text: Established companies are undertaking major transformation initiatives of
their corporate structures and organisational forms to cope with the complexity
during the engineering of cyber-physical production systems (CPPS). A frequently
discussed issue is the measurability of this transformation progress. This paper
conducts a systematic literature analysis of approaches regarding measurability
of transformation and evaluates their application in the context of a systems
engineering transformation. Measure-ment criteria are derived from the identified
approaches, categorised, and finally evaluated by industry experts regarding their
applicability. The categorised measurement criteria can be used to accurately
measure the progress of a transformation process.

text: In the face of climate change and growing sustainability awareness, industrial
companies are at a pivotal point in transforming from a linear to a circular economy
(CE) model. Yet, aligning their business with the principles of the CE is a challenging
task. Utilizing a systematic literature review (SLR) and thematic analysis a framework
for the business transformation towards the CE has been developed. It considers
the dimensions product, business strategy, corporate management, and value chain.
The circular business transformation (CBT) framework includes incentives for entering
the CE, fields of action, design options, and associated challenges. For researchers,
it provides a comprehensive overview and serves as a basis for in-depth studies
of each dimension of CBT. Furthermore, it acts as a practical guide that enables
industrial companies to strategically navigate through the complexity of the CBT
    and to effectively design it.

  text:
In the engineering of complex technical systems, Systems Engineering
(SE) is a key approach that is becoming increasingly relevant in more and more
industries due to the ever-increasing complexity of systems. Over the decades
of practical application and research, various specializations and forms of the
Systems Engineering approach have developed, but there has so far been a lack
of an overarching context and positioning in meaningful stages for the introduction
of Systems Engineering in companies. For this reason, this research will systematize
common Systems Engineering approaches and bring them together in a stage model
for Systems Engineering. Based on a systematic literature review, use cases are
identified for each approach and stage, which support companies in selecting an
approach suitable for their own organization.

text: Three-phase cascaded H-bridge converters (CHBs) in star configuration require
reliable current controllers to evenly charge the module DC-link capacitors. Conventionally,
a current control in dq-coordinates is utilized. At steady state, the resulting
calculated reference arm voltages are sinusoidal, have identical amplitudes and
show a phase shift of 120 degree to each other. For balanced grid inductors, the
resulting grid currents also have the same amplitude. However, own simulations
show that unbalanced grid inductors always lead to different grid current amplitudes
(4% difference in this case). As a result, the averaged charging module powers
differ and the peak DC-link capacitor voltage rises as well. In the first step,
an adaptation of an existing zero-sequence voltage injection is proposed. For
balanced grid inductors, it converges to the 3rd harmonic voltage injection which
can reduce the peak-to-peak DC-link voltage ripple up by to 50% and balances the
power between the phases. However, unbalanced grid inductors still lead to the
same unbalanced grid currents of 4%. Therefore, a new method with 4 integrators
based on linear regression is proposed to achieve sinusoidal grid currents for
unbalanced inductors. The proposed method has a similar transient dynamic as the
conventional dq control, but balances the grid currents nearly ideally. Simulation
results of a 1MW cascaded H bridge and a scaled-down prototype verify the proposed
    method.

text: Digital Servitization is one of the significant trends affecting the manufacturing
industry. Companies try to tackle challenges regarding their differentiation and
profitability using digital services. One specific type of digital services are
smart services, which are digital services built on data from smart products.
Introducing these kinds of offerings into the portfolio of manufacturing companies
is not trivial. Moreover, they require conscious action to align all relevant
capabilities to realize the respective business goals. However, what capabilities
are generally relevant for smart services remains opaque. We conducted a systematic
literature review to identify them and extended the results through an interview
study. Our analysis results in 78 capabilities clustered among 12 principles and
six dimensions. These results provide significant support for the smart service
transformation of manufacturing companies and for structuring the research field
    of smart services.

text: We investigate differences in bribing decisions among two generations from
East and West Germany in a bribery game conducted as an online study (N=168).
This way, we aim to explore moral considerations of individuals influenced by
two formerly different institutional systems. We find a higher propensity to bribe
among young Germans compared to the older generation. Young East Germans even
reveal a slightly greater inclination to bribe than their West German counterparts.
We conclude that preferences for personal favors may be induced among young East
Germans given the tense relationship between market opportunities and conveyed
cultural traits of a socialist imprint.

text: Transformation of Fe- and Cu-rich primary phase particles was studied in an
Al-Li-based alloy prepared by twin-roll casting. Thin foils for combined STEM
and SEM experiments were prepared by electrolytic twin-jet polishing. They were
in-situ heated in a TEM heating stage and observed at 200 kV in the JEOL JEM 2200FS
electron microscope equipped with STEM HAADF and BF detectors and SEM BSE and
SE detectors working both in composition and topographic modes. The resulting
structures were combined with EDS mapping performed directly in the heating holder.
Dissolution and transformation of Cu- and Fe-rich particles occur above 500 °C.
EDS maps acquired on the foil cooled down to room temperature show that Cu and
Fe are both still present in newly formed particles, most likely indicating the
    presence of the Al7Cu2Fe phase.

text: In this paper, we apply imprinting theory to examine how institutional transformation
substantially influences perceptions of corruption that we argue to be incorporated
to a varying extent in organizations founded in that period. For this purpose,
we compare the effect of a sudden shock (dissolution of the Soviet Union) on the
managers' present perceptions to that of a steady transition (EU accession). We
consult the 5th round of the Business Environment and Enterprise Performance Survey
from 2012 to 2014 analyzing 4715 interviews with managers of organizations from
twelve Central and Eastern European countries. Our results reveal striking differences
in the present perception of corruption for organizations founded immediately
before and immediately after these institutional transitions. The study's results
contribute to the research on imprinting theory regarding the relationship between
organizations and institutional conditions that constitutes a lasting effect on
organizational structures. Thus, applying an institutional perspective that considers
less stable periods for organizations yields a promising avenue in research on
    organizational behavior.

text: Technological developments such as Cloud Computing, the Internet of Things,
Big Data and Artificial Intelligence continue to drive the digital transformation
of business and society. With the advent of platform-based ecosystems and their
potential to address complex challenges, there is a trend towards greater interconnectedness
between different stakeholders to co-create services based on the provision and
use of data. While previous research on digital transformation mainly focused
on digital transformation within organizations, it is of growing importance to
understand the implications for digital transformation on different layers (e.g.,
interorganizational cooperation and platform ecosystems). In particular, the conceptualization
and implications of public data spaces and related ecosystems provide promising
research opportunities. This special issue contains five papers on the topic of
digital transformation and, with the editorial, further contributes by providing
an initial conceptualization of public data spaces' potential to foster innovative
progress and digital transformation from a management perspective.

text: In this publication, the near-field to far-field transformation using the
self-built near-field scanner NFS3000 is examined with regard to its geometry.
This device allows to measure electric and magnetic fields in small distances
to the DUT (Device under Test) with high geometric precision and high sensitivity.
Leading to a fast examination of EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) problems,
because the electromagnetic properties are better understandable and therefore
easier to solve than e.g. measurements in a far-field chamber. In addition, it
is possible to extrapolate the near-fields into the far-field and to determine
the radiation pattern of antennas and emitting objects. For this purpose, this
paper deals with the basis of this transformation, the so-called surface equivalence
theorem. This principle is then adapted to the measurement of near-field scanners
and implemented accordingly. Due to the non-ideal design of the near-field scanner,
the effects on a far-field transformation are finally presented and discussed.

text: Using near-field (NF) scan data to predict the far-field (FF) behaviour of
radiating electronic systems represents a novel method to accompany the whole
RF design process. This approach involves so-called Huygens' box as an efficient
radiation model inside an electromagnetic (EM) simulation tool and then transforms
the scanned NF measured data into the FF. For this, the basic idea of the Huygens'box
principle and the NF-to-FF transformation are briefly presented. The NF is measured
on the Huygens' box around a device under test using anNF scanner, recording the
magnitude and phase of the site-related magnetic and electric components. A comparison
between a fullwave simulation and the measurement results shows a good similarity
in both the NF and the simulated and transformed FF.Thus, this method is applicable
to predict the FF behaviour of any electronic system by measuring the NF. With
this knowledge, the RF design can be improved due to allowing a significant reduction
of EM compatibility failure at the end of the development flow. In addition, the
very efficient FF radiation model can be used for detailed investigations in various
environments and the impact of such an equivalent radiation source on other electronic
    systems can be assessed.

    Arbeit erworben?'

text: "This contribution discusses how the ongoing digitalisation of production
and business processes (Industry 4.0) affects human work (Work 4.0) in the context
of agriculture. Its focus is upon the questions of how working processes change
on farms due to digitalisation efforts, how farmers experience those changes,
and what competences are required to cope with upcoming work practices. Those
questions are answered based on an interview study with ten dairy livestock farmers
who work on farms that have already undergone digital transformation processes.
This study hereby adds to the literature concerned with digital transformation
in general as well as the literature on agriculture.\r\n"

text: Bainite is a steel microstructure consisting of three phases, bainitic ferrite,
austenite and carbides. It forms in two different morphologies, upper and lower
bainite, where different diffusion mechanisms are dominant. The aim of this work
is to simulate both transformations within a unified model. To this end, we extend
an own previously published model for lower bainite with diffusion across the
phase interface. As a central idea we introduce weighted Helmholtz energy functions
and a weighted mobility tensor, respectively. The individual Helmholtz energy
functions and mobility terms are related to the different diffusion mechanisms
which are responsible for the formation of both morphologies. Two representative
examples illustrate the capability of the coupled phase field/diffusion model
    and show the expected behaviour.
