Forschende bevorzugen diese Art der Datenerhebung, da die Daten direkt nach der Eingabe digitalisiert sind; zu\r\nbedenken ist aber auch, dass Online-Fragebögen komplexer sind und mehr Vorbereitung benö'gen als Paper-Pencil-Fragebögen.\r\n\r\nIn diesem Workshop werden die Tools LimeSurvey und SoSci Survey vorgestellt, wobei der Fokus zum einen auf „klassischen“ Umfragen (LimeSurvey) und zum anderen auf Experimenten wie Akzeptabilitätsurteilen (SoSci Survey) liegen wird. Außerdem werden wir Vor- und Nachteile, Darstellungs- und Designanforderungen sowie Dos und Don’ts bei der Erstellung von Online-Fragebögen behandeln. Ground studs serve as the electrical interface between the conductive vehicle body and the onboard network. Drawn arc stud welding is an economical and established joining process for producing ground stud joints. The circuits in the onboard network are increasingly subject to greater demands regarding current-carrying capacity and long-term stability. Reliable signal and power transmission require minimal contact resistance at the electrical connection points of the ground stud system and must withstand various operating and environmental conditions over the entire service life. In this study, a ground stud made of AlMg5, with a ZnNi-coated steel cap nut was used on a 2.0 mm thick sheet of AlMg3. The electrical connection of the ground studs was made using tinned copper cable lugs and 35 mm² cables. To analyze the electrical resistance behavior in an accelerated test, the ground studs were subjected to a superimposed load with a cyclic current profile for 1008 hours under changing climatic conditions. The results show that under the chosen operational and environmental conditions, accelerated aging and intermittent resistance behavior occur. A characteristic drop in resistance during the test indicates the failure point of the electrical connection. The cause of failure can be attributed to media penetration into the electrical contact zone. Dieser Artikel beschreibt die Einführung eines niederschwelligen Weiterbildungsangebots, des „Stammtisch Austausch E-Lehre“, in Paderborn.\r\nDas Ziel dieses Angebots ist es, Lehrende aus verschiedenen Bildungseinrichtungen zu vernetzen und ihnen die Möglichkeit zu geben, innovative digitale Lernszenarien und E-Learning-Konzepte kennenzulernen. Dies geschieht in Form\r\nvon kurzen, kostenlosen Fortbildungseinheiten. Die Veranstaltungen bieten Raum für den Austausch über  medienpädagogische und didaktische Entwicklungen, den Einsatz digitaler Tools und die Integration digitaler Medien in Unterricht und Lehre.\r\nDie Zielgruppe umfasst Lehrkräfte aus Schulen in Ostwestfalen-Lippe (OWL) sowie Universitätslehrende der Universität Paderborn. Durch das offene Fortbildungsformat und die Möglichkeit zum kollegialen Austausch in entspannter Atmosphäre trägt der „Stammtisch Austausch E-Lehre“ dazu bei, die digitale Bildung in der Region zu fördern und eine Brücke zwischen Schul- und Hochschulwelt zu schlagen.</jats:p>","lang":"eng"}],"publication":"Lehrkräftebildung in der digitalen Welt. We propose a weighted school choice problem by assigning each student a so-called weight and formulate the weighted top trading cycles algorithm (WTTC) to find a matching. The WTTC is strategy-proof and results in a Pareto efficient matching. While the WTTC is a robust extension of the TTC when weights are introduced, it is no longer guaranteed that each student gets a seat at a school even if the overall capacity exceeds the sum of weights. This way, we aim to explore moral considerations of individuals influenced by two formerly different institutional systems. We find a higher propensity to bribe among young Germans compared to the older generation. Young East Germans even reveal a slightly greater inclination to bribe than their West German counterparts. Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI) is concerned with the development of intelligent systems and robots that can explain and justify their actions, decisions, recommendations, and so on. However, the cooperative construction of explanations remains a key but under-explored issue. This short paper proposes an architecture for intelligent systems that promotes a co-constructive and interactive approach to explanation generation. Specifically, we analyze the effects of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA) on the number of job postings and skill profiles for tax department positions in large U.S. firms. Understanding how tax reform affects the demand for tax employees is important for quantifying potential compliance costs and assessing how firms adjust their tax planning capacity in response to new regulations. Additionally, our findings provide insights into the evolving skill sets required in the context of technological change and intensifying competition for talent. To address our research question, we employ textual analyses and machine learning techniques to identify and classify approximately 30,000 tax-related job postings from 1,620 firms over the period of 2015-2020. Using a difference-in-differences research design, we find a 26.7% increase in the number of tax-related job postings in the three years following the TCJA enactment. This translates into approximately 1.5 new tax department employees, which, based on prior literature estimates of tax department size, implies a 21% increase in the size of the average tax department. Focusing on the dynamics, we find that this effect is concentrated in the second year after the reform. Here, we consider one-parameter synchrony breaking bifurcations in such ODEs. We call a synchrony breaking steady-state branch ‘reluctant’ if it is tangent to a synchrony space, but does not lie inside it. We prove that reluctant synchrony breaking is ubiquitous in hypernetwork systems, by constructing a large class of examples that support it. Chief among them, barium titanate (BaTiO3; BTO) sees widespread applications such as in electronics but equally is a ferroelectric model system for fundamental research, e.g., to study the interplay of such FE domains, the domain walls (DWs), and their macroscopic properties, owed to BTO’s multiple and experimentally accessible phase transitions. Here, we employ Second Harmonic Generation Microscopy (SHGM) to in situ investigate the cubic-to-tetragonal (at ∼126°C) and the tetragonal-to-orthorhombic (at ∼5°C) phase transition in single-crystalline BTO via three-dimensional (3D) DW mapping. We demonstrate that SHGM imaging provides the direct visualization of FE domain switching as well as the domain dynamics in 3D, shedding light on the interplay of the domain structure and phase transition. These results allow us to extract the different transition temperatures locally, to unveil the hysteresis behavior, and to determine the type of phase transition at play (first/second order) from the recorded SHGM data. The mixed crystal system lithium niobate tantalate (LNT) allows for the dedicate engineering of material properties by combining the advantages of the two parental materials LNO and LTO. Vibrational spectroscopies such as Raman spectroscopy or (Fourier transform) infrared (IR) spectroscopy are vital techniques to provide detailed insight into the material properties, which is central to the analysis and optimization of devices. This work presents a joint experimental–theoretical approach allowing to unambiguously assign the spectral features in the LNT material family through both Raman and IR spectroscopy, as well as providing an in‐depth explanation for the observed scattering efficiencies based on first‐principles calculations. The phononic contribution to the static dielectric tensor is calculated from the experimental and theoretical data using the generalized Lyddane–Sachs–Teller relation and compared with the results of the first‐principles calculations.","lang":"eng"}],"publication":"physica status solidi (a)","title":"Lattice Dynamics of LiNb(1–x)Ta(x)O3 Solid Solutions: Theory and Experiment","publisher":"Wiley","date_created":"2025-04-02T16:04:58Z","year":"2024","issue":"1"}]
