abstract = {{In times of frequent technology induced change processes, the multiplier concept represents a cost-effective and, above all, successful way to manage change processes from within the team, based on the reciprocal influence of employees on a horizontal level. By using a qualitative approach within a German state police force, we investigate the impact of multipliers on the implementation of an Enterprise Social Network. Building on ability, benevolence, and integrity as attendances of trust, we derive important managerial implications on how to successfully integrate multipliers as knowledge mediators, communication link, and active persuaders, in order to promote change. Multipliers are instrumental to successfully transform aversion and fear into eagerness for knowledge and high adoption rates. Furthermore, we highlight the connection between research on in-house education and communications sciences in the context of organizational development, providing an alternative approach for the successful implementation of new technologies.}},

Numerous organic transformations are based on the use of stoichiometric amounts of phosphorus reagents. The formation of phosphane oxides from phosphanes is usually the thermodynamic driving force for these reactions. The stoichiometric amounts of phosphane oxide which are formed as by-products often significantly hamper the product purification. Organophosphorus catalysis based on P(III)/P(V) redox cycling aims to address these problems. Herein we present our recent advances in developing catalytic Wittig-type reactions. More specifically, we reported our results on catalytic Wittig reactions based on readily available Bu3P=O as pre-catalyst as well as the first microwave-assisted version of this reaction and the first enantioselective catalytic Wittig reaction utilizing chiral phosphane catalysts. Further developments led to the implementation of catalytic base-free Wittig reactions yielding highly functionalized alkylidene and arylidene succinates.
}},

From this perspective, the authors propose to include the sounding manifestation of music both into the notion of the musical ‚work‘ and of the musical ‚text‘. The outcome of this thought experiment which considers music as performative art, Beethoven’s and other classical composers’ own wider notions of musical works as musical practice, phonographic recordings as text, different types of music as different types of data, programmed concordances as specific feature of digital editions, and musical interpreters as authors of musical interpretations is a theoretical model that for the first time makes record productions the object of scholarly critical edition.}},

(DIPF/Orig.)}},
