In detail, it is shown that meaningful calculations of optical nonlinearities in semiconductor structures require to microscopically include Coulomb-induced many-body carrier-correlations. Some distinct signatures induced by correlations in nonlinear optical signals are presented and discussed.","lang":"eng"}],"conference":{"start_date":"1999-08-30","name":"Technical Digest.
