text: Kinder wachsen in Vielfalt hinsichtlich Ethnizität, Gender, Beeinträchtigungen,
kultureller, religiöser und weltanschaulicher Prägungen und sozioökonomischer
Hintergründe auf und in sie hinein. Diversitätskompetenz ist für das gegenwärtige
und zukünftige Leben daher unverzichtbar und grundlegendes Erziehungsziel (religions-)pädagogischen
Handelns.
    Materials zur Förderung von Diversitätskompetenz.

text: Within this work, we investigate how data-driven numerical approximation methods
of the Koopman operator can be used in practical control engineering applications.
We refer to the method Extended Dynamic Mode Decomposition (EDMD), which approximates
a nonlinear dynamical system as a linear model. This makes the method ideal for
control engineering applications, because a linear system description is often
assumed for this purpose. Using academic examples, we simulatively analyze the
prediction performance of the learned EDMD models and show how relevant system
properties like stability, controllability, and observability are reflected by
the EDMD model, which is a critical requirement for a successful control design
process. Subsequently, we present our experimental results on a mechatronic test
bench and evaluate the applicability to the control engineering design process.
As a result, the investigated methods are suitable as a low-effort alternative
for the design steps of model building and adaptation in the classical model-based
    controller design method.

text: Previous accounting research shows that taxes affect decision making by individuals
and firms. Most studies assume that agents have an accurate perception regarding
their tax burden. However, there is a growing body of literature analyzing whether
taxes are indeed perceived correctly. We review 128 studies on the measurement
of tax misperception and its behavioral implications. The review reveals that
many taxpayers have substantial tax misperceptions that lead to biased decision
making. We develop a Behavioral Taxpayer Response Model on the impact of provided
tax information on tax perception. Besides individual traits, characteristics
of the tax information and the decision environment determine the extent of tax
misperception. We discuss opportunities for future research and methodological
limitations. While there is much evidence on tax misperception at the individual
level, we hardly find any research at the firm level. Little is known about the
real effects of managers’ tax misperception and on how tax information is strategically
managed to impact stakeholders. This research gap is surprising as a large part
of the accounting literature analyzes decision making and disclosure of firms.
We recommend a mixed-method approach combining experiments, surveys, and archival
data analyses to improve the knowledge on tax misperception and its consequences.

text: "This study investigates the conditions under which tax rate changes accelerate
risky investments.\r\nWhile tax rate increases are often expected to harm investment,
analytical\r\nstudies find tax rate increases may foster investment under flexibility. We
    design a theorybased\r\nexperimentwith a binomial random walk and entry–exit flexibility.We
find accelerated\r\ninvestment upon tax rate increases irrespective of an exit
option, but no corresponding\r\nresponse to tax cuts. This asymmetry may be due
to tax salience and mechanisms\r\nfrom irreversible choice under uncertainty.
Given this evidence of unexpected tax-reform\r\neffects, tax policymakers should
    carefully consider behavioral aspects."

text: "We study the bargaining behavior between auditor and auditee in a tax setting
and scrutinize\r\nthe effect of interpersonal trust and trust in government on
both parties’ concessions.\r\nWe find evidence that both kinds of trust affect
the concessionary behavior, albeit\r\nin different ways. While trust in government
affects concessionary behavior in line with\r\nintuitive predictions, we find
that interpersonal trust only affects tax auditors. For high\r\ninterpersonal
trust, the alleviating effect of high trust in government on tax auditors’\r\nconcessions
is less pronounced. Our findings help tax authorities to shape programs to\r\nenhance
compliance in an atmosphere of trust."

text: Workshops on business model generation lead to collaborative work phases and
discussions on business models. Therefore, tools such as the Business Model Canvas
are used, typically filled with sticky notes. Generated content needs to be digitized
in a time-consuming manual follow-up as part of the documentation and basis for
a further use of the results in the company. In addition, there are challenges,
such as decentralized work and digital workshop formats. Augmented Reality offers
a way to reduce the digitization effort and enables decentralized work. In this
research, the potentials of the use of AR technology in workshops on business
model generation is investigated. Therefore, functions are implemented and evaluated
in a demonstrator that reduces digitization effort and enable distributed work.

text: AlSi casting alloys combine excellent castability with high strength. Hence,
this group of alloys is often used in the automotive sector. The challenge for
this application is the brittle character of these alloys which leads to cracks
during joint formation when mechanical joining technologies are used. A rise in
ductility can be achieved by a considerable increase in the solidification rate
which results in grain refinement. High solidification rates can be realized in
twin–roll casting (TRC) by water-cooled rolls. Therefore, a hypoeutectic EN AC–AlSi9
(for European Norm - aluminum cast product) is manufactured by the TRC process
and analyzed. Subsequently, joining investigations are performed on castings in
as-cast and heat-treated condition using the self-piercing riveting process considering
the joint formation and the load-bearing capacity. Due to the fine microstructure,
the crack initiation can be avoided during joining, while maintaining the joining
parameters, especially by specimens in heat treatment conditions. Furthermore,
due to the extremely fine microstructure, the load-bearing capacity of the joint
can be significantly increased in terms of the maximum load-bearing force and
    the energy absorbed.

text: Mechanical joining processes are an essential part of modern lightweight construction.
They permit materials of different types to be joined in a way that is suitable
for the loads involved. These processes reach their limits, however, as soon as
the boundary conditions change. In most cases, these elements are specially adapted
to the joining point and cannot be used universally. Changes require cost-intensive
adaptation of both the element and the process control, thus making production
more complex. This results in high costs due to the increased number of auxiliary
joining element variants required and reduces the economic efficiency of mechanical
joining. One approach to overcoming this issue is the use of adaptive auxiliary
joining elements formed by friction spinning. This article presents the current
state of research on pre-hole-free joining with adaptive joining elements. The
overall process chain is illustrated, explained and analyzed. Special attention
is paid to demonstrating the feasibility of pre-hole-free joining with adaptive
joining elements. The chosen mechanical parameters are subsequently listed. Finally,
a comprehensive outlook of the future development potential is derived.

text: In this paper, a study based on experimental and numerical simulations is
performed to analyze fatigue cracks in clinched joints. An experimental investigation
is conducted to determine the failure modes of clinched joints under cyclic loading
at different load amplitudes with single-lap shear tests. In addition, numerical
FEM simulations of clinching process and subsequent shear loading are performed
to support the experimental investigations by analyzing the state of stresses
at the location of failure. An attempt is made to explain the location of crack
initiation in the experiments using evaluation variables such as contact shear
    stress and maximum principal stress.

text: The manufacturing domain is exposed to a continuous change of the requirements
towards the IT infrastructure and the flexibility in Industry 4.0. In order to
achieve a highly reliable production system, predictive maintenance and additive
sensing have been implemented and will be complemented by further applications
such as Augmented Reality. As the applications may be required ad-hoc at any time,
the dynamic resource utilization of networking and computational resources needs
to be managed. In the long-term, the planning of the infrastructure affects the
available resources and thus the efficiency and reliability of the short-term
resource management. This paper suggests an architecture that combines short-
and long-term aspects of the resource utilization and previews how the infrastructure
and opportunity costs can be optimized by the joint approach.
