As part of the development of a method for ensuring the versatility of clinching, an additional rotational movement of the punch was introduced as a control variable to influence friction in the mechanical joining process. The effect of rotational superimposition on the force-displacement curve of the clinching processes was investigated using four test variants with different kinematics. The primary objective was to evaluate the binding mechanisms that maintain the integrity of the clinched joint. To evaluate the force closure of the resulting joint, two testing methods were employed throughout the course of the research, non-destructive resistance measurement using four-wire sensing method and destructive torsion testing. A crucial factor influencing the efficacy of the process is surface cleanliness, as contaminants between joining partners can impede the effectiveness of the clinched joint. Therefore, all specimens were meticulously cleaned prior to experimentation. This method exhibits promising potential in creating clinched joints that align with the demands of flexible manufacturing environments.</jats:p>","lang":"eng"}]},{"series_title":"InnTraRom. En tant que juristes influents siégeant au Reichstag, ils jouent un rôle clé dans les négociations visant à récupérer la ville et la forteresse stratégique de Luxembourg pour l’Espagne. Grâce à leur statut social, leur maîtrise des langues et leur expertise juridique, ils manœuvrent habilement face aux Français. La trajectoire des Neuveforge illustre ainsi l’influence déterminante des diplomates et juristes dans les relations entre les Pays-Bas et l’Empire, au cœur d’une Europe en pleine tourmente. Nous aborderons ce sujet en trois parties. Wenn diese Ungerechten zudem untereinander Kriege führen, unter dessen Auswirkungen man leidet, ohne dass man die Möglichkeit hätte einzugreifen? Wer kann in dieser Ohnmacht noch Glück finden? Und an die Herrscher gefragt: Wie muss der ideale Politiker sein? Hierauf wollte Justus Lipsius Antworten anbieten. Die Bedeutung dieser Fragen, die auch heute noch relevant sind, wird aus seiner eigenen Zeit heraus nochmal präsent. Lipsius lebte nämlich in Zeiten intensiver politischer und vor allem religiöser Konflikte, welche seine Biografie in mehreren Punkten berühren. Er musste nicht nur mehrmals vor Konflikten fliehen, sondern seine Werke wurden auch äußerst kritisch von der Kirche und den Landesherren betrachtet. Im Beitrag wird zunächst ein Überblick über\r\ncomputergestützte Unterstützungssysteme zum Argumentieren gegeben und anschließend die An-\r\nnotation und das Rating des Korpus beleuchtet. Daran anknüpfend wird das Feedbackverständnis\r\ndargelegt, das den Ausgangspunkt für die Modellierung des Feedbacks bildet. Introducing causality into the modelling process offers a promising way to mitigate these challenges by enhancing predictive robustness. However, constructing an initial causal graph manually using domain knowledge is time-consuming, particularly in complex time series with numerous variables. To address this, causal discovery algorithms can provide a preliminary causal structure that domain experts can refine. This study investigates causal feature selection with domain knowledge using a data center system as an example. We use simulated time-series data to compare \r\ndifferent causal feature selection with traditional machine-learning feature selection methods. Our results show that predictions based on causal features are more robust compared to those derived from traditional methods.
