text: 'We criticize some conceptual weaknesses in the recent literature on coalitional
TUgames and propose, based on our critics, a new definition of dual TU-games that
coincides with the one in the literature on the class of super-additive games.
We justify our new definition in four alternative ways: 1. Via an adequate definition
of ecient payo vectors. 2. Via a modification of the Bondareva-Shapley duality.
    3. Via an explicit consideration of \coalition building". 4. Via associating general
TU-games to coalition-production economies. Rather than imputations, we base our
analysis on a modification of aspirations.'

text: Self-assembly of nanoparticles (NPs) forming unique structures has been investigated
extensively over the past few years. However, many self-assembled structures by
NPs are irreversible, because they are generally constructed using their suspensions.
It is still challenging for NPs to reversibly self-assemble in dry state, let
alone of polymeric NPs with general sizes of hundreds of nm. Herein, this study
reports a new reversible self-assembly phenomenon of NPs in dry state, forming
thermoreversible strip-like supermolecular structures. These novel NPs of around
150 nm are perfluorinated surface-undecenoated cellulose nanoparticles (FSU-CNPs)
with a core-coronas structure. The thermoreversible self-assembled structure is
formed after drying in the air at the interface between FSU-CNP films and Teflon
substrates. Remarkably, the formation and dissociation of this assembled structure
are accompanied by a reversible conversion of the surface hydrophobicity, film
transparency, and anisotropic properties. These findings show novel feasibility
of reversible self-assembly of NPs in dry state, and thereby expand our knowledge
    of self-assembly phenomenon.

text: 'In the electronic system development, energy consumption is clearly becoming
one of the most important design concerns. From the system level point of view,
Dynamic Power Management (DPM) and Dynamic Voltage and Frequency Scaling (DVFS)
are two mostly applied techniques to adjust the tradeoff between the performance
and power dissipation at runtime. In this paper, we study the problem of combined
application of both techniques with regard to hard real-time systems running on
cluster-based multi-core processors. To optimize the processor energy consumption,
a heuristic based on simulated annealing with efficient termination criterion
is proposed. The experiment results show that the proposed algorithm outperforms
the existing approaches in terms of the energy reduction. '
