text: In diesem Beitrag wird die Evidenzorientierung von Referendar*innen fokussiert,
die im Diskurs zum evidenzorientierten Handeln von Lehrkräften bisher wenig Beachtung
fand. Nach einer Auseinandersetzung mit dem Konzept evidenzorientierter (Schul‑)Praxis
und dem Evidenzbegriff wird untersucht, welche Evidenzen Referendar*innen in ihrer
Lern- und Handlungspraxis nutzen, in welchen Situationen sie dies tun und welche
Gründe für die Nicht-Nutzung von Evidenzen angeführt werden. Anders als in bisherigen
Studien wurde ein qualitatives Vorgehen gewählt, in dem nicht explizit nach Evidenzen
gefragt wird, sondern diese aus Schilderungen zur Lern- und Handlungspraxis herausgearbeitet
werden. 23 Referendar*innen wurden mittels teilstrukturierter Interviews befragt,
die Daten wurden mittels strukturierender und zusammenfassender qualitativer Inhaltsanalyse
ausgewertet. Die Befunde zeigen, dass insgesamt wenige Evidenzen genutzt werden
und wenn, sind es Evidenzen aus dem vergangenen Studium. Während sich die Situationen
vornehmlich auf den Unterricht als Kerngeschäft von (angehenden) Lehrkräften beziehen,
werden Gründe für die Nicht-Nutzung vornehmlich im Bereich der Hochschule verortet.
Die Befunde liefern einen ersten Schritt zur Auflösung des blinden Flecks der
Evidenzorientierung zwischen Studium und Beruf und können unter Einbezug sich
anschließender Analysen zu einer Systematisierung der Quellennutzung von (angehenden)
Lehrkräften beitragen sowie Erkenntnisse zur Integration unterschiedlicher Wissensbestände
im Sinne einer Mindful Integration liefern.

text: Abstract. Lightweight design is one of the central topics of the automotive
industry since reducing mass can save emissions over the entire life cycle of
a component. Nowadays, vehicle structures usually consist of a multi-material
design, which poses the additional challenge of joining these different materials.
Mechanical joining is the most common way of joining different types of materials.
Cast aluminium alloys of the AlSi system have a low ductility, which causes cracks
during the mechanical joining process in the joint. One research approach is to
achieve a fine microstructure by influencing the solidification rate since this
results in increased mechanical properties, specifically the elongation at fracture
and yield strength. A very fine microstructure can be achieved by utilizing Twin-roll
casting (TRC) which is a continuous casting process in which high solidification
rates of more than 100 K/s occur. In this study, the hypoeutectic cast aluminium
alloy AlSi9 is processed in the TRC process using copper rollers. The cast strips
are investigated regarding the microstructure-property correlation. A variation
of the roller materials and cooling conditions allows for an increase in the solidification
rate, whereby a defined, fine microstructure can be achieved, which enhances the
mechanical properties of the hypoeutectic aluminium casting alloys.

text: Abstract. Twin-Roll-Casting (TRC) is an energy- and cost-efficient
process to produce near-net-shape aluminum strips. Due to the high affinity of
molten aluminum to steel surfaces, those rollers show signs of wear throughout
the rolling campaign. This leads to the necessity of restoring the worn surfaces
to suitable parameters. The easiest way is to grind the surface till all superficial
defects are omitted. However, the thickness of the roller is not endless, therefore
the rollers must be replaced after a certain amount of surface reconditioning.
This ultimately leads to the non-usability of the roller. This research shows
a route to recondition the surface including the possibility of renewing worn-down
surfaces with an energy- and cost-efficient high-velocity oxygen fuel (HVOF) treatment
with subsequent grinding to the desired initial surface parameters.

text: Das fachdidaktische Wissen (FDW) stellt eine wichtige Komponente des Professionswissens
von (angehenden) Lehrkräften dar. Es liegen bereits empirische Forschungsergebnisse
zu Einflussfaktoren und zur Entwicklung des FDW sowie zur Bedeutung des FDW als
Ganzem für Professionswissen und Qualität professioneller Handlungen vor. Für
eine detailliertere Forschung zur Zusammenhangsstruktur zwischen FDW und der Performanz
in prototypischen Handlungssituationen sind darüber hinaus differenziertere empirisch
begründete Beschreibungen der inneren Struktur des FDW notwendig. Bisher sind
entsprechende Ansätze allerdings zumeist primär theoretisch-normativ begründet
oder auf hierarchische Betrachtungen beschränkt. Im vorliegenden Beitrag wird
daher ein Ansatz zur nicht-hierarchischen datenbasierten Beschreibung latenter
Kompetenzprofile des FDW orientiert an der Computational Grounded Theory vorgestellt.
Dabei wird zunächst mithilfe eines Datensatzes von 846 Bearbeitungen des Physik-FDW-Testinstruments
in überwiegend offenem Antwortformat aus dem Projekt ProfiLe-P+ eine latente Profilanalyse
zur Untersuchung latenter FDW-Profile unter Fokus auf kognitive Anforderungen
als empirisch trennbare Subskalen des FDW durchgeführt. Mithilfe von Topic Modeling
werden anschließend Tendenzen in der Sprachnutzung der FDW-Profile untersucht.
Um die Ergebnisse im Sinne der Computational Grounded Theory durch den Nachweis
latenter Zusammenhänge zwischen den Testantworten der Proband:innen und der FDW-Profil-Zuordnung
zu bestätigen, wird im Anschluss ein Machine-Learning-basiertes System zur automatisierten
Zuordnung von Testbearbeitungen zu den FDW-Profilen erstellt. Es zeigen sich vier
latente Kompetenzprofile mit nicht-hierarchischem Charakter. In einer längsschnittlichen
Betrachtung wird abschließend die Entwicklung von Proband:innen im Kontext dieser
FDW-Profile dargestellt. Die Ergebnisse bieten Ansatzmöglichkeiten zukünftig Untersuchungen
der Zusammenhänge einzelner FDW-Komponenten und beispielsweise gezeigter Handlungsqualität
auf Detailebene zu untersuchen.
