It investigates the extent to which this formula is connected to Jesus’s words to Mary Magdalene on Easter morning in John 20:17. The analysis aims to show that the Qur’an critically engages with the Christian interpretive tradition surrounding this statement as recorded in John’s Gospel and adapts it – both contextually and verbally – within its own theological framework. In this paper, we analyze the source code from this leak, focusing on Geedge Networks’ flagship product, the Tiangou Secure Gateway (TSG) firewall. Working across multiple repositories, we successfully build and run a local copy of TSG—revealing key aspects of its architecture, including the protocols it is capable of parsing and the format of blocking rules used to censor sites, proxies, and other resources. Finally, we extract several fingerprints from TSG, including custom random number generators and parsing idiosyncrasies that allow us to identify its use and similar deployments in the Great Firewall of China. This is the first time that the source code of a commercial DPI has been leaked, and our work is the first code analysis of a core firewall component used in national censorship infrastructure. With the rising adoption of the QUIC protocol, these censors have been forced to evolve their systems. Russia introduced sweeping changes to its censorship after its full-scale invasion of Ukraine, including completely blocking international QUIC connections. However, after this broad filter was identified in 2022, Russian QUIC censorship received little attention: The current state of QUIC censorship by TSPU devices is largely unknown. In this paper, we provide a timeline of Russian QUIC censorship and detail its current state. We identify that Russian TSPU devices switched to SNI-dependent QUIC censorship on a large scale between May 2022 and July 2023, a fact that went largely unnoticed for three years. While the GFW was previously thought to be the first censor with broad SNI-dependent QUIC censorship, we highlight that Russian TSPU devices broadly adopted SNI-dependent QUIC censorship at least nine months before the GFW. Drawing on a dialogic feedback framework, the study analyzes students’ feedback processes in an ecologically valid learning context. Grounded in a sociocultural perspective, the framework integrates Carless’ dialogic conceptualization of feedback, Shute’s feedback typology, and Vergnaud’s scheme theory. Eight eighth-graders from a German secondary school worked individually on percentage problems at home, video-recorded via online conferencing. Data included screen recordings and think-aloud protocols, which were analyzed using qualitative text analysis. Results reveal large individual differences in feedback processes—students vary in when and how they access feedback messages and how they make sense of them. Successfully solving a task after feedback does not always indicate understanding; in some cases, feedback aided procedural completion without conceptual insight. The effectiveness depended on the alignment between task design, feedback message content, and students’ actual difficulties. Cryptographic signatures offer such guarantees, but are rarely adopted due to persistent usability challenges. This paper explores the potential of digital identity wallets for securely and intuitively signing documents with verified personal data. To this end, we developed IdentitySign, an open-source prototype application, and evaluated it through a user study (N=74). Our results indicate good usability but also reveal potential pitfalls for this and similar wallet-based signature applications, such as unjustified trust in documents with signatures that are cryptographically valid but signed by the wrong signer. Given a dielectric multilayer slab structure, these are wave solutions that propagate along the slab with the functional dependence of ordinary harmonic plane waves, but with modal confinement in the direction perpendicular to the slab plane. While the in-plane unbounded waves are valid as a theoretical construct, practical devices will have to work with laterally confined optical fields. To that end we consider Gaussian superpositions of semi-guided waves, for a range of in-plane propagation angles, here named “semi-guided Gaussian beams.” This paper collects a series of relations that characterize these wave bundles, with emphasis on their divergence. The expressions resemble standard results for optical Gaussian beams, with modifications originating from the 1-D guiding and 1-D bundling. Particularly, their multifunctionalization is of great significance for enhancing the compactness and integration of optical systems. However, the realization of multifunctional Janus metasurfaces in the optical band still faces enormous difficulties and challenges, which are essentially limited by the anti-error design and processing methods of multi-layer cascade metasurfaces. Here, a triple-layer Janus metasurface based on cascaded plasmonic nano-antenna arrays fully buried in SiO2 is constructed. Among them, the cascaded plasma nano-antenna consists of two types of enantiomers for each wavelength. Each enantiomer is fabricated with two layers of L-shaped nanostructures with phase modulation and one layer of dimer nanostructures with polarization selection stacked alternately along the optical axis. Train stations, as places of connection and transfer, offer the greatest potential in this context. Thus, the deployment of autonomous service robots at train stations offers a wide range of possibilities for supporting passengers on their journeys by rail, for example, by providing information, accompanying them to the next link in the mobility chain, or transporting their luggage. Since such robots are battery-powered, one challenge is to carefully plan activities based on the remaining battery capacity. Therefore, the aim of this work is to predict battery usage and, in turn, battery state, in order to inform passengers, and to enable intelligent planning of its usage.In this work, realistic operational conditions of a service robot are systematically assessed through measurements on the service robot itself and through passenger surveys at a train station. The estimated operational conditions are experimentally replicated to simulate the heterogeneous use of the battery pack, while acquiring condition monitoring data throughout its use. The battery pack is modeled based on the single particle model, which can robustly predict the battery state by simulating its usage considering past operational conditions. The approach is validated using experimental data obtained from simulating realistic usage. On the one hand, additional battery packs are employed, and on the other hand, the load is varied. The advantage of this approach lies in the ability to account for future changes, such as higher loads than anticipated, to provide robust predictions.This enables the intelligent use of service robots, offering passengers an improved service experience at train stations.</jats:p>"}],"publication":"PHM Society European Conference","issue":"1"},{"abstract":[{"lang":"eng","text":"Laser Powder Bed Fusion (PBF-LB/M) enables significant performance enhancements in tool and mold making via the integration of complex, conformal cooling channels. However, high manufacturing costs of monolithic components and material-specific defect susceptibility still hinder widespread industrial adoption. Within the collaborative project WerKo3D, the scaling, process qualification, and structural design of the novel tool steel Printium 13 were successfully investigated to lower market entry barriers for additive tooling applications. An industrial batch of 50 kg of Printium 13 powder was produced via vacuum inert gas atomization and thoroughly characterized. Utilizing a Design of Experiments (DoE) approach on an SLM 280 system, an optimized process window was established, yielding a relative density of about 99.99%. Subsequent heat treatment parameterizations revealed a superior mechanical property profile combining high hardness with enhanced impact toughness compared to conventional AISI H13 tool steel, alongside ultimate tensile strengths up to 1,600 MPa. To reduce build times and material consumption, a segmented shell-core tool design was conceptualized and numerically optimized via coupled CFD and FEM simulations. The functional demonstrator - a sprue insert for aluminum die casting - was additively manufactured without cracking, heat-treated, and finish-machined to final dimensions. Furthermore, a two-day training and knowledge-transfer program was realized to disseminate design guidelines to industry stakeholders. Based on the Poisson semigroup, we study several Littlewood-Paley $g$-functions in the spirit of Stein's work for compact Lie groups and prove their $L^{p}$-boundedness for $1<p<\\infty$. These estimates generalize well-known sharp upper bounds for classical one-variable Bessel functions and for spherical functions of Cartan motion groups. As a consequence, we prove that the representing measure of Dunkl's intertwining operator is absolutely continuous with respect to the Lebesgue measure for multiplicities $k> 1/2$ and generic spectral parameter.
