Auch angesichts der hohen Bedeutung der Studieneingangsphase für den Studienerfolg stellt sich die Frage, wie sich Unterschiede in den ökonomischen und kulturellen Ressourcen der Herkunftsfamilie auf den Verlauf der Studieneingangsphase auswirken. Welche Unterschiede zeigen sich in den Bedingungen des Studienverbleibs, der Ausstattung mit studienverbleibsrelevanten Ressourcen und dem Umgang mit Problemen? Die Untersuchung zeigt vor allem zweierlei: Zum einen sind die Schwierigkeiten mit den universitären und fachspezifischen Bedingungen, die bereits nach dem ersten Studiensemester sichtbar werden, stark abhängig von der Fächergruppe, in der studiert wird. Zum anderen ist für das Gelingen der Studieneingangsphase das kulturelle Kapital der Herkunftsfamilie von größerer Bedeutung als das ökonomische Kapital. In this study, a variety of electron polarons, namely free, bound, and bipolarons, are analyzed using first-principles calculations. We perform a full structural optimization based on density-functional theory for selected intrinsic defects with special attention to the role of symmetry-breaking distortions that lower the total energy. The cations hosting the various polarons relax to a different degree, with a larger relaxation corresponding to a larger gap between the defect level and the conduction-band edge. The projected density of states reveals that the polaron states are formerly empty Nb 4d states lowered into the band gap. Optical absorption spectra are derived within the independent-particle approximation, corrected by the GW approximation that yields a wider band gap and by including excitonic effects within the Bethe-Salpeter equation. Comparing the calculated spectra with the density of states, we find that the defect peak observed in the optical absorption stems from transitions between the defect level and a continuum of empty Nb 4d states. Als wesentlicher Einflussfaktor für einen erfolgreichen Einsatz werden dabei die begleitenden Emotionen der Studierenden angenommen. In einer längsschnittlichen Interviewstudie wurden daher die emotionalen Prozesse von 20 Lehramtsstudierenden bei der Arbeit mit Eigenvideografien in Begleitveranstaltungen des Praxissemesters untersucht. Dabei konnten drei Typen rekonstruiert werden, die prototypische emotionale Muster im Praxissemesterverlauf beschreiben, die durch die Valenz emotionaler Zustände bezüglich der Eigenvideografie zu Beginn und Ende des Praxissemesters charakterisiert werden können (negativ-positiv, positiv-positiv, negativ-negativ). Bei fallübergreifender Betrachtung konnten zudem zentrale Zusammenhänge zwischen Emotionen und Merkmalen des Videoeinsatzes identifiziert werden, wie die Vertrautheit mit Mitstudierenden, der Prozess der Aufnahmegenehmigung und Vorerfahrungen mit Eigenvideografie. Most existing methods feature a signal processing frontend and an ASR backend. In realistic scenarios, these modules are usually trained separately or progressively, which suffers from either inter-module mismatch or a complicated training process. In this paper, we propose an end-to-end multi-channel model that jointly optimizes the speech enhancement (including speech dereverberation, denoising, and separation) frontend and the ASR backend as a single system. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first work that proposes to optimize dereverberation, beamforming, and multi-speaker ASR in a fully end-to-end manner. The frontend module consists of a weighted prediction error (WPE) based submodule for dereverberation and a neural beamformer for denoising and speech separation. For the backend, we adopt a widely used end-to-end (E2E) ASR architecture. It is worth noting that the entire model is differentiable and can be optimized in a fully end-to-end manner using only the ASR criterion, without the need of parallel signal-level labels. Laser surface melting (LSM) was performed using a continuous wave mode at a wavelength of 1064 nm. Ultra-thin plasma polymer films were deposited from a mixture of hexamethyldisilane (HMDSO), oxygen, and argon by means of an audio-frequency glow discharge. The surface morphology and surface chemistry compositions were investigated by employing field emission scanning electron microscopy, energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), diffuse reflection infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The corrosion resistance of plasma polymer coated LSM Al-7075 alloy was studied using linear sweep voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy in a chloride-containing electrolyte. The electrochemical studies showed an improved corrosion resistance for plasma film-coated alloys compared to the just laser surface melted state. Hieraus resultieren durch höhere Prozesskräfte und Ultraschallleistung neueHerausforderungen bei der Prozessentwicklung; hierfür wird ein Simulationsmodell zur Verbesserungder Prozessentwicklung entwickelt.In Ultraschall-Drahtbondversuchen mit 400 m Aluminium und Kupfer Drähten wurde der Einflussder Prozessparameter auf die Bondqualität untersucht; diese Ergebnisse und zusätzliche Messungender Drahtdeformation und Schwingungen wurden für die Formulierung der Anforderungenund zur Validierung der Ergebnisse des Simulationsmodells genutzt.Es wurde ein Prozessmodell, basierend auf einer Co-Simulation zwischen MATLAB und ANSYS,entwickelt; hierbei wurden die phyiskalischen Phänomene wie die Ultraschall Werkstoffentfestigung,der Verbindungsaufbau und die dynamischen Systemeigenschaften abgebildet.Basierend auf einer Zug-Druck-Prüfmaschine wurde ein Prüfstand zur Identifikation der Modellparameterentwickelt.
