[{"type":"journal_article","date_created":"2025-09-18T11:18:20Z","abstract":[{"lang":"ger","text":"<jats:p>Im Fremdsprachenunterricht haben theaterpädagogische Methoden eine lange Tradition und werden mittlerweile als Prinzipien einer performativen Didaktik angeführt (vgl. Bryant &amp; Zepter, 2022; Hensel, 2020; Sambanis &amp; Walter, 2021; Schewe, 2020; Sting, 2023). In Anlehnung an diesen Diskurs wird im vorliegenden Artikel der Begriff théâtre appliqué (vgl. Martinez Thomas, 2017) verwendet, um die theaterpädagogischen Wurzeln der performativen Fremdsprachendidaktik zu betonen. Der Artikel skizziert des Weiteren ein Projekt, das einen Rahmen für die Integration theaterbasierter Methoden in die universitäre Lehrkräftebildung in Deutschland schafft. Ziel ist es, die performative Lehrkompetenz angehender Fremdsprachenlehrkräfte zu fördern und den Körper als einen zentralen Mitgestalter des Sprachenunterrichts hervorzuheben. Dabei verschiebt sich der Fokus von der Frage, warum Theaterpädagogik für das Sprachenlernen förderlich ist, hin zu der Frage, wie Theatermethoden in der universitären Lehrkräfteausbildung eingesetzt werden können.Zu diesem Zweck wird die Entwicklung eines Lehrkonzepts für die universitäre Lehrerausbildung in den Fächern Französisch und Spanisch in Nordrhein-Westfalen (Master of Education) vorgestellt. Diese Entwicklung gliedert sich in drei Zyklen, die auf Design-Based Research basieren (vgl. Dube &amp; Prediger, 2017): Zyklus 1 - Konzeptentwicklung, Zyklus 2 - Pilotierung und Überarbeitung basierend auf rekonstruktivem Feedback und Zyklus 3 - Evaluation des Gesamtkonzepts und Datenanalyse zu den Wahrnehmungen der Studierenden. Da der dritte Zyklus noch nicht abgeschlossen ist, werden erste Beobachtungen und die erwarteten Ergebnisse in Aussicht gestellt.</jats:p>"}],"publication":"TIPA. Building on theories of enactive cognition and sensorimotor contingency theory, we experimentally manipulated action sequences (action history) to create either simple or rich “situational models,” and investigated how these models interact with attention and reflect in linguistic processes during human–robot interaction. Participants (N = 30) engaged in a controlled object placement task with a humanoid robot, where the action (manner) information was either provided or omitted. The omission elicited repair behaviors in participants that were in focus of our investigation. For rich models (competing action possibilities) participants demonstrated: a) increased attentional reorientation, reflecting active engagement with the situational model b) preference for restricted repairs, targeting the specific source of trouble in action selection. Conversely, a simple situational model led to more generalized attention patterns and open repair strategies, suggesting weaker constraints on internal processing. These findings highlight how situational structures emerge externally to scaffold internal cognitive processes, with action histories serving as a crucial context for the interface between perception, action, and language. Joint tax audits aim to resolve potential tax disputes early, before such disputes escalate into costly and time-consuming resolution procedures that may not fully eliminate double taxation. Employing a game-theoretic model, we identify settings in which we expect joint audits to occur and investigate their effect on the firm's expected tax payments and tax audit efficiency. We find that the occurrence of joint audits critically depends on the double taxation risk in the absence of joint audits. Unless tax rules are consistently applied, joint audits can occur more often when this risk is higher. The reason is that the firm changes its income-shifting strategy to reduce its expected tax payments, and thereby also enables tax authorities to better target tax disputes via joint audits that would otherwise escalate. However, we identify conditions under which joint audits are then detrimental to tax audit efficiency, particularly when the firm prefers them most. Marken verwenden sie mal in Präposition und mal in Postposition, mal gebunden und mal frei. Dieser Beitrag untersucht diese unterschiedlichen Verwendungen aus einer kognitiv-grammatischen Perspektive anhand eines Korpus aus aktuellen Lebensmittelmarkennamen. Ziel ist es, die Arten der Komposition zu systematisieren. Als Ausgangspunkt dienen die in der linguistischen Forschung bisher üblichen Klassifizierungen von 'bio-' als initiales Konfix sowie 'bio' als Kürzung. Die Analyse zeigt, dass die Komponente '(-)bio(-)' überwiegend als gebundene oder ungebundene spezifizierende Erst- oder auch Zweiteinheit in regulären Konfix-Komposita und kompositumähnlichen Bildungen, die als Markennamen eingesetzt werden, gebraucht wird. Seltener fungiert die Komponente selbst als Profildeterminante. Despite the enormous advances of ab initio simulations in materials science, quantitative calculations of spin-wave spectra still pose a significant challenge, because the collective nature of the spin dynamics requires an accurate treatment of the Coulomb interaction between the electrons. As a consequence, simple lattice models like the Heisenberg Hamiltonian are still widespread in practical investigations, but modern techniques like time-dependent density-functional theory or many-body perturbation theory also open a route to material-specific spin-wave calculations from first principles. Although both are in principle exact, actual implementations necessarily employ approximations for electronic exchange and correlation as well as additional numerical simplifications. In this review, we recapitulate the theoretical foundations of ab initio spin-wave calculations and analyze the common approximations that underlie present implementations. In addition, we survey the available results for spin-wave dispersions of various magnetic materials and compare the performance of different computational approaches. It is now accepted as a useful tool for guiding experiments and computational materials discovery, but its theoretical foundation had long been limited to a derivation for the classical Lorentz model with a weak anharmonic perturbation. Recently, we developed a mathematical framework which enabled us to prove that Miller's rule is equally valid for quantum anharmonic oscillators, despite different dynamics due to zero-point fluctuations and further quantum-mechanical effects. However, our previous derivation applied only to one-dimensional oscillators and to the special case of second- and third-harmonic generation in a monochromatic electric field. Here we extend the proof to three-dimensional quantum anharmonic oscillators and also treat all orders of the nonlinear response to an arbitrary multi-frequency field. This makes the results applicable to a much larger range of physical systems and nonlinear optical processes. Trajectory solutions are shown to exist in finite dimensions. We prove fast convergence of the function values, quantified in terms of a merit function. Based on the regime considered, we establish both weak and, in some cases, strong convergence of trajectory solutions toward a weak Pareto optimal solution. To achieve this, we apply Tikhonov regularization individually to each component of the objective function. Within the multi-stage straightening and bending processes, cross-stage and quantity-dependent effects have a significant influence on the quality of the end product. In order to optimize the punch-bending process with regard to the resulting component deviations and waste rate, this article presents the concept of a digital twin for an innovative hybrid model of a multi-stage punch-bending process. To ensure efficient development and implementation of the digital twin, the graphical modeling notation DSL4DPiFS is used for additional support.
