abstract = {{Technological advancements and evolving value orientations reshape future value creation and pose new requirements for service innovation. While a variety of disciplines are developing new approaches to drive service innovation, this is primarily done in isolation and generates only fragmented solutions. Sociological theory has proposed “boundary objects” as an effective umbrella for communication and cooperation among communities. Therefore, we introduce continuous value shaping (CVS) as a boundary object describing service innovation approaches along five principles. We reflect on this concept through the different disciplinary lenses of researchers in service marketing, information systems, service engineering, sociology of work, and innovation management. These perspectives highlight how the CVS principles already connect to discourses within the individual disciplines. However, the CVS concept will not only provide an umbrella to embrace existing activities in different academic disciplines. It also assists to identify research themes that will benefit from uniting the power of these disciplines, and it can serve as an integrating framework to conceptualize complex service innovation approaches. Thus, the CVS concept should guide both researchers and practitioners to develop and implement novel innovation and transformation efforts—in and across organizations.}},

An important part of Iran’s censorship apparatus is its analysis of unencrypted protocols such as HTTP and DNS. During routine evaluations of Iran’s HTTP and DNS censorship, we noticed several properties we believe to be unknown today. For instance, we found injections of correct static IPs for some domains such as google.com on the DNS level, unclear HTTP version parsing, and correlations between DNS and HTTP censorship. In this paper, we present our findings to the community and discuss possible takeaways for affected people and the censorship circumvention community. As some of our findings left us bewildered, we hope to ignite a discussion about Iran’s censorship behavior. We aim to use the discussion of our work to execute a thorough analysis and explanation of Iran’s censorship behavior in the future.}},

By encrypting the SNI extension, the Encrypted ClientHello (ECH) prevents censors from blocking TLS traffic to certain domains. Despite this promising outlook, ECH’s current capability to contest TLS censorship is unclear; for instance, Russia has started censoring ECH connections successfully. This paper clarifies ECH’s current role for TLS censorship. To this end, we evaluate servers’ support for ECH and its analysis and subsequent blocking by censors. We determine Cloudflare as the only major provider supporting ECH. Additionally, we affirm previously known ECH censorship in Russia and uncover indirect censorship of ECH through encrypted DNS censorship in China and Iran. Our findings suggest that ECH’s contribution to censorship circumvention is currently limited: we consider ECH’s dependence on encrypted DNS especially challenging for ECH’s capability to circumvent censorship. We stress the importance of censorship-resistant ECH to solve the long-known problem of SNI-based TLS censorship.}},

Además, muchos de los futuros profesionales de la educación cuentan con capital intercultural que se podría aplicar en diferentes contextos nacionales y transnacionales de enseñanza y aprendizaje interculturales. We find a significant shift in bond market activity, evidenced by a 49% increase in the number of bond listings in the EEA30 countries relative to the UK market after Brexit. Country-level analyses reveal a staggered effect on market activity, with predominantly international issuers adjusting their bond listings between the initially scheduled Brexit date and the final withdrawal date. At the issuer level, our findings indicate that the relative attractiveness of the EEA30 market has increased post-Brexit. Overall, these results suggest that the European capital market has successfully adapted to the loss of its largest financial center and exhibits a rising corporate bond market activity.}},

We clarify the theoretical basis for the waveguides with potentially non-diagonal core permittivity. Symmetry classes can be distinguished that differ in their consequences for potential modal degeneracy and polarization conversion. Our rigorous numerical analysis by means of a finite-element solver takes the anisotropy of the lithium niobate cores rigorously into account. We discuss extensive data for effective indices, polarization properties, and hybridization of guided modes, in single- and multimode channels. Scans over the waveguide width and orientation as primary parameters are complemented by a series of illustrations of vectorial mode profiles. These turn out to be essentially complex in cases of X-cut channels at non-crystal-axis-aligned orientations.}},

As part of the development of a method for ensuring the versatility of clinching, an additional rotational movement of the punch was introduced as a control variable to influence friction in the mechanical joining process. The effect of rotational superimposition on the force-displacement curve of the clinching processes was investigated using four test variants with different kinematics. The primary objective was to evaluate the binding mechanisms that maintain the integrity of the clinched joint. To evaluate the force closure of the resulting joint, two testing methods were employed throughout the course of the research, non-destructive resistance measurement using four-wire sensing method and destructive torsion testing. A crucial factor influencing the efficacy of the process is surface cleanliness, as contaminants between joining partners can impede the effectiveness of the clinched joint. Therefore, all specimens were meticulously cleaned prior to experimentation. This method exhibits promising potential in creating clinched joints that align with the demands of flexible manufacturing environments.
}},

abstract = {{Ferroelectric domain wall (DW) conductivity (DWC) can be attributed to two separate mechanisms: (a) the injection/ejection of charge carriers across the Schottky barrier formed at the (metal-)electrode-DW junction and (b) the transport of those charge carriers along the DW. Current-voltage (I-U) characteristics, recorded at variable temperatures from LiNbO3 (LNO) DWs, are clearly able to differentiate between these two contributions. Practically, they allow us to directly quantify the physical parameters relevant to the two mechanisms (a) and (b) mentioned above. These are, for example, the resistance of the DW, the saturation current, the ideality factor, and the Schottky barrier height of the electrode-DW junction. Furthermore, the activation energies needed to initiate the thermally activated electronic transport along the DWs can be extracted. In addition, we show that electronic transport along LNO DWs can be elegantly viewed and interpreted in an adapted semiconductor picture based on a double-diode, double-resistor equivalent-circuit model, the R2D2 model. Finally, our R2D2 model was checked for its universality by successfully fitting the I-U curves of not only z-cut LNO bulk DWs, but equally of z-cut thin-film LNO DWs, and of x-cut thin-film DWs as reported in literature.}},
