text: This paper describes the development of a method concept for the mechanical
characterisation of cathodic electrodeposition (CED) coatings in the context of
adhesively bonded joints. The objective is to determine mechanical properties
of coating layer in order to incorporate its influence into numerical simulation
models for load-bearing adhesive joints. For this purpose, both single-lap joints
(SLJ) and modified thick adherend shear specimens (TASS) with defined CED coating
layers were produced and tested under quasi-static loading conditions. Additionally,
the deposition process was analysed in terms of coating thickness evolution as
a function of deposition time and applied voltage. The specimens were pre-cured
to reduce gas inclusions from evaporating solvents in the CED coating layer. The
pre-curing temperature was determined using DSC. The results indicate that the
modified TASS configuration is particularly suited for the reproducible evaluation
of the shear load-bearing capacity. In comparison to the SLJ, it favours the degassing
of solvents through the installation of grooves. Furthermore, it is demonstrated
that gas-induced defect zones originating from the electrochemical deposition
process significantly compromise joint performance. The experimental and process
methodology developed in this study enables isolated characterisation of the coating
layer and provides a solid foundation for simulation of coated adhesive joints.

text: 'This article investigates the persistence and transformation of Andrew
Tate’s presence on YouTube following the removal of his official channels in August
2022. Combining two empirical approaches—a small-scale analysis of top-ranked
videos from YouTube search results in 2022 and 2024, and a large-scale data set
of over 112k videos—we examine how Tate-related content continues to circulate
and how the platform moderates such material. Our findings show that Tate remains
highly visible through a diffuse and decentralized network of actors who repackage
his messaging into interviews, remixes, and YouTube-native formats. This configuration
produces what we term the “Tate-space”: an ambient ideological environment where
motivational rhetoric, aspirational masculinity, and far-right talking points
converge. We find that YouTube’s substantial moderation efforts are outpaced by
the speed and scale of recommendation-driven circulation and that deplatforming,
while symbolically significant, fails to disrupt the cultural and logistical dynamics
that sustain Tate’s influence.'

text: "We study a block mean-field Ising model with $N$ spins split into $s_N$ blocks,
with Curie-Weiss interaction within blocks and nearest-neighbor coupling between
blocks. While previous models deal with the block magnetization for a fixed number
of blocks, we study the the simultaneous limit $N\\to\\infty$ and $s_N\\to\\infty$.
The model interpolates between Curie-Weiss model for $s_N=1$, multi-species mean
field for fixed $s_N=s$, and the 1D Ising model for each spin in its own block
at $s_N=N$.\r\n Under mild growth conditions on $s_N$, we prove a law of large
numbers and a multivariate CLT with covariance given by the lattice Green's function.
For instance, the high temperature CLT essentially covers the optimal range up
to $s_N=o(N/(\\log N)^c)$ and the low temperature regime is new even for fixed
number of blocks $s > 2$. In addition to the standard competition between entropy
and energy, a new obstacle in the proofs is a curse of dimensionality as $s_N
\\to \\infty$."

are driving the introduction of Digital Product Passports (DPPs) to enhance transparency,
traceability, and compliance across product life cycles. However, the appropriate
granularity of DPP integration across product architectures remains ambiguous.
This paper introduces a structured, decision-oriented framework that links product
structure, regulatory relevance, and information depth to define consistent DPP
levels, supporting both industry implementation and future standardization.

und\r\ndurch ein vergleichsweise geringes Preisniveau ist es für Verbraucher*innen
selbstverständ-\r\nlich, dass Lebensmittel nahezu jederzeit verfügbar sind und
gekauft werden können [1].\r\nEreignisse in jüngerer Vergangenheit, z. B. Krieg
in der Ukraine (2022), Naturkatastrophen\r\nwie das Hochwasser an der Ahr (2022)
oder die Corona-Pandemie (2020), haben jedoch\r\ngezeigt, dass diese Infrastruktur
unserer Gesellschaft anfällig ist [2] und die Versorgungs-\r\nketten aus dem Gleichgewicht
bringen können [3]. Zwar zeigen Untersuchungen, dass sich\r\ndie Bevölkerung seit
der Corona-Pandemie verstärkt mit der Bevorratung von Lebensmitteln\r\nauseinandersetzt,
allerdings gibt es immer noch eine deutliche Diskrepanz zwischen den\r\nstaatlichen
Empfehlungen und der tatsächlichen Umsetzung durch die Bevölkerung [1, 3, 4].\r\nVor
diesem Hintergrund zielt der Artikel darauf ab, den Unterschied zwischen staatlicher
und\r\nprivater Ernährungsvorsorge zu erklären, Anforderungen ausgewählter Lebensmittelgruppen\r\nzur
optimalen Lagerung zu beschreiben sowie eine praktische Anleitung zur sinnvollen\r\nVorratshaltung
von Lebensmitteln für den Notfall zu geben."

investigate electrically induced, near-field coupled dipole resonant mode with
a high-quality factor (\r\n Q\r\n
\ ) in a terahertz (THz) meta-waveguide. The waveguide structure
is composed of I-shaped aluminum metamaterial constituents, placed periodically
on a copper-quartz bilayer substrate in the propagation direction of an incident
THz beam. The electric field vector is set along a I-shape design in the transverse
direction of the meta-waveguide, leading to the excitation of a strong dipole
resonance around the I-shaped meta-atom. The dipole resonance is quite sharp with
high\r\n Q\r\n values
due to the strong interaction of propagating THz wave with the metamaterial design,
unlike traditional terahertz metatareials. The THz transmission response of the
waveguide is numerically analyzed to study the dipole resonance, which shows the
existence of two resonances due to near-field coupling. Furthermore, the excitation
of these dipole resonances and their coupling behavior are confirmed by the electric
field distribution of the meta-waveguide. Notably, these dipole resonances can
be tuned across a range of frequencies which are integrated with the coupling
mechanism, offering a practical route for realizing next-generation photonic devices.
We also employ a semi-analytical coupled harmonic oscillator theory to understand
the underlying physical mechanisms of the dipole resonators in meta-waveguides
and to corroborate our numerically obtained transmission results. The tunability
of electrically induced high\r\n Q\r\n
\ -dipole resonance leads to promising applications in highly
sensitive sensors, storage devices, electromagnetically induced transparency,
and on-chip photonic components.\r\n "

text: "Multilingual picture books are considered to have great potential for language
reflection and language learning, partly due to their multimodality, in which
writing(s), language(s) and image(s) interact in the construction of\r\nmeaning.
What possibilities multilingual picture books offer for grammatical learning is
still a research desidera-\r\ntum. In a multi-perspective qualitative analysis
that brings together categories from picture book and typography\r\nresearch as
well as graphemics and grammar, three variants of multilingual picture books are
analysed. The results show that all of them – to varying degrees – open up possibilities
for the further development of multiliteracies and offer potential that could
be used in classroom practice for both implicit and explicit grammatical learning.\r\n"

zusammenspielen. Welche Möglichkeiten Bilderbücher, bei denen Mehrsprachigkeit
auf Multimodalität trifft, für grammatisches Lernen bieten, stellt noch immer
ein Forschungsdesiderat dar. In einer mehrperspektivisch ausgerichteten qualitativen
Analyse, die Kategorien aus der Bilderbuch- und Typographieforschung sowie Graphe-\r\nmatik
und Grammatik zusammenführt, werden drei Varianten mehrsprachiger Bilderbücher
(additiv, parallel und\r\nintegrativ mehrsprachige) untersucht. Die Ergebnisse
zeigen, dass alle drei – zum Teil in unterschiedlichem Maße – Möglichkeiten für
die Weiterentwicklung von Multiliteracies (Multiliteralität und Multiliterarität)
eröffnen und Anregungspotentiale bieten, die in der Unterrichtspraxis – sowohl
für implizites als auch explizites – multimodales grammatisches Lernen genutzt

text: This study investigated whether external effort mobilization through try-harder
instructions enhances performance in complex motor tasks, as reflected by the
reduction of costs associated with producing a deceptive action. Basketball passing
movements with and without head fakes were examined in a reaction-time paradigm.
Participants were generally instructed to initiate the movement as fast and accurately
as possible, while try-harder instructions were presented in 25 % of trials, prompting
participants to mobilize all their cognitive resources to perform even faster.
To investigate if athletic expertise modulates the potential effects of effort
mobilization, basketball novices and experienced players were tested. Results
demonstrated that try-harder instructions generally improved participants’ performance,
facilitating faster response initiation times and movement execution, as well
as a specific reduction in initiation time variability. Novices benefited more
than experienced players, indicating that effort results in greater improvement
when complex motor actions (for example, passes with head fakes) are not yet fully
stabilized and lack automated fluency. This pattern suggests that effort enhances
performance in complex actions when performance is limited by the amount of cognitive
capacity available, supporting the coordination of partly conflicting movement
components within tight temporal constraints. The findings extend previous research
on effort mobilization from simple to complex motor tasks. Try-harder instructions
appear to enhance performance primarily by reducing attentional lapses rather
than generally improving processing speed. Future research should investigate
the effectiveness of effort mobilization in experienced athletes in situations
of high concurrent cognitive load.

text: In-situ computed tomography (CT) experiments on materials with time-dependent
mechanical behaviour are affected by relaxationinduced motion, which can lead
to image blur and motion-related artefacts if scans are initiated before relaxation-induced
motion has subsided. Scan start times are therefore commonly defined based on
force relaxation or force-gradient criteria, although these signals do not directly
quantify image-relevant specimen motion. In this work, a radiography-based approach
is presented to estimate relaxation-induced motion via pixel shifts from projection
images acquired prior to CT scans. These projection-based pixel shift estimates
of relaxation-induced motion are related to scan-specific image blur observed
in the reconstructed volumes. Thereby, a direct link between specimen motion during
the scan and CT image quality is established. The method is demonstrated for thermo-mechanically
loaded specimens with pronounced temperature-dependent material behaviour, where
relaxation-induced motion persists over extended time scales. The results show
that projection-based pixel shift estimation provides a physically meaningful
and experimentally accessible basis for defining scan start criteria. CT acquisition
can be initiated based on an allowable level of relaxation-induced motion, rather
than waiting for mechanical equilibrium to be reached. The proposed approach therefore
offers a direct, image-related framework for scan timing in in-situ CT experiments
on time-dependent materials.

text: Nicht nur, aber insbesondere aufgrund des hohen Fachkräftebedarfs in den amtlich
deutschsprachigen Ländern sowie infolge von Fluchtmigration gewinnt das Arbeits-
und Forschungsfeld "Deutsch in Ausbildung und Beruf" derzeit zunehmend an nationaler
sowie internationaler Bedeutung. Dieser Band fokussiert die internationale Perspektive
und vereint Beiträge aus insgesamt sieben Ländern. Er umfasst Texte, die sich
mit vielfältigen Aspekten wie z. B. Curriculumforschung und -entwicklung, Professionalisierung
von Lehrkräften oder Vorintegrationsarbeit in verschiedenen, stets berufsbezogenen
Kontexten beschäftigen. Damit leistet der Band einen Beitrag zur Sichtbarmachung
internationaler Aktivitäten im Bereich "Deutsch in Ausbildung und Beruf" an der
Schnittstelle von Forschung und Praxis. Er versteht sich zugleich als Impuls,
diesen dynamischen Bereich künftig noch intensiver zu erschließen und weiterzuentwickeln.
