A \r\nsteeper elevation angle would result in a more balanced seasonal PV yield, at the cost of PV yield reductions during \r\nsummer, but allowing reduced storage capacities. Additionally, the effect of a single-axis tracking system has been \r\ninvestigated, generating more electricity during the morning and evening hours, thus reducing daily storage \r\nrequirements. The necessary PV size and storage capacities required for the German energy supply (1,500 TWh after \r\nelectrification of all sectors) via 100% renewable energies and a 50% solar share have been calculated via the \r\nHOMER Pro software, considering the bridging of periods of \"dark lulls“ in winter, using costs of 2030 (Table 1). \r\nResults: The increase of module elevation angles above the typical 30° leads to a reduction of investment and supply \r\ncosts. The optimum is reached at a cost reduction of -1.5% for an elevation angle at the latitude of the installation \r\nsite. An explanation is that high elevation angles are favorable for clear winter days, but not at all for the critical days \r\nwith diffuse irradiance only, so the battery capacity must be increased. For the same reason, tracking systems do not \r\noffer any cost advantage (at least for the ones without an option for horizontal positioning during diffuse days)."}],"publication":"Proceedings of the 37th European Photovoltaic Solar Energy Conference, 07 - 11 September 2020","department":[{"_id":"53"}],"type":"conference","keyword":["Energy Storage","PV system integration","Large Grid-connected PV systems","Simulation","Energy Supply Options"],"date_created":"2020-09-14T12:42:30Z","file":[{"file_id":"29178","success":1,"content_type":"application/pdf","file_name":"Krauter Rustemovic Khatibi - Elevated Angle - EUPVSEC 2020.pdf","file_size":428312,"access_level":"closed","relation":"main_file","date_updated":"2022-01-06T13:41:20Z","date_created":"2022-01-06T13:41:20Z","creator":"krauter"}],"publication_status":"published","date_updated":"2022-01-06T13:43:51Z","publication_identifier":{"isbn":["3-936338-73-6"]},"author":[{"id":"28836","full_name":"Krauter, Stefan","last_name":"Krauter","first_name":"Stefan","orcid":"0000-0002-3594-260X"},{"last_name":"Rustemovic","first_name":"D.","full_name":"Rustemovic, D."},{"id":"43538","first_name":"Arash","last_name":"Khatibi","full_name":"Khatibi, Arash"}],"title":"Reduction of required storage capacities for a 100% renewable energy supply in Germany, if new PV systems are installed with east-west tracking systems at increased elevation angles","year":"2020","doi":"10.4229/EUPVSEC20202020-6BV.5.10","language":[{"iso":"eng"}]},{"date_updated":"2022-01-21T13:45:40Z","author":[{"full_name":"Lishkova, Y.","first_name":"Y.","last_name":"Lishkova"},{"id":"16494","last_name":"Ober-Blöbaum","first_name":"Sina","full_name":"Ober-Blöbaum, Sina"},{"last_name":"Cannon","first_name":"M.","full_name":"Cannon, M."},{"last_name":"Leyendecker","first_name":"S.","full_name":"Leyendecker, S."}],"year":"2020","status":"public","title":"A multirate variational approach to simulation and optimal control for flexible spacecraft","user_id":"15694","language":[{"iso":"eng"}],"_id":"29422","citation":{"ama":"Lishkova Y, Ober-Blöbaum S, Cannon M, Leyendecker S. We aimed to detect state related metabolic alterations during inpatient admission and upon short- and long-term weight regain. In addition, we tested the hypothesis that metabolite concentrations adapt to those of healthy controls (HC) after long-term weight regain. Thirty-five female adolescents with AN and 25 female HC were recruited. Based on a targeted approach 187 metabolite concentrations were detected at inpatient admission (T0), after short-term weight recovery (T1; half of target-weight) and close to target weight (T2). Pattern hunter and time course analysis were performed. The highest number of significant differences in metabolite concentrations (N = 32) were observed between HC and T1. According to the detected main pattern, metabolite concentrations at T2 became more similar to those of HC. The course of single metabolite concentrations (e.g., glutamic acid) revealed different metabolic subtypes within the study sample. Patients with AN after short-term weight regain are in a greater “metabolic imbalance” than at starvation. After long-term weight regain, patients reach a metabolite profile similar to HC. Our results might be confounded by different metabolic subtypes of patients with AN.
","lang":"eng"}],"date_created":"2021-11-01T18:55:25Z","department":[{"_id":"35"},{"_id":"22"},{"_id":"395"}],"type":"journal_article","author":[{"full_name":"Föcker, Manuel","last_name":"Föcker","first_name":"Manuel"},{"first_name":"Alexander","last_name":"Cecil","full_name":"Cecil, Alexander"},{"full_name":"Prehn, Cornelia","last_name":"Prehn","first_name":"Cornelia"},{"full_name":"Adamski, Jerzy","last_name":"Adamski","first_name":"Jerzy"},{"first_name":"Muriel","last_name":"Albrecht","full_name":"Albrecht, Muriel"},{"first_name":"Frederike","last_name":"Adams","full_name":"Adams, Frederike"},{"full_name":"Hinney, Anke","first_name":"Anke","last_name":"Hinney"},{"id":"88682","orcid":"0000-0003-1603-3133","last_name":"Libuda","first_name":"Lars","full_name":"Libuda, Lars"},{"last_name":"Bühlmeier","first_name":"Judith","full_name":"Bühlmeier, Judith","id":"89838"},{"first_name":"Johannes","last_name":"Hebebrand","full_name":"Hebebrand, Johannes"},{"full_name":"Peters, Triinu","first_name":"Triinu","last_name":"Peters"},{"full_name":"Antel, Jochen","first_name":"Jochen","last_name":"Antel"}],"publication_identifier":{"issn":["2218-1989"]},"title":"Evaluation of Metabolic Profiles of Patients with Anorexia Nervosa at Inpatient Admission, Short- and Long-Term Weight Regain—Descriptive and Pattern Analysis","year":"2020","status":"public","publication_status":"published","date_updated":"2022-09-15T09:49:18Z","_id":"27018","language":[{"iso":"eng"}],"article_number":"7","user_id":"89838","doi":"10.3390/metabo11010007"},{"citation":{"bibtex":"@inproceedings{Bothe_Fedorov_Frei_Lutters_Kenig_2020, title={Dynamische Simulation von industriellen Kreislaufprozessen zur Vermeidung von Notfallsituationen bei der chemischen Absorption}, booktitle={Chemie Ingenieur Technik 92}, author={Bothe, Mike and Fedorov, Alexander and Frei, Herrmann and Lutters, Nicole and Kenig, Eugeny Y.}, year={2020}, pages={1192} }","ama":"Bothe M, Fedorov A, Frei H, Lutters N, Kenig EY. It has a lasting influence on the perception of cultural identity as well as on the interactions between research, the cultural economy and society. Throughout the last three decades, many cultural heritage institutions have contributed a wealth of digital representations of cultural assets (2D digital reproductions of paintings, sheet music, 3D digital models of sculptures, monuments, rooms, buildings), audio-visual data (music, film, stage performances), and procedural research data such as encoding and annotation formats. The long-term preservation and FAIR availability of research data from the cultural heritage domain is fundamentally important, not only for future academic success in the humanities but also for the cultural identity of individuals and society as a whole. Up to now, no coordinated effort for professional research data management on a national level exists in Germany. NFDI4Culture aims to fill this gap and create a user-centered, research-driven infrastructure that will cover a broad range of research domains from musicology, art history and architecture to performance, theatre, film, and media studies.
\r\n
The research landscape addressed by the consortium is characterized by strong institutional differentiation. Research units in the consortium's community of interest comprise university institutes, art colleges, academies, galleries, libraries, archives and museums. This diverse landscape is also characterized by an abundance of research objects, methodologies and a great potential for data-driven research. In a unique effort carried out by the applicant and co-applicants of this proposal and ten academic societies, this community is interconnected for the first time through a federated approach that is ideally suited to the needs of the participating researchers. To promote collaboration within the NFDI, to share knowledge and technology and to provide extensive support for its users have been the guiding principles of the consortium from the beginning and will be at the heart of all workflows and decision-making processes. Thanks to these principles, NFDI4Culture has gathered strong support ranging from individual researchers to high-level cultural heritage organizations such as the UNESCO, the International Council of Museums, the Open Knowledge Foundation and Wikimedia. On this basis, NFDI4Culture will take innovative measures that promote a cultural change towards a more reflective and sustainable handling of research data and at the same time boost qualification and professionalization in data-driven research in the domain of cultural heritage. This will create a long-lasting impact on science, cultural economy and society as a whole.","lang":"eng"}],"publisher":"Pensoft Publishers","_id":"47476","volume":6,"user_id":"61139","status":"public","oa":"1","citation":{"mla":"Altenhöner, Reinhard, et al. “NFDI4Culture - Consortium for Research Data on Material and Immaterial Cultural Heritage.” <i>Research Ideas and Outcomes</i>, vol.
"}],"publisher":"Georg Thieme Verlag KG","_id":"30118","page":"65-72","volume":36,"user_id":"33213","status":"public","citation":{"ieee":"J.
