Especially for 2D materials, the atomic electric fields influence the optoelectronic properties. In this study, the atomic‐scale electric field and charge density distribution of WSe<jats:sub>2</jats:sub> bi‐ and trilayers are revealed using an emerging microscopy technique, differential phase contrast (DPC) imaging in scanning transmission electron microscopy (STEM). For pristine material, a higher positive charge density located at the selenium atomic columns compared to the tungsten atomic columns is obtained and tentatively explained by a coherent scattering effect. Furthermore, the change in the electric field distribution induced by a missing selenium atomic column is investigated. A characteristic electric field distribution in the vicinity of the defect with locally reduced magnitudes compared to the pristine lattice is observed. This effect is accompanied by a considerable inward relaxation of the surrounding lattice, which according to first principles DFT calculation is fully compatible with a missing column of Se atoms. Solving standard problems of Gaussian and Poisson noise, the set of “Total Variation” (TV)-based regularizers proved to be efficient and versatile. In the last few years, the “Total Generalized Variation” (TGV) approach combined TV regularizers of different orders adaptively to better suit local regions in the image. This improved the technique significantly. The approach solved the staircase problem inherent of the first-order TV while keeping the beneficial edge preservation. The choice of penalty parameters decides on the convergence speed, and the regularization parameters decide on the impact of the respective regularizer and are determined by the noise level in the image. For scientific applications of such algorithms, an automated and thus objective method to determine these parameters is essential to receive unbiased results independent of the user. Obviously, both sets of parameters are to be well chosen to achieve optimal results, too. Diese meist sozialpädagogisch  ausgebildeten Fachkräfte sind dezidiert für die Unterstützung der Inklusion an Grund-, Sekundar-und Gesamtschulen angestellt.  Erste Befunde (Grüter et al.,2022) und ministeriale Aufgabenbeschreibung (Ministerium für Schule und Bildung des Landes  Nordrhein-Westfalen [MSB NRW], 2022) deuten auf ein offenes, wenig definiertes Tätigkeitsspektrum hin. Mögliche Aufgabengebiete der MPT überschneiden sich mit denen der (sonderpädagogischen)  Lehrkräfte, der Schulsozialarbeiter*innen und –im Hinblick auf die Unterstützung im Unterricht ohne Unterrichtsverantwortung –mit denen der Schulbegleitungen  (Lübeck, 2019).Die Überlappungen legen nahe, dass auch für die MPT das „Zuständigkeitsdiffusitätsproblem“ (Kunze 2016, S.265) gilt und die multiprofessionelle Teamarbeit entsprechend beeinflusst. Da es bislang keine Daten darüber gibt, wie sich die Berufsrolle von MPT-Kräften in der Breite ausgestaltet,  eruiert der Beitrag in einer quantitativen  Studie ebendiese  Frage. Zusätzlich werden die Fragenfokussiert, über welche Qualifikationen und Vorerfahrungen MPT-Kräfte verfügen und mit welchen Akteur*innen MPT-Kräfte in welcher Form kooperieren. Die Untersuchung bezieht sich auf den Einsatz von MPT an Gesamt-und Sekundarschulen in NRW. Insgesamt wurden 109 MPT-Kräfte in Form eines Online-Fragebogens  befragt. Anhand der Ergebnisse konnte ein breites Einsatzgebiet mit vereinzelten Aufgabenschwerpunkten (v.a. im Bereich der sonderpädagogisch orientierten Kleingruppenförderung) der MPT-Kräfteidentifiziert werden. To characterize the load-bearing behavior of such joints, they are typically analyzed destructively, for example by tensile-shear tests in combination with metallographic sections. However, both the initiation and progress of failure can only be described to a limited extent by this method. Furthermore, these tests allow only limited conclusions about clinch points under in-service loading. More purposefully, clinch points can be analyzed nondestructively by combining in-situ computed tomography (CT) and transient dynamic analysis (TDA). The TDA continuously measures the dynamic behavior of the specimen and indicates failure events like crack initiation, which then can be evaluated thoroughly by stopping the test and performing a CT scan. To qualify the TDA for this task, it is necessary to link the observed damage behavior with specific dynamic characteristics. In this work, the complementation of in-situ CT and TDA is investigated by testing a clinched single-lap tensile-shear specimen made of aluminum. The testing procedure is stepwise: at certain displacement levels, the specimen is investigated by in-situ CT and TDA. While the in-situ CT provides the location, extent, and development of the failure phenomena, the TDA uses this information to evaluate the dynamic signal and detect relevant frequency ranges, which indicate damage events. The results demonstrate, that failure initiation and progression can be analyzed efficiently by combining both measuring systems. The TDA reliably detects relevant signal changes in the monitored frequency band. By means of in-situ computed tomography, the corresponding failure phenomena can be described in detail, enhancing the understanding of the load-bearing and deformation behavior of clinch points.
