[{"abstract":[{"lang":"eng","text":"Previous research in proof-carrying hardware has established the feasibility and utility of the approach, and provided a concrete solution for employing it for the certification of functional equivalence checking against a specification, but fell short in connecting it to state-of-the-art formal verification insights, methods and tools. Due to the immense complexity of modern circuits, and verification challenges such as the state explosion problem for sequential circuits, this restriction of readily-available verification solutions severely limited the applicability of the approach in wider contexts.\r\n\r\nThis thesis closes the gap between the PCH approach and current advances in formal hardware verification, provides methods and tools to express and certify a wide range of circuit properties, both functional and non-functional, and presents for the first time prototypes in which circuits that are implemented on actual reconfigurable hardware are verified with PCH methods. Using these results, designers can now apply PCH to establish trust in more complex circuits, by using more diverse properties which they can express using modern, efficient property specification techniques."},{"lang":"ger","text":"Die bisherige Forschung zu Proof-Carrying Hardware (PCH) hat dessen Machbarkeit und Nützlichkeit gezeigt und einen Ansatz zur Zertifizierung der funktionalen Äquivalenz zu einer Spezifikation geliefert, jedoch ohne PCH mit aktuellen Erkenntnissen, Methoden oder Werkzeugen formaler Hardwareverifikation zu verknüpfen. Aufgrund der Komplexität moderner Schaltungen und Verifikationsherausforderungen wie der Zustandsexplosion bei sequentiellen Schaltungen, limitiert diese Einschränkung sofort verfügbarer Verifikationslösungen die Anwendbarkeit des Ansatzes in einem größeren Kontext signifikant.\r\n\r\nDiese Dissertation schließt die Lücke zwischen PCH und modernen Entwicklungen in der Schaltungsverifikation und stellt Methoden und Werkzeuge zur Verfügung, welche die Zertifizierung einer großen Bandbreite von Schaltungseigenschaften ermöglicht; sowohl funktionale, als auch nicht-funktionale. Überdies werden erstmals Prototypen vorgestellt in welchen Schaltungen mittels PCH verifiziert werden, die auf tatsächlicher rekonfigurierbarer Hardware realisiert sind. Leukemia cells have a remarkable affinity for TiO2-m coatings, adhering to the surface by membrane structures and exhibiting morphologic characteristics of amoeboid locomotion. However, the details of the cell–substrate interaction induced by the TiO2-m coating remain elusive. With the aim to obtain a better understanding of this phenomenon, leukemia cell adhesion to such coatings was characterized by atomic force microscopy (AFM) for short contact times up to 60 min. The cell and membrane morphological parameters mean cell height, contact area, cell volume, and membrane roughness were determined at different contact times. These results reveal cell expansion and contraction phases occurring during the initial stage of adhesion. By feeding these usage data back into product planning, manufacturers can optimize their engineering and decision-making processes. Despite promising potentials, most manufacturers still do not analyze usage data within product planning. Also, research on usage data-driven product planning is scarce. Therefore, this paper aims to identify the main concepts, advantages, success factors and challenges of usage data-driven product planning. To answer the corresponding research questions, a comprehensive systematic literature review is conducted. From its results, a detailed description of usage data-driven product planning consisting of six main concepts is derived. Furthermore, taxonomies for the advantages, success factors and challenges of usage data-driven product planning are presented. Kreativität ist ein entscheidender Faktor für Unternehmen, um neue Produkte und Dienstleistungen zu gestalten und sich auf dieser Basis von Wettbewerbern abzuheben. Um verteilt agierende Gruppen in ihrer Kreativität zu unterstützen, gibt es bereits Community-Plattformen, die die Zusammenarbeit zur Problemlösung steigern. Eine direkte Methode zur Stimulation der Kreativität verteilt agierender Gruppen existiert bisher nicht. Die Virtual Reality (VR)-Technologie bietet Potenziale auf Basis visueller Stimulation die Kreativität zu unterstützen.Ziel dieser Arbeit ist die Untersuchung der Rahmenbedingungen zur Gestaltung einer VR-basierten Kreativitätstechnik und darauf aufbauend die Entwicklung der „Reizumgebungsmethode“,die durch ein VR-basiertes Werkzeug unterstützt wird. Die Grundlage für die Rahmenbedingungen resultiert aus dem Stand der Wissenschaft der Bereiche Kreativität, verteilt agierende Gruppen und Teams und VR. Aus diesen Bereichen werden Einflussfaktoren analysiert, Leitlinien entwickelt und diese für die Komponenten der Kreativitätstechnik kategorisiert. Creativity is a decisive factor for companies to design new products and services and to stand out from the competition on this basis. Community platforms are already in place to support distributed working groups in their creativity, which increase collaboration to solve problems. A direct method for stimulating the creativity of distributed groups does not yet exist. Virtual Reality (VR) technology offers the potential to support increased creativity on the basis of visual stimulation.The aim of this work is the investigation of the framework conditions for the design of a VR based creativity technique and, based on this, the development of the \"Reizumgebungsmethode\", which is supported by a VR based tool. The basis for the framework resultsfrom the state of the art in the areas of creativity, distributed working groups and teams and VR. Die große Designfreiheit ermöglicht, zelluläre Leichtbaustrukturen zu erzeugen, deren mikrostrukturellen und mechanischen Eigenschaften direkt vom generativen Fertigungsverfahren abhängen. Insbesondere im Bereich des Leichtbaus bieten zelluläre Strukturen neue Ansätze zur Verminderung des Energieverbrauchs. Um dieses Potential vollständig ausschöpfen zu können, müssen die Effekte, die zum Versagen der Bauteile mit integrierten Gitterstrukturen führen, quantitativ beschrieben und verstanden werden. Dies ist Voraussetzung für eine sichere Auslegung. Dazu werden im Rahmen der vorliegenden Arbeit die charakteristischen Eigenschaften dieser Strukturen sowie die Einflussgrößen im Aufbauprozess näher beleuchtet.\r\nIm Rahmen dieser Dissertation werden numerische und experimentelle Untersuchungen von zwei unterschiedlichen Gitterstrukturtypen aus den Werkstoffen 316L und TiAl6V4 vorgestellt. Beide Werkstoffe werden unter monotoner, einachsiger Belastung getestet. Die parallel dazu durchgeführte digitale Bildkorrelation (DIC) ermöglicht gleichzeitig die detaillierte Analyse der lokalen Dehnungsverteilung während der Verformung. Mikrostrukturelle Eigenschaften und die resultierenden Gittercharakteristika werden mit Hilfe von rasterelektronenmikroskopischen Analysemethoden untersucht. Zudem erfolgt die Entwicklung eines Finite-Elemente- Modells, mit der Anforderung eines möglichst geringen Rechenaufwandes.
