These challenges can critically impact assets in the distribution grid—e.g., switchgears—intensifying the need to plan, conduct, and manage the maintenance of such assets. Predictive maintenance strategies that analyze assets' current and historical condition data have been discussed as promising approaches toward that end. However, the extant research focuses on designing and improving analytical algorithms or information technology (IT) artifacts while not considering how a maintenance service is cocreated by companies with IT. This research article posits that IT and service must be aligned closely, presenting an ensemble artifact comprising a digital industrial platform and a smart service system for predictive maintenance on the distribution grid. The artifact is evaluated by conducting a willingness-to-pay analysis with asset operators, documenting their demand for condition monitoring and predictive maintenance as an integrated solution, although they still struggle with even getting the condition data of their assets. Even in Model-Based Systems Engineering, there is a lack of systematic support that results in avoidable costs and iterations in the engineering process. Planning test cases and test scenarios along the product engineering process is not sufficiently integrated in terms of support especially for verification and validation engineers. Based on a systematic literature review, concepts for model-based planning of testing are developed. Characteristics of test cases and test scenarios of CPS are systematically identified. Generic templates for the creation of test cases and scenarios are derived. Based on the templates, a System Modeling Language (SysML) profile extension is developed which enables intuitive modelling of test cases and scenarios. The SysML profile is evaluated in a sample System-of-Systems in Disaster Response. It subsumes various types of sensor systems like rescue robotics, data science algorithms and visualization technologies like Augmented Reality to support decisions in extreme weather events. Diese meist sozialpädagogisch  ausgebildeten Fachkräfte sind dezidiert für die Unterstützung der Inklusion an Grund-, Sekundar-und Gesamtschulen angestellt.  Erste Befunde (Grüter et al.,2022) und ministeriale Aufgabenbeschreibung (Ministerium für Schule und Bildung des Landes  Nordrhein-Westfalen [MSB NRW], 2022) deuten auf ein offenes, wenig definiertes Tätigkeitsspektrum hin. Mögliche Aufgabengebiete der MPT überschneiden sich mit denen der (sonderpädagogischen)  Lehrkräfte, der Schulsozialarbeiter*innen und –im Hinblick auf die Unterstützung im Unterricht ohne Unterrichtsverantwortung –mit denen der Schulbegleitungen  (Lübeck, 2019).Die Überlappungen legen nahe, dass auch für die MPT das „Zuständigkeitsdiffusitätsproblem“ (Kunze 2016, S.265) gilt und die multiprofessionelle Teamarbeit entsprechend beeinflusst. Da es bislang keine Daten darüber gibt, wie sich die Berufsrolle von MPT-Kräften in der Breite ausgestaltet,  eruiert der Beitrag in einer quantitativen  Studie ebendiese  Frage. Zusätzlich werden die Fragenfokussiert, über welche Qualifikationen und Vorerfahrungen MPT-Kräfte verfügen und mit welchen Akteur*innen MPT-Kräfte in welcher Form kooperieren. Die Untersuchung bezieht sich auf den Einsatz von MPT an Gesamt-und Sekundarschulen in NRW. Insgesamt wurden 109 MPT-Kräfte in Form eines Online-Fragebogens  befragt. Anhand der Ergebnisse konnte ein breites Einsatzgebiet mit vereinzelten Aufgabenschwerpunkten (v.a. im Bereich der sonderpädagogisch orientierten Kleingruppenförderung) der MPT-Kräfteidentifiziert werden. To characterize the load-bearing behavior of such joints, they are typically analyzed destructively, for example by tensile-shear tests in combination with metallographic sections. However, both the initiation and progress of failure can only be described to a limited extent by this method. Furthermore, these tests allow only limited conclusions about clinch points under in-service loading. More purposefully, clinch points can be analyzed nondestructively by combining in-situ computed tomography (CT) and transient dynamic analysis (TDA). The TDA continuously measures the dynamic behavior of the specimen and indicates failure events like crack initiation, which then can be evaluated thoroughly by stopping the test and performing a CT scan. To qualify the TDA for this task, it is necessary to link the observed damage behavior with specific dynamic characteristics. In this work, the complementation of in-situ CT and TDA is investigated by testing a clinched single-lap tensile-shear specimen made of aluminum. The testing procedure is stepwise: at certain displacement levels, the specimen is investigated by in-situ CT and TDA. While the in-situ CT provides the location, extent, and development of the failure phenomena, the TDA uses this information to evaluate the dynamic signal and detect relevant frequency ranges, which indicate damage events. The results demonstrate, that failure initiation and progression can be analyzed efficiently by combining both measuring systems. The TDA reliably detects relevant signal changes in the monitored frequency band. By means of in-situ computed tomography, the corresponding failure phenomena can be described in detail, enhancing the understanding of the load-bearing and deformation behavior of clinch points. Der Umgang mit Emotionen in den verschiedenen beruflichen und privatberuflichen Situationen ist besonders für angehende Lehrkräfte von Bedeutung, da fehlende Kompetenzen im Bereich der Emotionsregulation zu negativen Folgen führen können. Privatberufliche Situationen beschreiben berufliche Situationen wie die Unterrichtsvorbereitung, die mit dem Lehrberuf verbunden sind, sich jedoch außerhalb des regulären Arbeitsumfelds ereignen. In diesem Beitrag wird zunächst eine Tagebuchstudie mit Praxissemesterstudierenden (n = 10) und daraufhin eine Experience-Sampling-Studie im Vorbereitungsdienst mit Lehramtsanwärter*innen (n = 13) vorgestellt. Beide Studien untersuchten berufliche und privatberufliche Situationen, erlebte Emotionen und angewendete Emotionsregulationsstrategien von angehenden Lehrkräften. Im Praxissemester wurden 126 und im Vorbereitungsdienst 387 emotionsauslösende Situationen des (Berufs-)Alltags genannt. In beiden\r\nStudien erlebten die angehenden Lehrkräfte mehr positive als negative Emotionen. Structures made of aluminum die casting are being used in increasing quantities as well as component sizes for various applications. Due to the size of the components, heat treatment of the cast parts following the casting process is omitted in order to meet dimensional accuracy requirements and reduce production costs. From such an approach, challenges arise with regard to the mechanical joining of these aluminum die-cast structures. On one hand, the absence of heat treatment results in a general decrease in ductility. On the other hand, the increasing size of the components introduces process-related tolerances regarding the quality of the casting, including the presence of air or gas inclusions, and significant variations in ductility within the component. These factors present challenges for mechanical joining technologies, such as the potential risk of crack-related defects during the joining process. For the robust mechanical joining of such materials, the development and validation of suitable joining strategies for aluminum die cast components is presented in this paper. A preparatory step involving localized heat treatment in the joining area is implemented to enhance the suitability of the casting material for mechanical joining. The objective is to generate an improved ductility state in the aluminum die casting material, enabling crack-free joining through self-pierce riveting. Additionally, the formability of the aluminum die casting material is characterized using a specially developed ductility testing method. This allows the prediction of potential crack-related defects during mechanical joining. Specimens were corroded in aqueous NaCl electrolyte (0.1 mol/L) over a period of up to 31 days and characterized continuously by means of scanning electron and light microscopy, supplemented by energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy. Comparative linear sweep voltammetry was employed on the first and seventh day of the corrosion experiment. The influence of different laser morphologies and production process parameters on corrosion behavior was compared. The corrosion reaction mainly arises from the aluminum component and shows distinct differences in long-term corrosion morphology between pure EN AW-6082 and the hybrid laminate. Compared to short-term investigations, a strong influence of galvanic corrosion on the interface is assumed. No distinct influences of different laser structuring and process parameters on the corrosion behavior were detected. However, BCARS encounters spectral distortion due to a setup-dependent non-resonant background (NRB). This study assesses BCARS reproducibility through a round robin experiment using two distinct BCARS setups and crystalline materials with varying structural complexity, including diamond, 6H-SiC, KDP, and KTP. The analysis compares setup-specific NRB correction procedures, detected and NRB-removed spectra, and mode assignment. Trotz innovativer technischer\r\nLösungen scheint es schwer, zu einer Lebensweise zu finden, welche menschliches Leben mit dem Erhalt\r\nfunktionierender Ökosysteme in Einklang bringt. Der Beitrag widmet sich der Frage, wie es dazu\r\nkommen konnte, dass Menschen die Welt so stark verändern, dass ihre eigene Zukunft bedroht ist und\r\nwie die Gegenwartsliteratur auf diese Frage reagiert hat. Zugespitzt zeigen sich in unterschiedlichen\r\nKontexten, in denen dieser Frage nachgegangen werden kann, zwei Antworten: 1. This article takes the recent attempt to contextualize the sūrah in Western scholarship as a starting point and proposes new evidence for the nature of the religious milieu that shaped its form and content.
