{"user_id":"13256","status":"public","date_created":"2022-12-06T11:04:43Z","abstract":[{"text":"<jats:p>A monolithically integrated electronic-photonic Mach-Zehnder modulator is presented, incorporating electronic linear drivers along photonic components. An electro-optical 3 dB &amp; 6 dB bandwidth of 24 GHz and 34 GHz respectively was measured.
