However, the detection of the RbInSe2 phase on the surface of chalcopyrite absorbers is very challenging due to its nanometric thickness and the limited information available about its fundamental properties. In this context, this work expounds a detailed analysis of the vibrational properties of RbInSe2 that combines first-principle calculations with multiwavelength Raman scattering spectroscopy and provides a methodology for the detection and identification of very thin layers of this material employing solely optical measurements. As a result, here, we present the classification of the different vibrational modes together with the fingerprint Raman spectra of RbInSe2 thin films measured under five different excitations (close to and far from resonance). The employment of a 442 nm excitation wavelength is found to be the most adequate strategy for the detection and characterization of the RbInSe2 phase in view of its resonance with the band gap of the material and its low penetration depth. Additionally, the purity of the deposited thin films as well as the possible influence of the subjacent layers on the Raman spectra of the compound are also investigated by analyzing the presence of secondary phases and by measuring RbInSe2 thin films deposited onto Mo-coated soda-lime glass, respectively. The aKMC results show that lighter alkali atoms can diffuse into the CuInSe2 grains, whereas the diffusion of heavier alkali atoms is limited to the Cu-poor region of the absorber. The key difference between the diffusion of lighter and heavier alkali elements is the energy barrier of the ion exchange between alkali interstitial atoms and Cu. For lighter alkali atoms like Na, the interstitial diffusion and the ion-exchange mechanism have comparable energy barriers. Therefore, Na interstitial atoms can diffuse into the grains and replace Cu atoms in the CuInSe2 lattice. In contrast to Na, the ion-exchange mechanism occurs spontaneously for heavier alkali atoms like Rb and the further diffusion of these atoms depends on the availability of Cu vacancies. The outdiffusion of alkali substitutional atoms from the grains results in the formation of Cu vacancies which in turn increases the hole concentration in the absorber. In many studies the autonomy/equity norm is reported as a significant obstacle for cooperation. It implies that teachers strive towards a high amount of autonomy in the sense of ‘privacy in their classroom’ as a reaction to endemic uncertainties of pedagogical work and specific work conditions in schools. Nevertheless, some studies point out that general and special educators strive for and engage in intense forms of cooperation. In this study it is argued from a self-determination theory perspective that cooperation can be accompanied by high values of perceived autonomy if teachers internalized the need for cooperation as part of their professional identity. Furthermore, factors affecting the frequency of cooperation, perception of goal conflict frequency, and stress caused by goal conflicts relating to the endemic uncertainties of pedagogical work are investigated. Analyses were carried out using survey data collected from 222 general and special educators working in either inclusive primary schools, or special schools where pupils had specific special educational needs in the domain of ‘learning’. A key outcome of the study is the absence of the anticipated negative effect of cooperation on the perception of autonomy. This underlines doubts regarding the relevance of the autonomy/equity norm. In addition to that, having special educators with greater levels of experience, as well as the support of the principal through providing fixed time slots for cooperation are identified as central factors supporting cooperation in inclusive schools. Moreover, increased levels of cooperation were found to reduce the perception of goal conflict frequency and stress relating to goal conflicts for general educators. The results of the study are discussed with regard to theoretical implications, the professionalization of general and special educators and opportunities to enhance cooperation and supportive settings in inclusive schools. At the same time, a fluctuating and decentralised supply of energy, especially at lower voltage levels, leads to a local discrepancy in the power balance between generation and consumption. A possible solution in connection with demand side management is the grid-oriented flexibilisation of energy demand. The present study shows how the use of an innovative hybrid-redundant high-temperature heat system (combined heat and power (CHP), power-to-heat system (PtH), gas boiler) can contribute to a flexibilisation of the electrical energy demand of plastics processing companies. In this context, the flexibilisation potential of a company is to be understood as the grid-related change of the energy supply through a change of the energy sources within the framework of the process heat supply. For this purpose, an omniscient control algorithm is developed that specifies the schedule of the individual system components. A sensitivity analysis is used to test the functionality of the control algorithm. Determination of the electrical flexibilisation potential is carried out via a comprehensive simulation study using Monte Carlo methods. For this purpose, the residual load curves of four characteristic distribution grids with a high share of renewable energies as well as heat load profiles of injection moulding machines are taken into consideration. A frequency distribution provides information on the electrical flexibilisation potential to be expected depending on the various combinations. The evaluation is carried out using a specially introduced logic, which identifies grid-relevant changes in the company's power consumption as flexibilisation potential based on a reference load curve. The results show that a reliable energy supply for production is possible despite flexibilisation. Depending on the grid under consideration, there are differences in the exploitation of the potential, which essentially depends on the installed renewable capacity. Depending on the scenario under consideration, an average of up to 1486 kWhel can be shifted in a positive direction and 1199 kWhel in a negative direction.}}, author = {{Dunkelberg, Heiko and Sondermann, Maximilian and Meschede, Henning and Hesselbach, Jens}}, issn = {{1996-1073}}, journal = {{Energies}}, title = {{{Assessment of Flexibilisation Potential by Changing Energy Sources Using Monte Carlo Simulation}}}, doi = {{10.3390/en12040711}}, year = {{2019}}, } @article{21614, abstract = {{Renewable energy and storage systems are widely discussed to minimise the impact of global warming. In addition to the temporal resolution of simulation tools, also the chosen input data might have a strong impact on the performance of renewable energy systems, and energy storage systems in particular. This study analyses the impact of probabilistic weather data on the design of renewable energy systems. The main objective is hereby the determination of the robustness of a recently state-of-the-art design process of a 100% renewable energy and storage system with varying probabilistic input data. The island of La Gomera, Canary Islands, is taken as a case study. Although all analysed systems show some variance in their results, the combination of vehicle-to-grid and power-to-hydrogen shows the best economic performance. Hereby, small island energy systems depending heavily on wind energy show higher variations than those with high shares of solar energy. This analysis illustrates clearly that the choice of one historical reference year is not suitable to determine the expected performance of an energy system. Typically, a faster-than-at-speed test (FAST) with sev¬eral different frequencies is used to detect also hidden small delays, which can only be propagated over short paths. But then the outputs at the end of long paths may no longer reach their stable values at the nominal observation time and must be considered as unknown (X-values). Thus, test response compaction for FAST must be extremely flexible to cope with high X-rates, which also vary with the test frequencies. Stochastic compaction introduced by Mitra et al. is controlled by weighted pseudo-random signals allowing for easy adaptation to varying conditions. As demonstrated in previous work, the pseudo-random control can be optimized for high fault efficiency or X-reduction, but a given target in fault efficiency cannot be guaranteed. To close this gap, a hybrid space compactor is introduced in this paper. It is based on the observation that many faults are lost in the compaction of relatively few critical test patterns. For these critical patterns a deterministic compaction phase is added to the test, where the existing compactor structure is re-used, but controlled by specifically determined control vectors. }}, author = {{Maaz, Mohammad Urf and Sprenger, Alexander and Hellebrand, Sybille}}, booktitle = {{50th IEEE International Test Conference (ITC)}}, keywords = {{Faster-than-at-speed test, BIST, DFT, Test response compaction, Stochastic compactor, X-handling}}, location = {{Washington, DC, USA}}, pages = {{1--8}}, publisher = {{IEEE}}, title = {{{A Hybrid Space Compactor for Adaptive X-Handling}}}, year = {{2019}}, } @inproceedings{31225, author = {{Mügge, Nils and Kenig, Eugeny}}, booktitle = {{Wärmeübertragung mit Phasenwechsel in fluiden Systemen: Ein Update}}, location = {{Paderborn}}, title = {{{Wärmeübertragung in Mikrokanälen zur Anwendung in neuartigen Wärmemotoren}}}, year = {{2019}}, } @article{15286, author = {{Glouchenkov, Maxim and Kronberg, Alexander and Kenig, Eugeny and Mügge, Nils}}, issn = {{1436-2597}}, journal = {{CITplus}}, number = {{5}}, pages = {{36--37}}, title = {{{Wärmegetriebene Motoren}}}, doi = {{10.1002/citp.201900521}}, volume = {{22}}, year = {{2019}}, } @inbook{31227, author = {{van Laak, Lothar}}, booktitle = {{Rilkes Musikalität}}, editor = {{Martinec, Thomas}}, pages = {{103--111}}, publisher = {{v+r unipress }}, title = {{{Rauschen, Klang und Stille.
