Mithilfe von Daten einer Immobilien-Kapitalgesellschaft werden die Wirkungen einer Vermögensteuer auf die Cashflows aus der Vermietung von Wohnimmobilien simuliert. Der Detailgrad der Daten ermöglicht dabei Analysen auf Jahres-, Regional- und Baujahresebene. Ein Abgleich mit weiteren Immobiliendaten untermauert die Vergleichbarkeit und Aussagekraft der Analysen. Die Ergebnisse der Simulation zeigen, dass die Einführung einer Vermögensteuer den Cashflow aus dem Mietgeschäft erheblich reduzieren und zu Liquiditätsproblemen führen kann. Im Durchschnitt über alle Beobachtungen\r\nergibt sich bei einem Vermögensteuersatz i.H.v. 2 % ein negativer Cashflow nach Berücksichtigung aller Kosten. Generell bedeutet dies, dass wachstumsorientierte Immobilien durch eine Vermögensteuer liquiditätsmäßig stärker belastet werden als mietrenditeorientierte Immobilien. Insbesondere in Großstädten mit hohen Immobilienwerten, aber verhältnismäßig geringen Mieten, können die Liquiditätseffekte mehr als dreimal so hoch ausfallen wie in ländlichen bzw. industriell-geprägten Regionen, was zu einem relativen Attraktivitätsverlust führen kann. Durch die Entkopplung der Vermögensteuer von den Mieterträgen zeichnet sich eine starke Abhängigkeit der Steuerlast von aktuellen Marktentwicklungen und dem Zinsumfeld ab, was eine zusätzliche Unsicherheit für Investoren darstellt. This study presents intrinsic lubrication as a novel approach to deep drawing processes, using additively manufactured, lubricant-permeable tools to minimize lubricant consumption and improve efficiency. Two systems were evaluated: a passive system based on capillary action and gravity, and an active system using pumped delivery for precise, on-demand application. Experimental tests were conducted on micro-bores (0.2-0.5 mm) to demonstrate their suitability for lubricant transport. Smaller bores have excellent capillary action but are prone to clogging, while larger bores offer higher permeability. The passive system is resource-efficient but requires adjustments to counteract gravitational asymmetry. The active system provides consistent lubricant distribution but is more complex. In particular, the car body offers several opportunities for weight reduction. Multi-material designs are increasingly being applied to select the most suitable material for the respective load and ultimately achieve synergy effects. For example, aluminium castings are used at the nodes of a spaceframe body. Subsequently, these are joined with profiles to form the bodyshell. To join different materials mechanical joining techniques, such as semi-tubular self-piercing riveting, are deployed. According to the current state of the art, cracks occur in the aluminium castings during the mechanical joining process as a result of the high degree of deformation. Although the aluminium casting alloys of the AlSi-system exhibit low ductility, these alloys reveal excellent castability. In particular, the ability to cast thin structural parts is enabled by the low liquidus point of the near eutectic aluminium casting alloys.\r\nThis study addresses the mechanical joining properties of the near eutectic aluminium casting alloy AlSi12, depending on different microstructures. These are achieved by annealing processes and modifying agents. Through an adapted heat treatment, the previously lamellar morphology can be transformed into a globular morphology, which leads to increased ductility and prevents the formation of cracks during the self-piercing riveting (SPR). The joinability is investigated using different die geometries, whereas the joint formation is analysed regarding crack initiation. To overcome the limitations of existing finite element tools, a modular Python framework has been developed to automate three-dimensional crack growth simulations. The program combines geometric reconstruction, adaptive remeshing, and the numerical evaluation of fracture mechanics parameters within a single, fully automated workflow. The framework builds on open-source components and remains solver-independent, enabling straightforward integration with commercial or research finite element codes. A dedicated sequence of modules performs all required steps, from mesh separation and crack insertion to local submodeling, stress and displacement mapping, and iterative crack-front update, without manual interaction. The methodology was verified using a mini-compact tension (Mini-CT) specimen as a benchmark case. The numerical results demonstrate the accurate reproduction of stress intensity factors and energy release rates while achieving high computational efficiency through localized refinement. The developed approach provides a robust basis for crack growth simulations of geometrically complex or residual stress-affected structures. In the development of advanced lightweight automotive solutions, self-piercing riveting (SPR) offers the possibility of joining multi-material structures to fulfil a wide variety of requirements. With regard to the entire process chain, production-related pre-deformations of the parts to be joined can influence the geometric shape and load capacity of SPR joints. Various studies have investigated the influence of pre-stretched sheet materials, in the sense of pre-drawing processes, on the formation of SPR joints. The impact of pre-stretching sheet metals on the formation of their geometrical characteristics and the shear-tensile strength of SPR processes was observed [1]. Pre-rolled semi-finished products are also joined together in mixed material automotive structures, e.g. tailor rolled blanks. This work aims to investigate the influence of pre-rolled joining parts on the geometric formation and load-carrying capacity of SPR joints. For this purpose, sheets of metal are cold-formed using a rolling process to induce a defined strain-hardening state in the material and then joined in various combinations. As the degree of deformation increases, the rolling of samples can lead to minimal accumulation of damage in the sheet materials, which can influence the joint behaviour. The rolling process, as well as the subsequent joining process, are also investigated by FEM. We find that tariff announcements lead to negative (cumulative) average abnormal stock returns. These negative wealth effects occur regardless of whether the Trump administration imposes safeguard tariffs to protect domestic industries or foreign countries announce retaliatory tariffs. Es wird daher gefordert, dass sich der Mathema-tikunterricht verstärkt einer verstehensorientierten Förderung arithmetischer Basis-kompetenzen widmen soll. Hierfür müssen Lehrkräfte allerdings sensibilisiert, weiter- und fortgebildet werden. In diesem Beitrag wird ein Professionalisierungs-konzept für den Mathematikunterricht der Primarstufe vorgestellt, welches im Rah-men des bundesweiten Projekts „Schule macht stark“ (kurz: SchuMaS) entstanden ist. Konzeptionell verzahnt es im Besonderen Theorie und Praxis: Es werden Fort-bildungen in Form von Fachnetzwerktreffen konzipiert und durch praxisnahe Kernbotschaften wird die Anbindung an die eigene Unterrichtspraxis ermöglicht. Darüber hinaus werden zu diesen Kernbotschaften passende Praxiserprobungen für die unterrichtliche Umsetzung bereitgestellt und so aufbereitet, dass sie auch für den Transfer ins Kollegium geeignet sind. Ferner werden zur vertiefenden Ausei-nandersetzung mit zentralen didaktischen Ideen onlinebasierte Selbstlernmodule zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Konzept wurde über drei Jahre (2021–2024) entwi-ckelt, erprobt und evaluiert. However, current measures are often neither concise nor practical for widespread application. This study addresses this gap by developing a valid and reliable short scale for assessing parental perceptions of inclusive education.\r\nDespite growing research on inclusive education, there remains a lack of concise instruments that effectively capture parental perceptions across diverse contexts. A recently developed instrument focusing on parents’ views is the ‘Parental Perception of Inclusion Climate Scale’ (PPICS; Sharma et al., 2022). The original scale comprises 28 items representing three factors (‘Teacher and School Support’, ‘Student Engagement’ and ‘Friendships’). Although the original version has its advantages (broad representation of the constructs, tested psychometric properties), a shorter version would make it even easier to use in research and practice. Therefore, our research aims to shorten this instrument and to demonstrate its psychometric integrity. \r\nWe used a sample of N=4,338 parents from Germany who completed a German version of the ‘PPICS’ (Kullmann & Blankenstein, 2024; Sharma et al., 2022) online. The total sample was randomly divided into two similar subsamples for validation. In the first subsample, we examined factorial structure using exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses. Our results confirmed the replication of the originally proposed three-factor structure; however, one factor (‘Student Engagement’) was represented by only two items with insufficient reliability, while a second factor (‘Friendships’) included items that were not fully congruent with its intended content and had high cross-loadings. \r\nIt was therefore decided to retain only one robust factor (‘Teacher and School Support’) for further analysis. Items were excluded based on item characteristics and content relevance. This resulted in an eight-item scale, which was subsequently validated in the second subsample. The final analyses confirmed measurement invariance across both subsamples and different federal states as well as across parents of children with and without disabilities. These findings suggest that the shortened scale is reliable and valid for assessing parental perceptions of inclusive teacher and school support in different contexts.\r\nIts application can contribute to incorporating parents' perspectives into discussions about inclusive education. In machine learning approaches based on linear models, it is well known that there exists a connecting path between the sparsest solution in terms of the $\\ell^1$ norm,i.e., zero weights and the non-regularized solution, which is called the regularization path. Very recently, there was a first attempt to extend the concept of regularization paths to DNNs by means of treating the empirical loss and sparsity ($\\ell^1$ norm) as two conflicting criteria and solving the resulting multiobjective optimization problem. However, due to the non-smoothness of the $\\ell^1$ norm and the high number of parameters, this approach is not very efficient from a computational perspective. To overcome this limitation, we present an algorithm that allows for the approximation of the entire Pareto front for the above-mentioned objectives in a very efficient manner. We present numerical examples using both deterministic and stochastic gradients. While AI offers a high potential for automation and increased efficiency, its implementation often fails due to a lack of interdisciplinary competencies that bridge the gap between domain expertise and IT know-how. Low-code platforms and visual modelling tools are increasingly recognised as enablers, empowering non-programmers to intuitively create graphical AI- based workflows. Nevertheless, specific competencies are required to realise the full potential of AI, the domain specific knowledge and align technical understanding with AI capabilities. The paper reviews the state of the art in AI-driven business process automation and competencies for visual low-code approaches. It then presents a practical solution to identify and systematise essential competence areas. Based on this, a practical competence model is developed to support the design of user-friendly, AI-enabled workflows. This is tested in a practical application context — emergency management — where it supports critical decision-making processes and is validated through expert feedback.
