{"date_created":"2018-08-29T09:09:23Z","file_date_updated":"2018-08-29T09:10:28Z","abstract":[{"lang":"eng","text":"A microscopic description based on the density matrix formalism is developed to describe the dynamics of\r\nphotoemission of hot electrons at semiconductor surfaces, including the interaction of bulk and surface states.\r\nThe equations of motion for the electronic occupations and transitions include the interaction with arbitrary\r\noptical fields as well as the electron-phonon coupling. Model wave functions are used to qualitatively describe\r\nthe bulk-surface dynamics and the subsequent time resolved two-photon photoemission s2PPEd spectra.
