Für den Bereich der Lehrerbildung formulierte die Kultusministerkonferenz im Jahr 2004 erstmals Kompetenzen und Standards, die die Anforderungen für angehende Lehrkräfte sowohl für die universitäre als auch für die schulpraktische Phase der Ausbildung transparent machen. Die Standards stellen dabei Konkretisierungen von elf zu erwerbenden Kompetenzen dar, von denen angenommen wird, dass sie zur Ausübung des Lehrerberufes benötigt werden, und sollen unter anderem eine objektive Leistungsbeurteilung im Studium und Referendariat ermöglichen. Zwischen Anspruch und Wirklichkeit ist diesbezüglich jedoch eine Diskrepanz zu konstatieren, die am Beispiel sachunterrichtlicher Planungskompetenz veranschaulicht werden kann. Deren Relevanz wird zwar betont und ihre Ausbildung entsprechend curricular festgelegt, doch sind für die damit einhergehenden Standards fehlende Präzision sowie mangelnde theoretische Fundierung festzustellen. Ihr Potenzial zur Grundlegung objektiver Beurteilungen wird somit nicht ausgeschöpft. Im vorliegenden Beitrag wird auf dieses Defizit reagiert. Das Ziel des Beitrages besteht darin, sogenannte Qualitätsstandards als ein mögliches Instrument zur objektiven Beurteilung angehender Lehrkräfte im Hinblick auf praktische Unterrichtsplanungskompetenzen im Fach Sachunterricht zu entwickeln und zu validieren. Dazu werden eine Inhaltsanalyse sowie eine Befragung von Fachleitungen des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen durchgeführt. We show that many such properties can be encoded by means of quiver representations. These properties include classical symmetry, hidden symmetry, and feedforward structure, as well as subnetwork and quotient relations in network dynamical systems. A quiver equivariant dynamical system consists of a collection of dynamical systems with maps between them that send solutions to solutions. We test whether the availability of additional public information on the locations of banks' subsidiaries reduces their tax haven presence. With their additional degree of freedom, the vorticity, they have been widely investigated in many physical systems and different materials for fundamental interest and for applications in data storage and information processing. Vortices have also been observed in non-equilibrium exciton-polariton condensates in planar semiconductor microcavities. There they appear spontaneously or can be created and pinned in space using ring-shaped optical excitation profiles. However, using the vortex state for information processing not only requires creation of a vortex but also efficient control over the vortex after its creation. Here we demonstrate a simple approach to control and switch a localized polariton vortex between opposite states. A \r\nsteeper elevation angle would result in a more balanced seasonal PV yield, at the cost of PV yield reductions during \r\nsummer, but allowing reduced storage capacities. Additionally, the effect of a single-axis tracking system has been \r\ninvestigated, generating more electricity during the morning and evening hours, thus reducing daily storage \r\nrequirements. Alternatively, resistance spot welding (RSW) can be stated as an appropriate joining method which can be automated and used within a high-volume production due to short process times. Both processes do not need any additional elements and a flat surface on both sides of the joints can be realised. In order to meet the modern requirements for crash safety and structural stiffness, thermal and mechanical joining methods are mainly combined by using single-component epoxy resin adhesives. Due to an insufficient knowledge about the application of both thermal joining methods for the abovementioned material combinations combined with additional adhesives, deeper investigations were done regarding the interactions of the polymers and the joining processes. Starting with a brief presentation of the boundary conditions of the investigations and the refill friction stir spot welding and resistance spot welding of high-strength aluminium alloys with sheet thicknesses bigger than 5.8 mm, the paper introduces the process-related joint properties of friction-based and resistance-based welded joints. Afterwards, the paper discusses the influences of the process parameter on the metallographic joint formation and load-bearing capacities for a selected two-sheet and four-sheet material combination. When combining the spot welding technologies with adhesives, the process parameters of the RFSSW process have to be adapted for the two-sheet combination by adding a squeeze-out step, while for RSW, just the preholding time has to be increased. Different challenges for both joining methods are shown. For RFSSW, the gap formation has to be considered when welding big total sheet thicknesses, while for RSW, the shape of the weld nugget is more important for an appropriate joint performance. Additionally, process optimisations for less adhesive incineration will be discussed for both joining processes, and the influences of the adhesive on the joint formation will be addressed with the help of load-bearing capacity evaluations. Offloading these applications to cloud or mobile edge is an option, but when running in a wireless senor network (WSN), it might entail needlessly high data rate and latency. An alternative is to spread processing inside the WSN, which is particularly attractive if the application comprises individual components. This scenario is typical for applications like acoustic signal processing. Mapping components to nodes can be formulated as wireless version of the NP-hard Virtual Network Embedding (VNE) problem, for which various heuristics exist. We propose a Reinforcement Learning (RL) framework, which relies on Q-Learning and uses either Greedy Epsilon or Epsilon Decay for exploration. Ein zentrales Instrument stellen dabei schulische Medienkonzepte dar, die gemeinsam vereinbarte Orientierungen für die schulische Arbeit und Schulentwicklungsprozesse enthalten. Zudem stellt die Medienkonzeptentwicklung einen Bestandteil theoretischer Modelle zur Erfassung und Beschreibung von Qualitätsdimensionen schulischer Medienbildung dar. Vor diesem Hintergrund untersucht der vorliegende Beitrag (1) die Relevanz von Medienkonzepten aus der Sicht von Schulleitungen und Schulträgern. Außerdem wird beleuchtet, (2) welche Personengruppen an den Schulen für Aufgaben im Kontext des Medienkonzeptes zuständig sind und (3) ob signifikante Unterschiede der schulischen Rahmenbedingungen, des Schulleitungshandelns und des Support je nach Vorhandensein eines Medienkonzeptes vorzufinden sind. Die Fragestellungen werden explorativ auf Grundlage der triangulativ angelegten Untersuchung des technischen und pädagogischen Supports an Schulen bearbeitet, in deren Rahmen N = 601 Lehrkräfte der Sekundarstufe I befragt wurden. Zudem wurden Interviews mit N = 8 Schulleitungen sowie N = 14 Schulträgern, die jeweils möglichst weit im Digitalisierungsprozess vorangeschritten sind, geführt und inhaltsanalytisch ausgewertet. Im Ergebnis zeigt sich, dass die Relevanz von Medienkonzepten für eine gelingende Schulentwicklung mit digitalen Medien als hoch eingeschätzt wird. Des Weiteren wird ersichtlich, dass die in den Einzelschulen für Belange der Medienkonzeptentwicklung zuständigen Akteursgruppen vielfältig zusammengesetzt sind. Ferner können bedeutsame Unterschiede im Hinblick auf die untersuchten Indikatoren je nach Vorhandensein eines Medienkonzeptes aufgezeigt werden. This problem is commonly tackled using machine learning methods, i.e., by training a POS tagger on a sufficiently large corpus of labeled data. \r\nWhile the problem of POS tagging can essentially be considered as solved for modern languages, historical corpora turn out to be much more difficult, especially due to the lack of native speakers and sparsity of training data. Moreover, most texts have no sentences as we know them today, nor a common orthography.\r\nThese irregularities render the task of automated POS tagging more difficult and error-prone. Under these circumstances, instead of forcing the POS tagger to predict and commit to a single tag, it should be enabled to express its uncertainty. In this paper, we consider POS tagging within the framework of set-valued prediction, which allows the POS tagger to express its uncertainty via predicting a set of candidate POS tags instead of guessing a single one.
