An anomaly detection framework integrated in a real-time operating system can ease the identification of such suspicious novel behavior and, thereby, offers the potential to enhance the reliability of the considered self-x system. However, anomaly detection is based on knowledge about normal behavior. When dealing with self-reconfiguring applications, normal behavior changes. Hence, knowledge base requires adaptation or even re-construction at runtime. The stringent restrictions of real-time systems considering runtime and memory consumption make this task to a really challenging problem. We present our idea for online construction of application behavior knowledge that does not rely on training phase. The applications' behavior is defined by the application's system call invocations. For the knowledge base, we exploit suffix trees as they offer potentials to represent application behavior patterns and associated information in a compact manner. The online algorithm provided by suffix trees is a basis to construct the knowledge base with low computational effort. Anomaly detection and classification is integrated into the online construction method. New behavioral patterns do not unconditionally update the behavior knowledge base. They are evaluated in a context-related manner inspired by Danger Theory, a special discipline of artificial immune systems. Werkstattstechnik (wt) online, Jahrg. 92, Ausgabe 11/12, 2002, S. 650-655). Jede Phase enthält vielfältige Aufgaben die maßgeblich vom Fach- und Erfahrungswissen der Mitarbeiter abhängen. In der ersten Phase werden unter anderem die Fertigungsprozesse und -ressourcen festgelegt. Hierfür bedarf es genauer Kenntnisse über die zu fertigenden Bauteile, benötigten Prozesse und geeigneten Ressourcen selbst sowie deren Abhängigkeiten untereinander. In der Betriebsphase des Produktionssystems muss auf Maschinenausfälle oder Eilaufträge mit Um- bzw. Neuplanungen von Ressourcen reagiert werden. Das benötigte Wissen im Lebenszyklus von Produktionssystemen verteilt sich in der Regel auf verschiedene Personen und eine Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Dokumente; teilweise ist es auch nur implizit vorhanden. Demzufolge liegt es verteilt und unstrukturiert vor und eignet sich nicht für eine bedarfsgerechte Bereitstellung. Darüber hinaus fehlt eine Semantik, die das vorhandene Wissen in Beziehung setzt und durch automatisierte Schlussfolgerungen ergänzt. Hierfür bieten wissensbasierte Systeme (WBS) auf Basis von Ontologien einen vielversprechenden Lösungsansatz. Diese bieten eine Semantik und Inferenz zur Wissensmodellierung und ermöglichen den effizienten Zugriff auf das benötigte Wissen. Dies verspricht eine große Zeitersparnis bei den Aufgaben im Lebenszyklus von Produktionssystemen, auch im Hinblick auf die immer kürzer werdenden Produktlebenszyklen. Diese Systeme verfügen aber auch über großes Potential zur Verbesserung ihrer Verlässlichkeit durch eine Anpassung des Systemverhaltens an den aktuellen Zustand. Um den Umfang der Systemmodelle zu reduzieren und die Anpassung des Systemverhaltens zu ermöglichen, sind fortschrittliche Modellierungsmethoden notwendig, mit denen die Verlässlichkeit in frühen Phasen des Entwicklungsprozesses sichergestellt und evaluiert werden kann. Von den Attributen der Verlässlichkeit ist insbesondere die Zuverlässigkeit in hohem Maße von den auftretenden Belastungen an den Komponenten und damit vom dynamischen Systemverhalten abhängig. Bisherige Modellierungsansätze bilden diese Abhängigkeit nur unzureichend ab. Es wird daher ein Ansatz zur integrierten Modellierung mechatronischer Systeme vorgestellt. Dieser ist in der Lage, sowohl die Dynamik als auch die Zuverlässigkeit des Systems abzubilden. Die Transformation eines Modells des dynamischen Systemverhaltens generiert dabei ein Zuverlässigkeitsmodell. Für typischerweise konkurrierende Ziele können mit Hilfe von Mehrzieloptimierungsverfahren Betriebspunkte eines Systems bestimmt werden. Das integrierte Modell kann zur Erzeugung von Zielfunktionen für die Dynamik als auch für die Zuverlässigkeit genutzt werden. Die Ergebnisse ermöglichen eine Verhaltensanpassung durch Wahl eines paretooptimalen Betriebspunkts während des Betriebs. Das vorgeschlagene Konzept zur integrierten Modellierung mechatronischer Systeme bietet aufgrund des modellbasierten Entwicklungsansatzes und der automatisierten Transformation eines Verlässlichkeitsmodells eine Reduktion der Benutzereingaben und eine Entlastung des Benutzers. Dadurch wird die Wahrscheinlichkeit von Benutzerfehlern gesenkt und die Verlässlichkeit bereits während der Entwicklung erhöht.
