  text: 'Currently, inclusive sport development is mainly discussed in a normative
    way: as a human right to participation. This implies an access to sports clubs
    on the base of equality, thus leading to controversial discussions sometimes.
    But inclusion is also a chance for sports clubs to learn to deal with heterogeneous
    sport motives in a group, thus hedging their own future and contributing to the
    healthcare of the population.'

    normativen Gesichtspunkten als Recht auf Partizipation an allen Bereichen des
    Sports diskutiert. Dies impliziert den uneingeschränkten Zugang zu Vereinen, was
    mancherorts zu kontroversen Debatten führt. Inklusion kann für Sportvereine aber
    noch aus anderen Gründen bedeutsam sein; sie können lernen, heterogene Sportmotive
    in einer Gruppe zu organisieren, und damit einen Beitrag zur eigenen Zukunftssicherung
    und zur Gesundheitsversorgung der Bevölkerung leisten.
