A triadic constellation may arise in the context of services for animal companions, for example, when veterinarians provide counsel and treatment to the animal companion and its owner. Through interviews with both owners of animal companions and providers of services for animal companions, this study explores typical constellations and characteristics of the three relationships in this service triad. In line with balance theory, the results show that four distinct types of triadic relationships exist in services for animal companions: the harmonious, the dysfunctional, the challenging, and the doubtful triad. The study highlights the potential conflicts and dynamics in the triads to advise providers on how to address customers depending on the types of triads to which they belong."}],"publication":"Journal of Business Research","type":"journal_article","language":[{"iso":"eng"}],"keyword":["Triadic relationships","Balance theory","Pet-related services","Animal companions","Service relationship typology","Service triads"],"article_type":"original","department":[{"_id":"181"}],"user_id":"37741","_id":"3516"},{"user_id":"14955","department":[{"_id":"65"}],"_id":"21774","language":[{"iso":"eng"}],"keyword":["Coronary artery disease","CT angiography","cardiac PET","quantitative perfusion measurement","Koronare Herzerkrankung","CT-Angiographie","PET","quantitative Perfusionsmessung"],"type":"journal_article","publication":"Zeitschrift für Medizinische Physik","status":"public","author":[{"full_name":"Fricke, Harald","last_name":"Fricke","first_name":"Harald"},{"first_name":"Andreas","full_name":"Elsner, Andreas","last_name":"Elsner"},{"first_name":"Reiner","full_name":"Weise, Reiner","last_name":"Weise"},{"full_name":"Bolte, Matthias","last_name":"Bolte","first_name":"Matthias"},{"first_name":"Jörg","full_name":"van den Hoff, Jörg","last_name":"van den Hoff"},{"last_name":"Burchert","full_name":"Burchert, Wolfgang","first_name":"Wolfgang"},{"last_name":"Domik","full_name":"Domik, Gitta","id":"90","first_name":"Gitta"},{"first_name":"Eva","full_name":"Fricke, Eva","last_name":"Fricke"}],"date_created":"2021-04-25T17:06:55Z","volume":19,"date_updated":"2022-01-06T06:55:13Z","doi":"10.1016/j.zemedi.2009.05.005","title":"Quantitative myocardial perfusion PET combined with coronary anatomy derived from CT angiography: Validation of a new fusion and visualisation software","issue":"3","publication_identifier":{"issn":["0939-3889"]},"citation":{"ama":"Fricke H, Elsner A, Weise R, et al.
