text: "Estimating ground state energies of many-body Hamiltonians is a central task\r\nin
many areas of quantum physics. In this work, we give quantum algorithms\r\nwhich,
given any $k$-body Hamiltonian $H$, compute an estimate for the ground\r\nstate
energy and prepare a quantum state achieving said energy, respectively.\r\nSpecifically,
for any $\\varepsilon>0$, our algorithms return, with high\r\nprobability, an
estimate of the ground state energy of $H$ within additive\r\nerror $\\varepsilon
M$, or a quantum state with the corresponding energy. Here,\r\n$M$ is the total
strength of all interaction terms, which in general is\r\nextensive in the system
size. Our approach makes no assumptions about the\r\ngeometry or spatial locality
of interaction terms of the input Hamiltonian and\r\nthus handles even long-range
or all-to-all interactions, such as in quantum\r\nchemistry, where lattice-based
techniques break down. In this fully general\r\nsetting, the runtime of our algorithms
scales as $2^{cn/2}$ for $c<1$, yielding\r\nthe first quantum algorithms for low-energy
estimation breaking the natural\r\nbound based on Grover search. The core of our
approach is remarkably simple,\r\nand relies on showing that any $k$-body Hamiltonian
has a low-energy subspace\r\nof exponential dimension."

text: This paper examines the impact of a rotationally superimposed punch stroke
on the binding mechanisms of clinched joints of aluminum sheets. As part of the
development of a method for ensuring the versatility of clinching, an additional
rotational movement of the punch was introduced as a control variable to influence
friction in the mechanical joining process. The effect of rotational superimposition
on the force-displacement curve of the clinching processes was investigated using
four test variants with different kinematics. The primary objective was to evaluate
the binding mechanisms that maintain the integrity of the clinched joint. To evaluate
the force closure of the resulting joint, two testing methods were employed throughout
the course of the research, non-destructive resistance measurement using four-wire
sensing method and destructive torsion testing. A crucial factor influencing the
efficacy of the process is surface cleanliness, as contaminants between joining
partners can impede the effectiveness of the clinched joint. Therefore, all specimens
were meticulously cleaned prior to experimentation. This method exhibits promising
potential in creating clinched joints that align with the demands of flexible
manufacturing environments.

les Pays-Bas espagnols et le Saint-Empire romain germanique aux XVIe et XVIIe
siècles. À travers une structure politique complexe et morcelée, le Saint-Empire

sous domination espagnole, cherchent à préserver leur rôle au sein de l’Empire

text: 'L’article précédent retrace le rôle diplomatique de la famille Neuveforge,
originaire du Luxembourg, qui sert de lien entre les Pays-Bas espagnols et le
Saint-Empire romain germanique au XVIIᵉ siècle. Actifs à la Diète de Ratisbonne,
Louis et Jean Henri de Neuveforge négocient pour protéger les intérêts des Habsbourg,
notamment la reconquête du Luxembourg, stratégique mais capturé par Louis XIV
en 1684. Leur maîtrise du droit, des langues étrangères et des subtilités des
titulatures nobiliaires s’avère essentielle dans un contexte où chaque mot peut
influer sur les rapports de pouvoir. À travers leurs efforts, la famille Neuveforge
illustre l''importance de la diplomatie dans un ordre européen marqué par la compétition

text: 'Wie soll man glücklich sein und sich damit zufriedengeben, von Ungerechten
beherrscht zu werden? Wenn diese Ungerechten zudem untereinander Kriege führen,
unter dessen Auswirkungen man leidet, ohne dass man die Möglichkeit hätte einzugreifen?
Wer kann in dieser Ohnmacht noch Glück finden? Und an die Herrscher gefragt: Wie
muss der ideale Politiker sein? Hierauf wollte Justus Lipsius Antworten anbieten.
Die Bedeutung dieser Fragen, die auch heute noch relevant sind, wird aus seiner
eigenen Zeit heraus nochmal präsent. Lipsius lebte nämlich in Zeiten intensiver
politischer und vor allem religiöser Konflikte, welche seine Biografie in mehreren
Punkten berühren. Er musste nicht nur mehrmals vor Konflikten fliehen, sondern
seine Werke wurden auch äußerst kritisch von der Kirche und den Landesherren betrachtet.
In diesem Beitrag wird zunächst kurz der Werdegang Lipsius‘ geschildert, bevor
auf zwei seiner wichtigsten Werke und deren Einfluss auf die Staatslehre jener
Zeit eingegangen wird.'

text: "Der Beitrag beschäftigt sich mit der didaktischen Modellierung automatisierten
adaptiven Feedbacks\r\nzu argumentativen Lerner*innentexten. An einem Korpus aus
diesen Texten wird gezeigt, wie adap-\r\ntives Feedback auf Grundlage einer Mehrebenenannotation,
einem mehrdimensionalen Qualitäts-\r\nrating und Varianzanalysen modelliert werden
kann. Im Beitrag wird zunächst ein Überblick über\r\ncomputergestützte Unterstützungssysteme
zum Argumentieren gegeben und anschließend die An-\r\nnotation und das Rating
des Korpus beleuchtet. Daran anknüpfend wird das Feedbackverständnis\r\ndargelegt,
das den Ausgangspunkt für die Modellierung des Feedbacks bildet. Die Ergebnisse
der\r\nVarianzanalysen zeigen exemplarisch, welche argumentativen Textstrukturen
typisch für eine be-\r\nstimmte Qualitätsstufe von Texten sind und indizieren
damit, ab welcher Qualitätsstufe zu welchen\r\nKategorien Feedback gegeben werden
sollte."
