The Stellarium Gornergrat is such a telescope. In addition to pure observation, it offers a user-friendly interface and teaching modules so that astronomical and astrophysical projects can be integrated into everyday school life without any special prior knowledge and without requiring a lot of time. In this work, we extend the proof and present a detailed derivation of Miller's rule for an equivalent quantum-mechanical anharmonic oscillator. For this purpose, the classical concept of velocity-dependent damping inherent to the Lorentz model is replaced by an adiabatic switch-on of the external electric field, which allows a unified treatment of the classical and quantum-mechanical systems using identical potentials and fields. Although the dynamics of the resulting charge oscillations, and hence the induced polarizations, deviate due to the finite zero-point motion in the quantum-mechanical framework, we find that Miller's rule is nevertheless identical in both cases up to terms of first order in the anharmonicity. Noctua 2 was inaugurated in 2022 and is an Atos BullSequana XH2000 system. It consists mainly of three node types: 1) CPU Compute nodes with AMD EPYC processors in different main memory configurations, 2) GPU nodes with NVIDIA A100 GPUs, and 3) FPGA nodes with Xilinx Alveo U280 and Intel Stratix 10 FPGA cards. While CPUs and GPUs are known off-the-shelf components in HPC systems, the operation of a large number of FPGA cards from different vendors and a dedicated FPGA-to-FPGA network are unique characteristics of Noctua 2. Im Projekt BiFoKi [ii] (Bielefelder Fortbildungskonzept zur Kooperation in inklusiven Schulen) wurde eine Fortbildungsmaßnahme für inklusive Schulen entwickelt, die sowohl die intrainstitutionelle Kooperation innerhalb der Schule als auch die interinstitutionelle Zusammenarbeit mit den Eltern der Schüler*innen mit und ohne sonderpädagogischen Unterstützungsbedarf adressiert. Die Fortbildung zielt u.a. darauf ab, durch eine im Jahrgangsteam gemeinsam geplante und verantwortete Elternarbeit eine einladende Atmosphäre zu schaffen, Kommunikationswege an diverser werdende Bedarfe der Eltern und der Schüler*innen anzupassen und Eltern stärker in schulische Bildungsprozesse einzubeziehen. Zur Evaluation der Fortbildung wurde eine quasi-experimentelle Studie mit einem Prä-Post-Kontrollgruppendesign realisiert. Längsschnittliche Daten liegen für 55 Lehr- und Fachkräfte vor. In the project BiFoKi (Bielefeld Training on Cooperation in inclusive), we developed an in-service training for inclusive schools that addresses the intra-institutional cooperation within schools and the inter-institutional cooperation with the parents of students with and without special educational needs. The training aims to prepare grade-level teams to create a welcoming atmosphere, adapt communication ways to the diverse needs of parents and students and to involve parents more strongly in school educational processes. To evaluate the effectiveness of the training, a quasi-experimental study with a pre-post control group design was implemented. Longitudinal data is available for 55 teachers and other professionals. This is remarkable, as the setae are also an adaption to enhance the reflectivity in the visible wavelength range. Both effects are dependent on morphology, dimensions and spatial arrangement. These parameters were experimentally characterized and simulated by finite difference time domain simulations to elucidate the optical impact of the setae in the mid infrared range and the contribution of leaky mode resonances. Current research mainly utilizes subgraphs of the input as local\r\nexplanations or generates new graphs as global explanations. However, these\r\ngraph-based methods are limited in their ability to explain classes with\r\nmultiple sufficient explanations. To provide more expressive explanations, we\r\npropose utilizing class expressions (CEs) from the field of description logic\r\n(DL). Our approach explains heterogeneous graphs with different types of nodes\r\nusing CEs in the EL description logic. To identify the best explanation among\r\nmultiple candidate explanations, we employ and compare two different scoring\r\nfunctions: (1) For a given CE, we construct multiple graphs, have the GNN make\r\na prediction for each graph, and aggregate the predicted scores. (2) We score\r\nthe CE in terms of fidelity, i.e., we compare the predictions of the GNN to the\r\npredictions by the CE on a separate validation set. Andererseits ermöglicht es den Einstieg in ganz unterschiedliche Sozialtheorien und damit eine multiperspektivische Forschungspraxis.
