They can promote honest tax payments in the media! Such tax education, which is completely unfamiliar to German taxpayers, can look back on a long tradition in the USA, for example, and other countries. It has also been practised in Spain since the end of the 1960s and intensified after the transition to democracy. A Treasury television advertisement from 1990 allows an analysis of the narratives used by tax education in the young Spanish democracy. The intense and difficult struggle by state institutions for democratic, equal rights for all citizens even 15 years after Franco's death becomes obvious. We outline and implement a largely analytic procedure forrigorous modal analysis of three-layer slabs with birefringent, anisotropic core. For Z-cut wave-guides, the slab eigenmode problem separates into uncoupled sets of scalar equations for TE andTM modes. Slabs in X-cut configuration support mostly mildly hybrid eigenmodes, with clear pre-dominant TE or TM polarization, and with effective indices that depend on the propagation directionof the modes, relative to the crystal axes. Strong hybridization can be observed for near degeneratemodes in singular configurations without vertical symmetry, or in symmetric slabs where two nearlydegenerate modes are of the same symmetry class. Dispersion curves for slab thickness and propa-gation angle are discussed, for slabs with oxide and air cover. Neben der Relevanz der Quantität elterlicher Unterstützung ist in Untersuchungen zur Rolle der Familie für das Lernen mit digitalen Medien auch die Qualität von zentraler Bedeutung (Bonanati et al., 2022). Dabei erwies sich allgemein in der Forschung zur elterlichen Hausaufgabenunterstützung eine autonomieunterstützende, strukturgebende und zugleich wertschätzende Instruktion als besonders gewinnbringend (Dumont et al., 2014). Zudem ist bekannt, dass die elterliche Unterstützung unter anderem auf Grund der steigenden Komplexität der Unterrichtsinhalte, der steigenden Selbstständigkeit sowie dem zunehmenden Autonomiebedürfnis der Lernenden im Schulverlauf abnimmt (Luplow & Schneider, 2018). Wie sich die elterliche Unterstützung bei der informationsorientierten Internetnutzung von Kindern über die Zeit und mit Beginn der Covid-19-Pandemie verändert, ist relevant für den Förderkontext, bislang aber nur wenig betrachtet worden und deshalb Ziel der vorliegenden Untersuchung.\r\nGrundlage der vorliegenden Untersuchung sind längsschnittliche Daten von 395 Schüler*innen sowie 191 Eltern, die im Jahr 2019/2020 in fünften Klassen (~10-11 Jahre) und im Jahr 2021/22 in siebten Klassen (~12-13 Jahre) erhoben wurden. \r\nDie Ergebnisse zeigten eine Abnahme der Quantität elterlicher Instruktion von der fünften zur siebten Jahrgansstufe sowohl aus Eltern- als auch aus Kinderperspektive. Hinsichtlich der Qualität elterlicher Unterstützung berichteten Eltern in der 7. Klassenstufe von weniger autonomieunterstützender Instruktion, während Kinder der 7. Klassenstufe von einer weniger autonomieunterstützenden und wertschätzenden Instruktion berichteten. The phenomenon of coupling between task and the partner model becomes especially interesting in the context of Human– Robot Interaction where humans have to deal with unknown ca- pabilities of the robot, which can momentarily be perceived when the robot is unable to contribute to the task. Following research on the path over manner prominence in an action [31–33], a robot ex- plained actions to a human by emphasizing two aspects – the path (\"where\" component) and the manner (\"how\" component). On criti- cal trials, the robot occasionally omitted one of these components where participants sought missing information for the path or the manner. Participants’ information-seeking and gaze behaviour were analysed. Analysis confirms the initial predictions for, a) task model (path over manner prominence), i.e., earlier information-seeking for path-missing than manner-missing trials, and b) partner model, i.e., while information-seeking is predominantly tied to the attention on the robot’s face, when robot fails to provide resolution, attention shifts more often towards its torso – a behavior likely to indicate an exploration of the robot’s capabilities. Bisherige Ergebnisse zu möglichen Entwicklungsstufen oder prototypischen Ausprägungen des FDW ermöglichen eine differenzierte Einordnung von Lernenden auf Basis der Bearbeitung erprobter, validierter Testinstrumente. Diese Testinstrumente sind häufig mit offenen Antwortformaten gestaltet und die nachträgliche Schließung solcher Testinstrumente hat sich als nicht unproblematisch in Hinblick auf Validität und Authentizität erwiesen. Um ein automatisiertes reichhaltiges Assessment-System auf Basis der bisherigen Forschungsergebnisse zu entwickeln, können alternativ erprobte offene Testinstrumente in Kombination mit Machine-Learning basierten Auswertungsverfahren genutzt werden. Im Vortrag werden Ergebnisse einer entsprechenden Analyse auf Basis eines vergleichsweise großen (844 Bearbeitungen) Datensatzes präsentiert. As a\r\nresult, proving QMA-hardness of approximation for ground state energy\r\nestimation has remained elusive. Recently, it was shown [Bittel, Gharibian,\r\nKliesch, CCC 2023] that a natural problem involving variational quantum\r\ncircuits is QCMA-hard to approximate within ratio N^(1-eps) for any eps > 0 and\r\nN the input size. Unfortunately, this problem was not related to quantum CSPs,\r\nleaving the question of hardness of approximation for quantum CSPs open. In\r\nthis work, we show that if instead of focusing on ground state energies, one\r\nconsiders computing properties of the ground space, QCMA-hardness of computing\r\nground space properties can be shown. In particular, we show that it is (1)\r\nQCMA-complete within ratio N^(1-eps) to approximate the Ground State\r\nConnectivity problem (GSCON), and (2) QCMA-hard within the same ratio to\r\nestimate the amount of entanglement of a local Hamiltonian's ground state,\r\ndenoted Ground State Entanglement (GSE). Driven by rising electricity prices and an easing in legislation since 2024, the number of mini-photovoltaic energy systems (mini-PVs) being installed is increasing substantially. Indoor and outdoor studies of microinverters have been carried out at Paderborn University since 2014. In the indoor lab, conversion efficiencies as a function of load have been measured with high accuracy and ranked according to Euro and CEC weightings; the latest rankings from 2024 are included in this paper. In the outdoor lab, energy yields have been measured using identical and calibrated crystalline silicon PV modules; until 2020, measurements were carried out using 215 Wp modules. Because of increasing PV module power ratings, 360 Wp modules were used from 2020 until 2024. In 2024, the test modules were upgraded to 410 Wp modules, taking into account the increase from 600 W to 800 W of inverter power limits, which is suitable for simplified operation permission (“plug-in”) in many European countries within a homogenised legislation area for such mini-photovoltaic energy systems or “balcony power plants”. This legislation for simplified operation also covers overpowered mini-plants, although the maximum AC output remains limited to 800 W. Presently, yield assessments are being carried out in the outdoor lab, which will take at least a year to be valid and comparable. Kits consisting of PV modules, inverters, and mounting systems are also being evaluated. Yield rankings sometimes differ from efficiency rankings due to the use of different MPPT algorithms with different MPP approach speeds and accuracies. To accelerate yield assessment, we developed a novel, simple formula to determine energy yield for any module and inverter configuration, including overpowered systems. This is a linear approach, determined by just two coefficients, a and b, which are given for several inverters.
