  abstract     = {{Der Schulalltag in den Praxisphasen der Lehrkräftebildung kann für angehende Lehrkräfte aufgrund der vielfältigen und herausfordernden Handlungssituationen stark emotionsgeladen sein. Der Umgang mit Emotionen in den verschiedenen beruflichen und privatberuflichen Situationen ist besonders für angehende Lehrkräfte von Bedeutung, da fehlende Kompetenzen im Bereich der Emotionsregulation zu negativen Folgen führen können. Privatberufliche Situationen beschreiben berufliche Situationen wie die Unterrichtsvorbereitung, die mit dem Lehrberuf verbunden sind, sich jedoch außerhalb des regulären Arbeitsumfelds ereignen. In diesem Beitrag wird zunächst eine Tagebuchstudie mit Praxissemesterstudierenden (n = 10) und daraufhin eine Experience-Sampling-Studie im Vorbereitungsdienst mit Lehramtsanwärter*innen (n = 13) vorgestellt. Beide Studien untersuchten berufliche und privatberufliche Situationen, erlebte Emotionen und angewendete Emotionsregulationsstrategien von angehenden Lehrkräften. Im Praxissemester wurden 126 und im Vorbereitungsdienst 387 emotionsauslösende Situationen des (Berufs-)Alltags genannt. In beiden
Studien erlebten die angehenden Lehrkräfte mehr positive als negative Emotionen. Bezüglich der Anwendung von Emotionsregulationsstrategien gaben beide Untersuchungsgruppen an, in den meisten Fällen die Emotion frei auszudrücken.}},

  abstract     = {{<jats:p>Abstract. Structures made of aluminum die casting are being used in increasing quantities as well as component sizes for various applications. Due to the size of the components, heat treatment of the cast parts following the casting process is omitted in order to meet dimensional accuracy requirements and reduce production costs. From such an approach, challenges arise with regard to the mechanical joining of these aluminum die-cast structures. On one hand, the absence of heat treatment results in a general decrease in ductility. On the other hand, the increasing size of the components introduces process-related tolerances regarding the quality of the casting, including the presence of air or gas inclusions, and significant variations in ductility within the component. These factors present challenges for mechanical joining technologies, such as the potential risk of crack-related defects during the joining process. For the robust mechanical joining of such materials, the development and validation of suitable joining strategies for aluminum die cast components is presented in this paper. A preparatory step involving localized heat treatment in the joining area is implemented to enhance the suitability of the casting material for mechanical joining. The objective is to generate an improved ductility state in the aluminum die casting material, enabling crack-free joining through self-pierce riveting. Additionally, the formability of the aluminum die casting material is characterized using a specially developed ductility testing method. This allows the prediction of potential crack-related defects during mechanical joining. The methods described are developed using the AlSi10MnMg material in its as-cast state and applied to the self-pierce riveting process. </jats:p>}},

  abstract     = {{<jats:title>Abstract</jats:title><jats:p>Process mining is advancing as a powerful tool for revealing valuable insights about process dynamics. Nevertheless, the imperative to employ process mining to enhance process transparency is a prevailing concern for organizations. Despite the widespread desire to integrate process mining as a pivotal catalyst for fostering a more agile and flexible Business Process Management (BPM) environment, many organizations face challenges in achieving widespread implementation and adoption due to deficiencies in various dimensions of process mining readiness. The current Information Systems (IS) knowledge base lacks a comprehensive framework to aid organizations in augmenting their process mining readiness and bridging this intention-action gap. The paper presents a Process Mining Maturity Model (P3M), refined through multiple iterations, which outlines five factors and 23 elements that organizations must address to increase their process mining readiness. The maturity model advances the understanding of how to close the intention-action gap of process mining initiatives in multiple dimensions. Furthermore, insights from a comprehensive analysis of data gathered in eleven qualitative interviews are drawn, elucidating 30 possible actions that organizations can implement to establish a more responsive and dynamic BPM environment by means of process mining.</jats:p>}},

  abstract     = {{The corrosion behavior of a hybrid laminate consisting of laser-structured aluminum EN AW-6082 ∪ carbon fiber-reinforced polymer was investigated. Specimens were corroded in aqueous NaCl electrolyte (0.1 mol/L) over a period of up to 31 days and characterized continuously by means of scanning electron and light microscopy, supplemented by energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy. Comparative linear sweep voltammetry was employed on the first and seventh day of the corrosion experiment. The influence of different laser morphologies and production process parameters on corrosion behavior was compared. The corrosion reaction mainly arises from the aluminum component and shows distinct differences in long-term corrosion morphology between pure EN AW-6082 and the hybrid laminate. Compared to short-term investigations, a strong influence of galvanic corrosion on the interface is assumed. No distinct influences of different laser structuring and process parameters on the corrosion behavior were detected. Weight measurements suggest a continuous loss of mass attributed to the detachment of corrosion products.</jats:p>}},
