text: PurposeThe
relationship between variation in time perspectives and collaborative performance
is scarcely explored, and even less is known about the respective mechanisms that
lead to varying task performance. Thus, we aim to further the literature on time
perspectives and collaborative performance, shedding light on the underlying behavioral
patterns.Design/methodology/approachWe
report a quasi-experiment analyzing the impact of past, present and future orientation
variation in dyads (N = 76) on their quantitative and
qualitative performance when confronted with a simple incentivized creative task
with constraints. Subsequently, we offer a qualitative analysis of comments given
by the participants after the task on the collaboration.FindingsResults indicate
that a dyad's elevation of past orientation and diversity in future orientation
negatively affect collaborative performance. At the same time, there is a positive
effect of elevation of future orientation. The positive effect is driven by clear
communication and agreement during the task, while the negative effect arises
from work sharing and complementation.Practical implicationsThis
study provides insights for organizations on composing individuals regarding their
temporal focus for collaborative tasks that should be executed rapidly and require
creative solutions.Originality/valueOur
study distinguishes by considering the composition of past, present and future
time perspectives in dyads and focuses on a creative task setting. Moreover, we
explore the mechanisms in the dyads with a substantial elevation of/diversity
in future orientation, leading to their stronger/weaker performance.

text: Diskurspositionelle Konstruktionen von Marginalisierung, Randständigkeit und
Ausschlusserfahrungen erscheinen als zunehmend wichtige strategische Momente postmoderner
sowie postfaktischer Identitätsdiskurse Damit verbundene und als Mimikry der Marginalität
interpretierbare Inszenierungsstrategien sollen in diesem Beitrag anhand des textkommunikativen
Verhaltens Martin Heideggers erschlossen werden Anhand der sich in seinen Textkommunikaten
wiederfindenden Strategien der selbstbezüglichen Marginalisierung, Stigmatisierung
und Viktimisierung wird reflektiert, welche Diskursakteure unter welchen Bedingungen,
mit welchen Strategien Mimikry der Marginalität nutzen. Zugleich soll die Notwendigkeit
diskursethischer Re-Lektüren Martin Heideggers sichtbar gemacht werden

more honestly? They can promote honest tax payments in the media! Such tax education,
which is completely unfamiliar to German taxpayers, can look back on a long tradition
in the USA, for example, and other countries. It has also been practised in Spain
since the end of the 1960s and intensified after the transition to democracy.
A Treasury television advertisement from 1990 allows an analysis of the narratives

stärker in den Fokus, auch wenn diese bereits vor der Pandemie aufgrund der nur
langsam fortschreitenden Digitalisierung von Schulen elementar war. Neben der
Relevanz der Quantität elterlicher Unterstützung ist in Untersuchungen zur Rolle
der Familie für das Lernen mit digitalen Medien auch die Qualität von zentraler
Bedeutung (Bonanati et al., 2022). Dabei erwies sich allgemein in der Forschung
zur elterlichen Hausaufgabenunterstützung eine autonomieunterstützende, strukturgebende
und zugleich wertschätzende Instruktion als besonders gewinnbringend (Dumont et
al., 2014). Zudem ist bekannt, dass die elterliche Unterstützung unter anderem
auf Grund der steigenden Komplexität der Unterrichtsinhalte, der steigenden Selbstständigkeit
sowie dem zunehmenden Autonomiebedürfnis der Lernenden im Schulverlauf abnimmt
(Luplow & Schneider, 2018). Wie sich die elterliche Unterstützung bei der informationsorientierten
Internetnutzung von Kindern über die Zeit und mit Beginn der Covid-19-Pandemie
verändert, ist relevant für den Förderkontext, bislang aber nur wenig betrachtet
worden und deshalb Ziel der vorliegenden Untersuchung.\r\nGrundlage der vorliegenden
Untersuchung sind längsschnittliche Daten von 395 Schüler*innen sowie 191 Eltern,
die im Jahr 2019/2020 in fünften Klassen (~10-11 Jahre) und im Jahr 2021/22 in
siebten Klassen (~12-13 Jahre) erhoben wurden. \r\nDie Ergebnisse zeigten eine
Abnahme der Quantität elterlicher Instruktion von der fünften zur siebten Jahrgansstufe
sowohl aus Eltern- als auch aus Kinderperspektive. Hinsichtlich der Qualität elterlicher
Unterstützung berichteten Eltern in der 7. Klassenstufe von weniger autonomieunterstützender
Instruktion, während Kinder der 7. Klassenstufe von einer weniger autonomieunterstützenden
und wertschätzenden Instruktion berichteten. Weitere Ergebnisse werden in dem
Vortrag diskutiert."

text: The market for microinverters is growing, especially in Europe. Driven
by rising electricity prices and an easing in legislation since 2024, the number
of mini-photovoltaic energy systems (mini-PVs) being installed is increasing substantially.
Indoor and outdoor studies of microinverters have been carried out at Paderborn
University since 2014. In the indoor lab, conversion efficiencies as a function
of load have been measured with high accuracy and ranked according to Euro and
CEC weightings; the latest rankings from 2024 are included in this paper. In the
outdoor lab, energy yields have been measured using identical and calibrated crystalline
silicon PV modules; until 2020, measurements were carried out using 215 Wp modules.
Because of increasing PV module power ratings, 360 Wp modules were used from 2020
until 2024. In 2024, the test modules were upgraded to 410 Wp modules, taking
into account the increase from 600 W to 800 W of inverter power limits, which
is suitable for simplified operation permission (“plug-in”) in many European countries
within a homogenised legislation area for such mini-photovoltaic energy systems
or “balcony power plants”. This legislation for simplified operation also covers
overpowered mini-plants, although the maximum AC output remains limited to 800
W. Presently, yield assessments are being carried out in the outdoor lab, which
will take at least a year to be valid and comparable. Kits consisting of PV modules,
inverters, and mounting systems are also being evaluated. Yield rankings sometimes
differ from efficiency rankings due to the use of different MPPT algorithms with
different MPP approach speeds and accuracies. To accelerate yield assessment,
we developed a novel, simple formula to determine energy yield for any module
and inverter configuration, including overpowered systems. This is a linear approach,
determined by just two coefficients, a and b, which are given for several inverters.
To reduce costs, inverters will be integrated into the module frame or the module
terminal box in the future.

Mom‘ und ‚Trans* Scientist‘ auf Instagram aus gendermedialer Perspektive. Es werden
Erkenntnisse über das Verhältnis von Wissenschaftskommunikation, Berufsrepräsentation
sowie Geschlecht generiert und mit dekonstruktivistischen, intersektionalen Theorien
und Heteronormativitätskritik verknüpft. Die Betrachtung der Selbstinszenierung
berufstätiger Mütter und transsexueller Wissenschaftler:innen als MINTfluencer:innen
erforscht, inwiefern ihr Auftreten als feministische Transformation im Kontext
weiblicher Berufsausübung und Sichtbarkeit in männlich dominierten Berufen gesehen

text: The energy turnaround and the shift towards sustainable mobility threaten
the stability of European energy distribution grids due to substantially increasing
load fluctuations and power demand. These challenges can critically impact assets
in the distribution grid—e.g., switchgears—intensifying the need to plan, conduct,
and manage the maintenance of such assets. Predictive maintenance strategies that
analyze assets' current and historical condition data have been discussed as promising
approaches toward that end. However, the extant research focuses on designing
and improving analytical algorithms or information technology (IT) artifacts while
not considering how a maintenance service is cocreated by companies with IT. This
research article posits that IT and service must be aligned closely, presenting
an ensemble artifact comprising a digital industrial platform and a smart service
system for predictive maintenance on the distribution grid. The artifact is evaluated
by conducting a willingness-to-pay analysis with asset operators, documenting
their demand for condition monitoring and predictive maintenance as an integrated
solution, although they still struggle with even getting the condition data of
their assets. Building on these results, we formalize the knowledge in the form
of design principles and implications for managing the maintenance of critical
assets in the distribution grid.

text: Engineering methodologies for Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) call for planning
simulations and physical testing in early phases of product creation. Even in
Model-Based Systems Engineering, there is a lack of systematic support that results
in avoidable costs and iterations in the engineering process. Planning test cases
and test scenarios along the product engineering process is not sufficiently integrated
in terms of support especially for verification and validation engineers. Based
on a systematic literature review, concepts for model-based planning of testing
are developed. Characteristics of test cases and test scenarios of CPS are systematically
identified. Generic templates for the creation of test cases and scenarios are
derived. Based on the templates, a System Modeling Language (SysML) profile extension
is developed which enables intuitive modelling of test cases and scenarios. The
SysML profile is evaluated in a sample System-of-Systems in Disaster Response.
It subsumes various types of sensor systems like rescue robotics, data science
algorithms and visualization technologies like Augmented Reality to support decisions
in extreme weather events. The templates and SysML profile significantly add value
for engineers in the early and systematic planning of verification and validation.

text: Der Beitrag untersucht den Einsatz von Fachkräften für das Multiprofessionelle
Team im Gemeinsamen Lernen (MPT). Diese meist sozialpädagogisch ausgebildeten
Fachkräfte sind dezidiert für die Unterstützung der Inklusion an Grund-, Sekundar-und
Gesamtschulen angestellt. Erste Befunde (Grüter et al.,2022) und ministeriale
Aufgabenbeschreibung (Ministerium für Schule und Bildung des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen
[MSB NRW], 2022) deuten auf ein offenes, wenig definiertes Tätigkeitsspektrum
hin. Mögliche Aufgabengebiete der MPT überschneiden sich mit denen der (sonderpädagogischen) Lehrkräfte,
der Schulsozialarbeiter*innen und –im Hinblick auf die Unterstützung im Unterricht
ohne Unterrichtsverantwortung –mit denen der Schulbegleitungen (Lübeck, 2019).Die
Überlappungen legen nahe, dass auch für die MPT das „Zuständigkeitsdiffusitätsproblem“
(Kunze 2016, S.265) gilt und die multiprofessionelle Teamarbeit entsprechend beeinflusst.
Da es bislang keine Daten darüber gibt, wie sich die Berufsrolle von MPT-Kräften
in der Breite ausgestaltet, eruiert der Beitrag in einer quantitativen Studie
ebendiese Frage. Zusätzlich werden die Fragenfokussiert, über welche Qualifikationen
und Vorerfahrungen MPT-Kräfte verfügen und mit welchen Akteur*innen MPT-Kräfte
in welcher Form kooperieren. Die Untersuchung bezieht sich auf den Einsatz von
MPT an Gesamt-und Sekundarschulen in NRW. Insgesamt wurden 109 MPT-Kräfte in Form
eines Online-Fragebogens befragt. Anhand der Ergebnisse konnte ein breites Einsatzgebiet
mit vereinzelten Aufgabenschwerpunkten (v.a. im Bereich der sonderpädagogisch
orientierten Kleingruppenförderung) der MPT-Kräfteidentifiziert werden. Schnittmengen
zu Aufgabenschwerpunkten anderer Berufsgruppen werden unter Berücksichtigung der
multiprofessionellen Kooperation hinsichtlich der Frage diskutiert, ob der Einsatz
von MPT-Kräften inklusive Zielstellungen eher befördert oder im Sinne einer Deprofessionalisierung
sonderpädagogischer Förderung eher entgegensteht.

text: ' Clinching is a mechanical joining technology, in which a mainly
form-fit joint is created by means of local cold forming. To characterize the
load-bearing behavior of such joints, they are typically analyzed destructively,
for example by tensile-shear tests in combination with metallographic sections.
However, both the initiation and progress of failure can only be described to
a limited extent by this method. Furthermore, these tests allow only limited conclusions
about clinch points under in-service loading. More purposefully, clinch points
can be analyzed nondestructively by combining in-situ computed tomography (CT)
and transient dynamic analysis (TDA). The TDA continuously measures the dynamic
behavior of the specimen and indicates failure events like crack initiation, which
then can be evaluated thoroughly by stopping the test and performing a CT scan.
To qualify the TDA for this task, it is necessary to link the observed damage
behavior with specific dynamic characteristics. In this work, the complementation
of in-situ CT and TDA is investigated by testing a clinched single-lap tensile-shear
specimen made of aluminum. The testing procedure is stepwise: at certain displacement
levels, the specimen is investigated by in-situ CT and TDA. While the in-situ
CT provides the location, extent, and development of the failure phenomena, the
TDA uses this information to evaluate the dynamic signal and detect relevant frequency
ranges, which indicate damage events. The results demonstrate, that failure initiation
and progression can be analyzed efficiently by combining both measuring systems.
The TDA reliably detects relevant signal changes in the monitored frequency band.
By means of in-situ computed tomography, the corresponding failure phenomena can
be described in detail, enhancing the understanding of the load-bearing and deformation
behavior of clinch points. The concatenation of characteristic signal changes
and observed failure phenomena can henceforth be transferred to analyze complex
structures during operation nondestructively by TDA. '

text: "Der Schulalltag in den Praxisphasen der Lehrkräftebildung kann für angehende
Lehrkräfte aufgrund der vielfältigen und herausfordernden Handlungssituationen
stark emotionsgeladen sein. Der Umgang mit Emotionen in den verschiedenen beruflichen
und privatberuflichen Situationen ist besonders für angehende Lehrkräfte von Bedeutung,
da fehlende Kompetenzen im Bereich der Emotionsregulation zu negativen Folgen
führen können. Privatberufliche Situationen beschreiben berufliche Situationen
wie die Unterrichtsvorbereitung, die mit dem Lehrberuf verbunden sind, sich jedoch
außerhalb des regulären Arbeitsumfelds ereignen. In diesem Beitrag wird zunächst
eine Tagebuchstudie mit Praxissemesterstudierenden (n = 10) und daraufhin eine
Experience-Sampling-Studie im Vorbereitungsdienst mit Lehramtsanwärter*innen (n
= 13) vorgestellt. Beide Studien untersuchten berufliche und privatberufliche
Situationen, erlebte Emotionen und angewendete Emotionsregulationsstrategien von
angehenden Lehrkräften. Im Praxissemester wurden 126 und im Vorbereitungsdienst
387 emotionsauslösende Situationen des (Berufs-)Alltags genannt. In beiden\r\nStudien
erlebten die angehenden Lehrkräfte mehr positive als negative Emotionen. Bezüglich
der Anwendung von Emotionsregulationsstrategien gaben beide Untersuchungsgruppen
an, in den meisten Fällen die Emotion frei auszudrücken."
