Often, however, companies are faced with two core problems when introducing product innovations to the market: There is a lack of a methodology for systematic customer integration in the product development process. In addition, due to their complexity and the novelty of the technologies used, the product concepts exceed the customers' imagination. This means that customers do not evaluate new product concepts objectively because they do not fully understand the product benefits. In this article, a software-supported procedure for early customer integration is presented. The core of the process is a multi-stage limit conjoint analysis with an integrated virtual reality application."}],"place":"Magdeburg","user_id":"71124","title":"VR-based conjoint analysis for the early determination of customer benefits {\\ \"a} references","department":[{"_id":"676"}],"publisher":"Fraunhofer IFF","author":[{"full_name":"Backhaus, Klaus","first_name":"Klaus","last_name":"Backhaus"},{"full_name":"Gausemeier, J {\\ \"u} rgen","first_name":"J {\\ \"u} rgen","last_name":"Gausemeier"},{"last_name":"St {\\\" o} cklein","full_name":"St {\\\" o} cklein, J {\\ \"o} rg ","first_name":"J {\\ \"o} rg "},{"full_name":"Jasper, Jonas ","first_name":"Jonas ","last_name":"Jasper"},{"full_name":"Westhoff, Katharina","first_name":"Katharina","last_name":"Westhoff"},{"last_name":"Grafe","full_name":"Grafe, Michael","first_name":"Michael"}],"date_created":"2021-11-30T19:13:16Z","status":"public","publication_status":"published"}
