It is shown that whenever [Formula: see text] is positive on [Formula: see text] and such that [Formula: see text] for some [Formula: see text], for all suitably regular positive initial data a global very weak solution, particularly preserving mass in its first component, can be constructed. Then, we propose\r\na heuristic in the spirit of Malle's conjecture which asymptotically predicts\r\nthe number of extensions that satisfy $\\operatorname{inv}_i\\leq X_i$ for all\r\n$X_i$. The resulting conjecture is proved for abelian Galois groups.
