The governing equations are derived from a microscopic theory in the framework of the density\r\nmatrix theory. To gain a first insight, model wave functions are used to simulate the dynamics of nonequilibrium\r\nelectron distributions in three- and two-dimensional states, coupled by Fröhlich interaction.
