text: We relate proper isometry classes of maximal lattices in a totally definite
quaternary quadratic space (V,q) with trivial discriminant to certain equivalence
classes of ideals in the quaternion algebra representing the Clifford invariant
of (V,q). This yields a good algorithm to enumerate a system of representatives
of proper isometry classes of lattices in genera of maximal lattices in (V,q).

  text: '

  text:
This paper studies the performance of improper Gaussian signaling
(IGS) over a 2-user Rayleigh single-input single-output (SISO) interference channel,
treating interference as noise. We assume that the receivers have perfect channel
state information (CSI), while the transmitters have access to only statistical
CSI. Under these assumptions, we consider a signaling scheme, which we refer to
as proper/improper Gaussian signaling or PGS/IGS, where at most one user may employ
IGS. For the Rayleigh fading channel model, we characterize the statistical distribution
of the signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio at each receiver and derive closed-form
expressions for the ergodic rates. By adapting the powers, we characterize the
Pareto boundary of the ergodic rate region for the 2-user fading IC. The ergodic
transmission rates can be attained using fixed-rate codebooks and no optimization
is involved. Our results show that, in the moderate and strong interference regimes,
the proposed PGS/IGS scheme improves the performance with respect to the PGS scheme.
Additionally, we numerically compute the ergodic rate region of the full IGS scheme
when both users can employ IGS and their transmission parameters are optimized
by an exhaustive search. Our results suggest that most of the Pareto optimal points
for the 2-user fading IC channel are attained when either both users transmit
PGS or when one transmits PGS and the other transmits maximally improper Gaussian
signals and time sharing is allowed.

acquirers across North America and Europe between 2005 and 2018, this study\r\nanalyzes
the impact of M&A announcements on an acquirers abnormal CDS spread\r\nchanges.
We \fnd that spreads from CDS which are written on acquirers increase\r\nby 310
bps during a symmetric \fve-day event window suggesting that investors\r\nexpect
an increase in the acquirers credit risk exposure due to M&As. Next to\r\nthis

into the driving factors of the rising risk perception of CDS investors due to\r\nM&A

  text:
Abstract. This study investigates factors influencing employeesʼ intention
to stay. Therefore, we developed and analyzed a retention model relating to the
voluntary turnover model ( Allen et al., 2010 ). We assume that the decision processes
for retention and turnover might be similar. Differences can be found in the initiating
factors (the drivers for leaving and staying). We combine empirically evident
retention drivers, which are weighted regarding their implementation in the organization,
with process variables from the turnover model. The model is tested with a sample
of 881 German employees using structural equation modeling. Results show a significant
indirect effect of the retention drivers on the intention to stay. The influence
is mediated by the key attitudes job satisfaction and affective commitment. A
psychological contract breach influences the relationship between job satisfaction
and intention to stay, but not between affective commitment and intention to stay.
We integrated research from Human Resource Management (HRM) into the framework
    of voluntary turnover.

text: Metal-semiconductor and junction n-channel field-effect transistors (MESFETs
and JFETs) have been fabricated on glass substrates using room temperature deposited
amorphous zinc-tin oxide (ZTO) channel layers. Characteristics of transistors
and inverter circuits are compared. Best FET devices exhibit ON-to- OFF current
ratios over eight orders of magnitude, subthreshold swings as low as 250 mV/dec
and field-effect mobilities of 5 cm 2 /Vs. Furthermore, all devices show long-term
stability over a period of more than 200 days. Inverters fabricated using either
MESFETs or JFETs exhibit remarkable peak gain magnitude values of 350 and voltage
uncertainty levels as low as 260 mV for an operating voltage of 5 V. A Schottky
diode FET logic (SDFL) approach is applied to shift the switching voltage which
is a requirement for cascading of inverters for realization of ring oscillators.

  text:
The design and performance of the high-resolution wavelength-dispersive
multi-crystal von Hamos-type spectrometer at PETRA III beamline P64 are described.
Extended analyzer crystal collection available at the beamline allows coverage
of a broad energy range from 5 keV to 20 keV with an energy resolution of 0.35–1 eV.
Particular attention was paid to enabling two-color measurements by a combination
of two types of analyzer crystals and two two-dimensional detectors. The performance
of the spectrometer is demonstrated by elastic-line and emission-line measurements
    on various compounds.
