It considers the dimensions product, business strategy, corporate management, and value chain. The circular business transformation (CBT) framework includes incentives for entering the CE, fields of action, design options, and associated challenges. For researchers, it provides a comprehensive overview and serves as a basis for in-depth studies of each dimension of CBT. Conventionally, a current control in dq-coordinates is utilized. At steady state, the resulting calculated reference arm voltages are sinusoidal, have identical amplitudes and show a phase shift of 120 degree to each other. For balanced grid inductors, the resulting grid currents also have the same amplitude. However, own simulations show that unbalanced grid inductors always lead to different grid current amplitudes (4% difference in this case). As a result, the averaged charging module powers differ and the peak DC-link capacitor voltage rises as well. In the first step, an adaptation of an existing zero-sequence voltage injection is proposed. For balanced grid inductors, it converges to the 3rd harmonic voltage injection which can reduce the peak-to-peak DC-link voltage ripple up by to 50% and balances the power between the phases. However, unbalanced grid inductors still lead to the same unbalanced grid currents of 4%. Therefore, a new method with 4 integrators based on linear regression is proposed to achieve sinusoidal grid currents for unbalanced inductors. The proposed method has a similar transient dynamic as the conventional dq control, but balances the grid currents nearly ideally. Simulation results of a 1MW cascaded H bridge and a scaled-down prototype verify the proposed method.","lang":"eng"}],"status":"public","type":"conference","publication":"2025 Energy Conversion Congress & Expo Europe (ECCE Europe)","keyword":["Cascaded H-Bridge","Current Control","dq Transformation","Linear Regression","Unbalanced Inductors"],"language":[{"iso":"eng"}],"_id":"63157","user_id":"34289","department":[{"_id":"52"}],"year":"2025","citation":{"mla":"Unruh, Roland, et al. “Three-Phase Instantaneous Current Controller for Unbalanced Grid Inductors Without DQ Transform for Cascaded H-Bridge Converters.” 2025 Energy Conversion Congress &Amp; Expo Europe (ECCE Europe), IEEE, 2025, doi:10.1109/ecce-europe62795.2025.11238538.","short":"R. One specific type of digital services are smart services, which are digital services built on data from smart products. Introducing these kinds of offerings into the portfolio of manufacturing companies is not trivial. Moreover, they require conscious action to align all relevant capabilities to realize the respective business goals. However, what capabilities are generally relevant for smart services remains opaque. We conducted a systematic literature review to identify them and extended the results through an interview study. Our analysis results in 78 capabilities clustered among 12 principles and six dimensions. For this purpose, we compare the effect of a sudden shock (dissolution of the Soviet Union) on the managers' present perceptions to that of a steady transition (EU accession). We consult the 5th round of the Business Environment and Enterprise Performance Survey from 2012 to 2014 analyzing 4715 interviews with managers of organizations from twelve Central and Eastern European countries. Our results reveal striking differences in the present perception of corruption for organizations founded immediately before and immediately after these institutional transitions. The study's results contribute to the research on imprinting theory regarding the relationship between organizations and institutional conditions that constitutes a lasting effect on organizational structures. Thus, applying an institutional perspective that considers less stable periods for organizations yields a promising avenue in research on organizational behavior."}],"publication":"Business Ethics, the Environment & Responsibility","title":"Long‐term effects of institutional conditions on perceived corruption – A study on organizational imprinting in post‐communist countries","date_created":"2022-12-08T06:59:28Z","publisher":"Wiley","year":"2022","issue":"2","quality_controlled":"1","article_type":"original","user_id":"49071","department":[{"_id":"178"},{"_id":"184"}],"project":[{"name":"OrgIdent: Die Konstruktion organisationaler Identität und der Einfluss von Geschichte","_id":"81","grant_number":"DFG 398074981"}],"_id":"34281","status":"public","type":"journal_article","main_file_link":[{"open_access":"1","url":"https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/epdf/10.1111/beer.12506"}],"doi":"10.1111/beer.12506","author":[{"id":"49071","full_name":"Auer, Thorsten Fabian","last_name":"Auer","first_name":"Thorsten Fabian"},{"id":"33333","full_name":"Knorr, Karin","last_name":"Knorr","first_name":"Karin"},{"last_name":"Thommes","full_name":"Thommes, Kirsten","id":"72497","first_name":"Kirsten"}],"volume":32,"oa":"1","date_updated":"2023-11-23T08:10:48Z","citation":{"apa":"Auer, T. While previous research on digital transformation mainly focused on digital transformation within organizations, it is of growing importance to understand the implications for digital transformation on different layers (e.g., interorganizational cooperation and platform ecosystems). In particular, the conceptualization and implications of public data spaces and related ecosystems provide promising research opportunities. This device allows to measure electric and magnetic fields in small distances to the DUT (Device under Test) with high geometric precision and high sensitivity. Leading to a fast examination of EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) problems, because the electromagnetic properties are better understandable and therefore easier to solve than e.g. measurements in a far-field chamber. In addition, it is possible to extrapolate the near-fields into the far-field and to determine the radiation pattern of antennas and emitting objects. For this purpose, this paper deals with the basis of this transformation, the so-called surface equivalence theorem. This principle is then adapted to the measurement of near-field scanners and implemented accordingly. Due to the non-ideal design of the near-field scanner, the effects on a far-field transformation are finally presented and discussed.","lang":"eng"}],"publication":"2020 International Symposium on Electromagnetic Compatibility - EMC EUROPE"},{"date_created":"2021-03-18T13:49:49Z","publisher":" The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET)","title":"Far-field prediction combining simulations with near-field measurements for EMI assessment of PCBs","edition":"1","year":"2020","language":[{"iso":"eng"}],"keyword":["Huygens' box","NF-to-FF transformation","efficient FF radiation model","FF behaviour","EMI assessment","PCB","near-field measurements","efficient radiation model","far-field behaviour","RF design process","far-field prediction","Huygens'box principle","fullwave simulation","electronic system radiation","equivalent radiation source","electromagnetic simulation tool","near-field scan data","EM compatibility failure reduction"],"publication":"Tensorial Analysis of Networks (TAN) Modelling for PCB Signal Integrity and EMC Analysis","abstract":[{"lang":"eng","text":"Using near-field (NF) scan data to predict the far-field (FF) behaviour of radiating electronic systems represents a novel method to accompany the whole RF design process. This approach involves so-called Huygens' box as an efficient radiation model inside an electromagnetic (EM) simulation tool and then transforms the scanned NF measured data into the FF. For this, the basic idea of the Huygens'box principle and the NF-to-FF transformation are briefly presented. The NF is measured on the Huygens' box around a device under test using anNF scanner, recording the magnitude and phase of the site-related magnetic and electric components. A comparison between a fullwave simulation and the measurement results shows a good similarity in both the NF and the simulated and transformed FF.Thus, this method is applicable to predict the FF behaviour of any electronic system by measuring the NF. With this knowledge, the RF design can be improved due to allowing a significant reduction of EM compatibility failure at the end of the development flow. In addition, the very efficient FF radiation model can be used for detailed investigations in various environments and the impact of such an equivalent radiation source on other electronic systems can be assessed."}],"author":[{"first_name":"Dominik","full_name":"Schröder, Dominik","last_name":"Schröder"},{"id":"38240","full_name":"Lange, Sven","last_name":"Lange","first_name":"Sven"},{"full_name":"Hangmann, Christian","last_name":"Hangmann","first_name":"Christian"},{"first_name":"Christian","full_name":"Hedayat, Christian","last_name":"Hedayat"}],"date_updated":"2022-01-06T06:55:03Z","main_file_link":[{"url":"https://digital-library.theiet.org/content/books/10.1049/pbcs072e_ch14"}],"doi":"10.1049/pbcs072e_ch14","related_material":{"record":[{"status":"public","id":"21542","relation":"other"}]},"publication_status":"published","publication_identifier":{"isbn":["9781839530494","9781839530500"]},"citation":{"ieee":"D. It forms in two different morphologies, upper and lower bainite, where different diffusion mechanisms are dominant. The aim of this work is to simulate both transformations within a unified model. To this end, we extend an own previously published model for lower bainite with diffusion across the phase interface. As a central idea we introduce weighted Helmholtz energy functions and a weighted mobility tensor, respectively. The individual Helmholtz energy functions and mobility terms are related to the different diffusion mechanisms which are responsible for the formation of both morphologies.
