-specific code). In order to enable early timing analyses already during RE, we extend a scenario-based requirements notation with allocation means to platform models and define operational semantics for the purpose of simulation-based, platform-aware timing analyses. The methodological quality of all selected systematic reviews will be evaluated using a modified version of AMSTAR 2, and the outcome-specific certainty of evidence for systematic reviews with or without meta-analysis will be assessed with NutriGrade. To reduce tire wear through numerical optimization of a vehicle's suspension system, fast simulations of the representative usage of a vehicle are needed. Therefore, this contribution evaluates if instead of a full simulation of a representative test drive, only specific driving maneuvers resulting from a clustering of the driving data can be used to predict tire wear. As a measure for tire wear, the friction work between tire and road is calculated. It is shown that enough clusters result in negligible deviations between the total friction work of the full simulation and the cluster simulations as well as between the distributions of the friction work over the tire width. However, the ideal DSS for one decision maker may not optimally address the requirements for decision support of another decision maker. This is due to differences between\r\ndecision makers in business goals, regulatory restrictions or availability of resources such as data. By using a suboptimal DSS, decision makers risk implementing suboptimal decision recommendations which endanger the success of their business. This presents DSS developers with the challenge to implement a customizable DSS which can be tailored to the individual requirements for decision support of a single decision maker. In order to address this challenge, we suggest a decision support ecosystem in which DSS developers, decision makers and other domain experts collaborate using a shared platform to provide and combine reusable decision support services into a tailored DSS. The contribution of our paper is twofold: First, we define the concept of a decision support ecosystem with respect to existing digital business ecosystems and discuss expected benefits and challenges. Second, we present a reference architecture for a shared platform supporting the realization of a decision support ecosystem. These parameters can then be used to optimize inductive applications such as wireless power transmission. The focus here will be on inductive localization, which uses high-frequency magnetic fields and the resulting induced voltage to provide localization through the coupling parameter mutual inductance. To achieve localization with high accuracy and best possible operation (resonance, signal strength, etc.), the coil parameters need to be well known. For this reason, some numerical methods for the calculation of these quantities are presented and validated. In addition, the physical effects are thereby considered in more detail, allowing the localization procedure to be better optimized compared to simulative black-box methods. So kann die plastische Verformung der Druckplatte beispielsweise zu einer Verkleinerung des Luftspalts führen und ungewollte Veränderung der Reibverhältnisse verursachen. Während des Bremsvorgangs dehnen sich hoch erwärmte Bereiche nah der Reibfläche aus und werden von den Zonen geringerer Temperatur an ihrer Ausdehnung gehindert. Überschreiten die daraus resultierenden Spannungen die Dehngrenze des Materials, kommt es zu plastischer Verformung. Dieser Artikel erläutert den physikalischen Verformungsprozess detailliert und darauf aufbauend, welche Maßnahmen zu einer Verringerung der Verformung ergriffen werden können. Dazu werden im Rahmen theoretischer Vorüberlegungen drei Ansätze identifiziert, die sowohl die Geometrie als auch die Werkstoffe der Druckplatten betreffen. Radiale Schlitze sollen die Behinderung der thermischen Dehnung verhindern und dadurch Spannungen reduzieren; die Werkstoffauswahl auf Basis der Thermoschockempfindlichkeit reduziert die plastische Verformung. Anhand einer kombinierten Simulation der Thermik und der Mechanik einer Druckplatte wird der Effekt dieser Ansätze an vier Varianten der Druckplatte überprüft.
